U srijedu u 11.47 sati praćenjem podsustava za nadzor državne granice na moru unutar teritorijalnog mora Republike Hrvatske uočena je strana ribarica. Nakon uočavanja ulaska talijanske ribarice u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske od strane Nacionalnog pomorskog centra za prikupljanje podataka, informacija je odmah proslijeđena najbližem policijskom plovilu Postaje pomorske policije Split koje je promptno reagiralo i bilo spremno za postupanje, izvijestila je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska.

U 12.17 sati dolaskom policijskih službenika uočeno je da se ribaricom obavlja gospodarski ribolov uz uporabu povlačne mreže koče, ali hrvatska pomorska policija spriječila je to uzaptivši ribaricu.

Izdana je zapovijed da se zaustavi daljnje ribarenje, da podignu ribolovne alate i mrežu iz mora, što su i učinili.

Policijski službenici su utvrdili kako se na brodu nalaze dva strana državljana Republike Italije. Uhićeni su i izdana im je zapovijed da plove prema Splitu.

Strana ribarica je uz pratnju službenog policijskog plovila uplovila u luku, te je nad njima provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je kako su 25-godišnjak i 35-godišnjak ostvarili obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 5 Schengenskog zakonika i čl. 3 st..1 t.a Uredbe Vijeća EZ 1005/2008, kažnjivo po članku 77 st. 4, u svezi st. 1 t. 5 Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (nedozvoljeni prelazak državne granice i obavljanje ribolova unutar teritorijalnog mora RH bez povlastice) i danas tijekom dana će uz optužni prijedlog biti dovedeni na općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Na brodu je pronađeno šest kašeta, odnosno 20,40 kilograma razne vrste ribe radi čega će ribarski inspektor poduzeti mjere i radnje iz svoje nadležnosti, te će istima biti izrečena i naknada štete.

U srijedu u 11.47 sati praćenjem podsustava za nadzor državne granice na moru unutar teritorijalnog mora Republike Hrvatske uočena je strana ribarica. Nakon uočavanja ulaska talijanske ribarice u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske od strane Nacionalnog pomorskog centra za prikupljanje podataka, informacija je odmah proslijeđena najbližem policijskom plovilu Postaje pomorske policije Split koje je promptno reagiralo i bilo spremno za postupanje, izvijestila je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska.

U 12.17 sati dolaskom policijskih službenika uočeno je da se ribaricom obavlja gospodarski ribolov uz uporabu povlačne mreže koče, ali hrvatska pomorska policija spriječila je to uzaptivši ribaricu.

Izdana je zapovijed da se zaustavi daljnje ribarenje, da podignu ribolovne alate i mrežu iz mora, što su i učinili.

Policijski službenici su utvrdili kako se na brodu nalaze dva strana državljana Republike Italije. Uhićeni su i izdana im je zapovijed da plove prema Splitu.

Strana ribarica je uz pratnju službenog policijskog plovila uplovila u luku, te je nad njima provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je kako su 25-godišnjak i 35-godišnjak ostvarili obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 5 Schengenskog zakonika i čl. 3 st..1 t.a Uredbe Vijeća EZ 1005/2008, kažnjivo po članku 77 st. 4, u svezi st. 1 t. 5 Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (nedozvoljeni prelazak državne granice i obavljanje ribolova unutar teritorijalnog mora RH bez povlastice) i danas tijekom dana će uz optužni prijedlog biti dovedeni na općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Na brodu je pronađeno šest kašeta, odnosno 20,40 kilograma razne vrste ribe radi čega će ribarski inspektor poduzeti mjere i radnje iz svoje nadležnosti, te će istima biti izrečena i naknada štete.

U srijedu u 11.47 sati praćenjem podsustava za nadzor državne granice na moru unutar teritorijalnog mora Republike Hrvatske uočena je strana ribarica. Nakon uočavanja ulaska talijanske ribarice u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske od strane Nacionalnog pomorskog centra za prikupljanje podataka, informacija je odmah proslijeđena najbližem policijskom plovilu Postaje pomorske policije Split koje je promptno reagiralo i bilo spremno za postupanje, izvijestila je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska.

U 12.17 sati dolaskom policijskih službenika uočeno je da se ribaricom obavlja gospodarski ribolov uz uporabu povlačne mreže koče, ali hrvatska pomorska policija spriječila je to uzaptivši ribaricu.

Izdana je zapovijed da se zaustavi daljnje ribarenje, da podignu ribolovne alate i mrežu iz mora, što su i učinili.

Policijski službenici su utvrdili kako se na brodu nalaze dva strana državljana Republike Italije. Uhićeni su i izdana im je zapovijed da plove prema Splitu.

Strana ribarica je uz pratnju službenog policijskog plovila uplovila u luku, te je nad njima provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je kako su 25-godišnjak i 35-godišnjak ostvarili obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 5 Schengenskog zakonika i čl. 3 st..1 t.a Uredbe Vijeća EZ 1005/2008, kažnjivo po članku 77 st. 4, u svezi st. 1 t. 5 Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (nedozvoljeni prelazak državne granice i obavljanje ribolova unutar teritorijalnog mora RH bez povlastice) i danas tijekom dana će uz optužni prijedlog biti dovedeni na općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Na brodu je pronađeno šest kašeta, odnosno 20,40 kilograma razne vrste ribe radi čega će ribarski inspektor poduzeti mjere i radnje iz svoje nadležnosti, te će istima biti izrečena i naknada štete.
