Iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet u utorak su potvrdili da je ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza na državnoj brodskoj liniji Preko – Zadar istekao lani u prosincu, navodeći da Jadrolinija nastavlja povezivati otok Ugljan sa zadarskom lukom te da će biti raspisan novi natječaj.

"Ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza u linijskom obalnom pomorskom prometu na državnoj brodskoj liniji 409 Preko – (Ošljak) – Zadar i obratno, koji je bio sklopljen između Agencije i brodara Jadrolinije, istekao je 31. prosinca 2021., a Jadrolinija nastavlja obavljati tu liniju kako bi osigurala povezivanje otoka s putničkom lukom Zadar (poluotok)," odgovorili su iz Agencije na upit Hine.

Ističu da je natječaj za privremeno obavljanje prijevoza na liniji 409 poništen 21. travnja te da je istoga dana putem sustava Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave odluka, bez odgode, dostavljena svim sudionicima natječaja, tj. brodarima koji su dali ponude.

"Novi natječaj bit će pokrenut po ispunjavanju određenih procedura koje Agencija trenutno provodi sukladno odredbama Zakona o prijevozu u linijskom i povremenom obalnom pomorskom prometu", naveli su iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Iz Jadrolinije su, također na upit Hine, odgovorili da su, nakon što je istekao ugovor za održavanje linije Preko-Zadar, nastavili ploviti i spajati putničku luku Zadar s Prekom, kako ne bi došlo do prekida povezivanja otoka Ugljana s kopnom.

"Prekid ove linije bi svakako doveo u pitanje kvalitetu života na otoku, koja se omogućava otočnom stanovništvu, ponajprije učenicima, radnicima i ostalim putnicima," istaknuli su.

U Jadroliniji očekuju brzo rješenje u vezi s uspostavom te pomorske veze, navodeći da je riječ o liniji od općeg gospodarskog interesa, državnoj liniji s obvezom javne usluge.

Iz Strukovnog sindikata pomoraca Jadrolinije uputili su potkraj prošlog tjedna ministru mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture Olegu Butkoviću otvoreno pismo u kojemu tvrde da ima više nepravilnosti u prijevozu putnika na državnoj brodskoj liniji Preko-Zadar.

Smatraju da je "evidentno da Jadrolinija bez važećeg ugovora obavlja prijevoz putnika na navedenoj putničkoj liniji" te da se "postavlja pitanje kako brod na toj liniji uopće isplovljava". Naglašavaju da je riječ o državnoj brodskoj liniji, da ju je Agencija samovoljno pretvorila u komercijalnu liniju te da samo Vlada može odrediti je li linija državna ili nije.

Iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet u utorak su potvrdili da je ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza na državnoj brodskoj liniji Preko – Zadar istekao lani u prosincu, navodeći da Jadrolinija nastavlja povezivati otok Ugljan sa zadarskom lukom te da će biti raspisan novi natječaj.

"Ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza u linijskom obalnom pomorskom prometu na državnoj brodskoj liniji 409 Preko – (Ošljak) – Zadar i obratno, koji je bio sklopljen između Agencije i brodara Jadrolinije, istekao je 31. prosinca 2021., a Jadrolinija nastavlja obavljati tu liniju kako bi osigurala povezivanje otoka s putničkom lukom Zadar (poluotok)," odgovorili su iz Agencije na upit Hine.

Ističu da je natječaj za privremeno obavljanje prijevoza na liniji 409 poništen 21. travnja te da je istoga dana putem sustava Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave odluka, bez odgode, dostavljena svim sudionicima natječaja, tj. brodarima koji su dali ponude.

"Novi natječaj bit će pokrenut po ispunjavanju određenih procedura koje Agencija trenutno provodi sukladno odredbama Zakona o prijevozu u linijskom i povremenom obalnom pomorskom prometu", naveli su iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Iz Jadrolinije su, također na upit Hine, odgovorili da su, nakon što je istekao ugovor za održavanje linije Preko-Zadar, nastavili ploviti i spajati putničku luku Zadar s Prekom, kako ne bi došlo do prekida povezivanja otoka Ugljana s kopnom.

"Prekid ove linije bi svakako doveo u pitanje kvalitetu života na otoku, koja se omogućava otočnom stanovništvu, ponajprije učenicima, radnicima i ostalim putnicima," istaknuli su.

U Jadroliniji očekuju brzo rješenje u vezi s uspostavom te pomorske veze, navodeći da je riječ o liniji od općeg gospodarskog interesa, državnoj liniji s obvezom javne usluge.

Iz Strukovnog sindikata pomoraca Jadrolinije uputili su potkraj prošlog tjedna ministru mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture Olegu Butkoviću otvoreno pismo u kojemu tvrde da ima više nepravilnosti u prijevozu putnika na državnoj brodskoj liniji Preko-Zadar.

Smatraju da je "evidentno da Jadrolinija bez važećeg ugovora obavlja prijevoz putnika na navedenoj putničkoj liniji" te da se "postavlja pitanje kako brod na toj liniji uopće isplovljava". Naglašavaju da je riječ o državnoj brodskoj liniji, da ju je Agencija samovoljno pretvorila u komercijalnu liniju te da samo Vlada može odrediti je li linija državna ili nije.

Iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet u utorak su potvrdili da je ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza na državnoj brodskoj liniji Preko – Zadar istekao lani u prosincu, navodeći da Jadrolinija nastavlja povezivati otok Ugljan sa zadarskom lukom te da će biti raspisan novi natječaj.

"Ugovor o obavljanju javnog prijevoza u linijskom obalnom pomorskom prometu na državnoj brodskoj liniji 409 Preko – (Ošljak) – Zadar i obratno, koji je bio sklopljen između Agencije i brodara Jadrolinije, istekao je 31. prosinca 2021., a Jadrolinija nastavlja obavljati tu liniju kako bi osigurala povezivanje otoka s putničkom lukom Zadar (poluotok)," odgovorili su iz Agencije na upit Hine.

Ističu da je natječaj za privremeno obavljanje prijevoza na liniji 409 poništen 21. travnja te da je istoga dana putem sustava Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave odluka, bez odgode, dostavljena svim sudionicima natječaja, tj. brodarima koji su dali ponude.

"Novi natječaj bit će pokrenut po ispunjavanju određenih procedura koje Agencija trenutno provodi sukladno odredbama Zakona o prijevozu u linijskom i povremenom obalnom pomorskom prometu", naveli su iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.
