Uobičajeno je da na tijelu imate različite "žigove", od strija do madeža, ali možete primijetiti i male, crvene madeže koji nas mogu prestrašiti jer nismo sigurni zašto nastaju i jesu li opasni. Malo ljudi zna da su to angiomi, a evo kad se treba zabrinuti.
Izgledaju kao madeži
Mrlje intenzivne crvene boje poput madeža mogu izgledati pomalo zastrašujuće kada ih prvi put primijetite na svojoj koži. To su angiomi (cherry angioma) ili Campbell De Morgan pjege, klupko malih krvnih žila. Ipak, nema razloga za paniku jer ove benigne izrasline uglavnom nisu opasne i ne bole, iako nisu baš lijepe, prenosi Kurir.
Angiomi su česti kod ljudi srednje dobi, kao i kod onih s izrazito blijedom kožom. Uglavnom su promjera između jednog i četiri milimetra i simetričnog su oblika. Ako primijetite asimetrični angiom ili ako je vaš crveni angiom promijenio boju, obratite se svom liječniku.
Nastaju zbog pretjeranog izlaganja suncu, hormona, loše prehrane...
Oni su uzrokovani abnormalnim rastom malih krvnih žila. Obično nisu opasni, no ako se pojave iznenada i u većem broju, trebali biste posjetiti liječnika jer je to znak da se nešto događa u vašem tijelu. Stručnjaci ih povezuju s problemima jetre.

Angiomi mogu biti uzrokovani dugotrajnom lošom i neuravnoteženom prehranom koja stvara previše toksina u crijevima ili jetri. Mogu se pojaviti zbog hormonalnih poremećaja kod žena, na primjer tijekom trudnoće. Često se javljaju s godinama, uglavnom nakon 40. godine, pa ih neki nazivaju i senilnim angiomima, a mogu biti genetski nasljedni ali i uzrokovani pretjeranim izlaganjem suncu, piše Kurir.
Očistite crijeva i jetru, zaštitite se od sunca
Jednom kada nastanu, angiomi neće nestati sami od sebe, ali ako ste im skloni, postoji nekoliko koraka koje možete poduzeti kako biste spriječili nastanak novih.
Kako bi spriječili pojavu ovih crvenih madeža i smanjili njihov utjecaj, stručnjaci kažu da treba očistiti crijeva i ojačati jetru. Alga spirulina, na primjer, savršena je za upijanje toksina u crijevima.
Pokušajte piti najmanje dvije litre vode dnevno. Jedite puno svježeg povrća i pijte puno prirodnih sokova. Posebno je dobro jesti mrkvu, artičoke, celer, avokado i maslinovo ulje. Popijte najmanje dvije čaše soka od brusnice, ananasa ili šipka dnevno.
Započnite jutro čašom soka od limuna. Izbjegavajte mliječne proizvode. Zamijenite ih biljnim mlijekom. Pijte čaj od maslačka jednom dnevno. Ima detoksikacijski učinak.
Uz uravnoteženu prehranu, najbolja prevencija angioma je zaštita od sunca. Osim savjesnog sunčanja, serum s vitaminom C i krema za sunčanje vaši su najbolji saveznici.

Uobičajeno je da na tijelu imate različite "žigove", od strija do madeža, ali možete primijetiti i male, crvene madeže koji nas mogu prestrašiti jer nismo sigurni zašto nastaju i jesu li opasni. Malo ljudi zna da su to angiomi, a evo kad se treba zabrinuti.
Izgledaju kao madeži
Mrlje intenzivne crvene boje poput madeža mogu izgledati pomalo zastrašujuće kada ih prvi put primijetite na svojoj koži. To su angiomi (cherry angioma) ili Campbell De Morgan pjege, klupko malih krvnih žila. Ipak, nema razloga za paniku jer ove benigne izrasline uglavnom nisu opasne i ne bole, iako nisu baš lijepe, prenosi Kurir.
Angiomi su česti kod ljudi srednje dobi, kao i kod onih s izrazito blijedom kožom. Uglavnom su promjera između jednog i četiri milimetra i simetričnog su oblika. Ako primijetite asimetrični angiom ili ako je vaš crveni angiom promijenio boju, obratite se svom liječniku.
Nastaju zbog pretjeranog izlaganja suncu, hormona, loše prehrane...
Oni su uzrokovani abnormalnim rastom malih krvnih žila. Obično nisu opasni, no ako se pojave iznenada i u većem broju, trebali biste posjetiti liječnika jer je to znak da se nešto događa u vašem tijelu. Stručnjaci ih povezuju s problemima jetre.

Angiomi mogu biti uzrokovani dugotrajnom lošom i neuravnoteženom prehranom koja stvara previše toksina u crijevima ili jetri. Mogu se pojaviti zbog hormonalnih poremećaja kod žena, na primjer tijekom trudnoće. Često se javljaju s godinama, uglavnom nakon 40. godine, pa ih neki nazivaju i senilnim angiomima, a mogu biti genetski nasljedni ali i uzrokovani pretjeranim izlaganjem suncu, piše Kurir.
Očistite crijeva i jetru, zaštitite se od sunca
Jednom kada nastanu, angiomi neće nestati sami od sebe, ali ako ste im skloni, postoji nekoliko koraka koje možete poduzeti kako biste spriječili nastanak novih.
Kako bi spriječili pojavu ovih crvenih madeža i smanjili njihov utjecaj, stručnjaci kažu da treba očistiti crijeva i ojačati jetru. Alga spirulina, na primjer, savršena je za upijanje toksina u crijevima.
Pokušajte piti najmanje dvije litre vode dnevno. Jedite puno svježeg povrća i pijte puno prirodnih sokova. Posebno je dobro jesti mrkvu, artičoke, celer, avokado i maslinovo ulje. Popijte najmanje dvije čaše soka od brusnice, ananasa ili šipka dnevno.
Započnite jutro čašom soka od limuna. Izbjegavajte mliječne proizvode. Zamijenite ih biljnim mlijekom. Pijte čaj od maslačka jednom dnevno. Ima detoksikacijski učinak.
Uz uravnoteženu prehranu, najbolja prevencija angioma je zaštita od sunca. Osim savjesnog sunčanja, serum s vitaminom C i krema za sunčanje vaši su najbolji saveznici.
