Srušio se most dužine 2,3 kilometra u Baltimoreu u američkoj saveznoj državi Maryland nakon što se u njega zabio teretni brod. Videosnimke nadzornih kamera koje uživo prenose pokazuju kako se most star 47 godina urušava nakon što ga je udario teretnjak.

- Sve trake na mostu su zatvorene zbog incidenta na mostu I-695. Promet se odvija obilazno, navodi uprava za promet Marylanda u priopćenju.

Nekoliko videozapisa na društvenim mrežama prikazuje kako se veliki teretni brod približava jednome od potpornih stupova mosta Francis Scott Key. Zabija se u stup pri čemu se most urušava u rijeku Patapsco, zajedno s brojnim automobilima koji su u to vrijeme bili na mostu.

Teška nesreća se dogodila u 1.35 sati po noći, a policija Baltimorea navodi da se most djelomično urušio.

Brod Dali koji je udario u most dugaćak je čak 288 metara, a plovio je pod singapurskom zastavom, prenosi New York Times. Isplovi je iz Baltimorea, a krajnja destinacija bila je Šri Lanka, odnosno prijestolnica Colombo.

Spasioci tragaju za najmanje sedmero ljudi koji su uslijed urušavanja završili u vodi, rekao je Kevin Cartwright, direktor komunikacija vatrogasne službe Baltimorea.

- Trenutno smo fokusirani na spašavanje ljudi", rekao je Cartwright.

Rekao je da je prerano procijeniti koliko je ljudi stradalo prilikom urušavanja, ali pretpostavlja da će biti puno žrtava.

Srušio se most dužine 2,3 kilometra u Baltimoreu u američkoj saveznoj državi Maryland nakon što se u njega zabio teretni brod. Videosnimke nadzornih kamera koje uživo prenose pokazuju kako se most star 47 godina urušava nakon što ga je udario teretnjak.

- Sve trake na mostu su zatvorene zbog incidenta na mostu I-695. Promet se odvija obilazno, navodi uprava za promet Marylanda u priopćenju.

Nekoliko videozapisa na društvenim mrežama prikazuje kako se veliki teretni brod približava jednome od potpornih stupova mosta Francis Scott Key. Zabija se u stup pri čemu se most urušava u rijeku Patapsco, zajedno s brojnim automobilima koji su u to vrijeme bili na mostu.

Teška nesreća se dogodila u 1.35 sati po noći, a policija Baltimorea navodi da se most djelomično urušio.

Brod Dali koji je udario u most dugaćak je čak 288 metara, a plovio je pod singapurskom zastavom, prenosi New York Times. Isplovi je iz Baltimorea, a krajnja destinacija bila je Šri Lanka, odnosno prijestolnica Colombo.

Spasioci tragaju za najmanje sedmero ljudi koji su uslijed urušavanja završili u vodi, rekao je Kevin Cartwright, direktor komunikacija vatrogasne službe Baltimorea.

- Trenutno smo fokusirani na spašavanje ljudi", rekao je Cartwright.

Rekao je da je prerano procijeniti koliko je ljudi stradalo prilikom urušavanja, ali pretpostavlja da će biti puno žrtava.

Srušio se most dužine 2,3 kilometra u Baltimoreu u američkoj saveznoj državi Maryland nakon što se u njega zabio teretni brod. Videosnimke nadzornih kamera koje uživo prenose pokazuju kako se most star 47 godina urušava nakon što ga je udario teretnjak.

- Sve trake na mostu su zatvorene zbog incidenta na mostu I-695. Promet se odvija obilazno, navodi uprava za promet Marylanda u priopćenju.

Nekoliko videozapisa na društvenim mrežama prikazuje kako se veliki teretni brod približava jednome od potpornih stupova mosta Francis Scott Key. Zabija se u stup pri čemu se most urušava u rijeku Patapsco, zajedno s brojnim automobilima koji su u to vrijeme bili na mostu.

Teška nesreća se dogodila u 1.35 sati po noći, a policija Baltimorea navodi da se most djelomično urušio.

Brod Dali koji je udario u most dugaćak je čak 288 metara, a plovio je pod singapurskom zastavom, prenosi New York Times. Isplovi je iz Baltimorea, a krajnja destinacija bila je Šri Lanka, odnosno prijestolnica Colombo.

Spasioci tragaju za najmanje sedmero ljudi koji su uslijed urušavanja završili u vodi, rekao je Kevin Cartwright, direktor komunikacija vatrogasne službe Baltimorea.

- Trenutno smo fokusirani na spašavanje ljudi", rekao je Cartwright.

Rekao je da je prerano procijeniti koliko je ljudi stradalo prilikom urušavanja, ali pretpostavlja da će biti puno žrtava.
