Završni radovi na iskopima triju pličina u neposrednoj blizini terminala za ukapljeni pririodni plin (LNG) u cijelosti su dovršeni, potvrđeno je Novom listu iz tvrtke LNG Hrvatska.

Nakon završetka radova uklonjene su i plutače koje su brodove upozoravale na pličine, a uklanjanjem pličina omogućen je pristup brodovima za prijevoz ukapljenog plina i sa sjeverne strane terminala.

U praksi, najveća novost koju donosi uklanjanje pličina je to da će brodovi koji dopremaju plin sada moći na terminal, odnosno uz bok ploveće jedinice za uplinjavanje ukapljenog prirodnog plina (FSRU) "LNG Croatia", uploviti prvo pramcem, a ne krmom, kao što je do sad bio slučaj. To će značajno, kažu upućeni, pojednostaviti manevriranje prilikom uplovljavanja LNG tankera na terminal.

Bez obzira na jednostavnije uplovljavanje, na terminalu će prilikom svake operacije priveza i odveza i dalje na snazi biti strogi standardi sigurnosti plovidbe pa će, kao i dosad, svaku manovru pratiti četiri remorkera, uz još jedan remorker u 24-satnoj pripravnosti, nakon priveza, za vrijeme trajanja prekrcaja plina s LNG tankera na FSRU "LNG Hrvatska".

Iz LNG-a Hrvatska su također potvrdili da se krajem idućeg mjeseca očekuje dolazak najvećeg do sad LNG tankera za prijevoz plina, broda "Mekaines" takozvane Qmax klase, koji su ujedno i najveći brodovi za prijevoz ukapljenog prirodnog plina na svijetu.

Riječ je o klasi LNG tankera kod koje slovo Q označava državu Katar i to s razlogom jer je riječ o maksimalnoj veličini broda koji može uploviti na katarske terminale za ukrcaj ukapljenog prirodnog plina. "Mekaines" je grdosija duga 345 metara, široka 54 metra, s kapacitetom prijevoza 261.137 metara kubičnih prirodnog plina. Svojim dimenzijama i kapacitetom tankova daleko nadmašuje omišaljski FSRU "LNG Croatia", od kojeg je dulji čak 65 metara, a širi je 11 metara, piše Novi list.

Završni radovi na iskopima triju pličina u neposrednoj blizini terminala za ukapljeni pririodni plin (LNG) u cijelosti su dovršeni, potvrđeno je Novom listu iz tvrtke LNG Hrvatska.

Nakon završetka radova uklonjene su i plutače koje su brodove upozoravale na pličine, a uklanjanjem pličina omogućen je pristup brodovima za prijevoz ukapljenog plina i sa sjeverne strane terminala.

U praksi, najveća novost koju donosi uklanjanje pličina je to da će brodovi koji dopremaju plin sada moći na terminal, odnosno uz bok ploveće jedinice za uplinjavanje ukapljenog prirodnog plina (FSRU) "LNG Croatia", uploviti prvo pramcem, a ne krmom, kao što je do sad bio slučaj. To će značajno, kažu upućeni, pojednostaviti manevriranje prilikom uplovljavanja LNG tankera na terminal.

Bez obzira na jednostavnije uplovljavanje, na terminalu će prilikom svake operacije priveza i odveza i dalje na snazi biti strogi standardi sigurnosti plovidbe pa će, kao i dosad, svaku manovru pratiti četiri remorkera, uz još jedan remorker u 24-satnoj pripravnosti, nakon priveza, za vrijeme trajanja prekrcaja plina s LNG tankera na FSRU "LNG Hrvatska".

Iz LNG-a Hrvatska su također potvrdili da se krajem idućeg mjeseca očekuje dolazak najvećeg do sad LNG tankera za prijevoz plina, broda "Mekaines" takozvane Qmax klase, koji su ujedno i najveći brodovi za prijevoz ukapljenog prirodnog plina na svijetu.

Riječ je o klasi LNG tankera kod koje slovo Q označava državu Katar i to s razlogom jer je riječ o maksimalnoj veličini broda koji može uploviti na katarske terminale za ukrcaj ukapljenog prirodnog plina. "Mekaines" je grdosija duga 345 metara, široka 54 metra, s kapacitetom prijevoza 261.137 metara kubičnih prirodnog plina. Svojim dimenzijama i kapacitetom tankova daleko nadmašuje omišaljski FSRU "LNG Croatia", od kojeg je dulji čak 65 metara, a širi je 11 metara, piše Novi list.

Završni radovi na iskopima triju pličina u neposrednoj blizini terminala za ukapljeni pririodni plin (LNG) u cijelosti su dovršeni, potvrđeno je Novom listu iz tvrtke LNG Hrvatska.

Nakon završetka radova uklonjene su i plutače koje su brodove upozoravale na pličine, a uklanjanjem pličina omogućen je pristup brodovima za prijevoz ukapljenog plina i sa sjeverne strane terminala.

U praksi, najveća novost koju donosi uklanjanje pličina je to da će brodovi koji dopremaju plin sada moći na terminal, odnosno uz bok ploveće jedinice za uplinjavanje ukapljenog prirodnog plina (FSRU) "LNG Croatia", uploviti prvo pramcem, a ne krmom, kao što je do sad bio slučaj. To će značajno, kažu upućeni, pojednostaviti manevriranje prilikom uplovljavanja LNG tankera na terminal.

Bez obzira na jednostavnije uplovljavanje, na terminalu će prilikom svake operacije priveza i odveza i dalje na snazi biti strogi standardi sigurnosti plovidbe pa će, kao i dosad, svaku manovru pratiti četiri remorkera, uz još jedan remorker u 24-satnoj pripravnosti, nakon priveza, za vrijeme trajanja prekrcaja plina s LNG tankera na FSRU "LNG Hrvatska".

Iz LNG-a Hrvatska su također potvrdili da se krajem idućeg mjeseca očekuje dolazak najvećeg do sad LNG tankera za prijevoz plina, broda "Mekaines" takozvane Qmax klase, koji su ujedno i najveći brodovi za prijevoz ukapljenog prirodnog plina na svijetu.

Riječ je o klasi LNG tankera kod koje slovo Q označava državu Katar i to s razlogom jer je riječ o maksimalnoj veličini broda koji može uploviti na katarske terminale za ukrcaj ukapljenog prirodnog plina. "Mekaines" je grdosija duga 345 metara, široka 54 metra, s kapacitetom prijevoza 261.137 metara kubičnih prirodnog plina. Svojim dimenzijama i kapacitetom tankova daleko nadmašuje omišaljski FSRU "LNG Croatia", od kojeg je dulji čak 65 metara, a širi je 11 metara, piše Novi list.
