Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet obavještava niže navedene kategorije korisnika da od danas, 17. svibnja 2021. godine mogu podnijeti Zahtjev za izdavanje Iskaznice za osobe s invaliditetom.
Zahtjev se šalje poštom na adresu: Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet, PP 8, 10 002 Zagreb.
Pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama s obvezom javne usluge ostvaruju sljedeće kategorije korisnika:
- Osobe s invaliditetom kod kojih je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje donjih ekstremiteta 80% ili više
- Hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi sa 100%-tnim tjelesnim oštećenjem
- Osobe kojima je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje osjetila vida od 100%
- Gluhoslijepe osobe sa 100%-tnim tjelesnim oštećenjem
- Osobe s invaliditetom sa utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja
- Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju sa utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja
Besplatan prijevoz za navedene kategorije odnosi se na korisnika, pratnju i osobno vozilo.
Pravo na besplatan prijevoz ostvaruju i djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim I. i II. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja koja imaju prebivalište na otoku te njihova pratnja.
Korisnicima će uskoro biti omogućeno podnošenje zahtjeva elektronskim putem. Elektronski će se zahtjev podnositi putem platforme e-Građani ili putem poveznice koja će biti dostupna na mrežnim stranicama Agencije. O dostupnosti elektronske usluge Agencija će obavijestiti korisnike.
Izrađena Iskaznica za OSI će korisniku biti dostavljena na adresu prebivališta u roku od 30 dana od dana zaprimanja kompletiranog zahtjeva. Provjera ostvaruje li korisnik pravo na Iskaznicu za OSI izvršavati će se u Registru o osobama s invaliditetom (dalje ROI) koji vodi Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo. Ažurirani podaci u evidenciji ROI-a su osnovni preduvjet za uspješnu obradu zahtjeva za izdavanje Iskaznice za OSI.
Iskaznicom za OSI korisnici će na prodajnim mjestima brodara moći ishoditi besplatne putne karte za putovanje trajektom.
Do 1. listopada 2021. godine korisnici će svoje pravo također moći ostvarivati kao i do sada, podnošenjem zahtjeva brodaru, a nakon navedenog datuma isključivo Iskaznicom za OSI.

Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet obavještava niže navedene kategorije korisnika da od danas, 17. svibnja 2021. godine mogu podnijeti Zahtjev za izdavanje Iskaznice za osobe s invaliditetom.
Zahtjev se šalje poštom na adresu: Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet, PP 8, 10 002 Zagreb.
Pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama s obvezom javne usluge ostvaruju sljedeće kategorije korisnika:
- Osobe s invaliditetom kod kojih je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje donjih ekstremiteta 80% ili više
- Hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi sa 100%-tnim tjelesnim oštećenjem
- Osobe kojima je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje osjetila vida od 100%
- Gluhoslijepe osobe sa 100%-tnim tjelesnim oštećenjem
- Osobe s invaliditetom sa utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja
- Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju sa utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja
Besplatan prijevoz za navedene kategorije odnosi se na korisnika, pratnju i osobno vozilo.
Pravo na besplatan prijevoz ostvaruju i djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim I. i II. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja koja imaju prebivalište na otoku te njihova pratnja.
Korisnicima će uskoro biti omogućeno podnošenje zahtjeva elektronskim putem. Elektronski će se zahtjev podnositi putem platforme e-Građani ili putem poveznice koja će biti dostupna na mrežnim stranicama Agencije. O dostupnosti elektronske usluge Agencija će obavijestiti korisnike.
Izrađena Iskaznica za OSI će korisniku biti dostavljena na adresu prebivališta u roku od 30 dana od dana zaprimanja kompletiranog zahtjeva. Provjera ostvaruje li korisnik pravo na Iskaznicu za OSI izvršavati će se u Registru o osobama s invaliditetom (dalje ROI) koji vodi Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo. Ažurirani podaci u evidenciji ROI-a su osnovni preduvjet za uspješnu obradu zahtjeva za izdavanje Iskaznice za OSI.
Iskaznicom za OSI korisnici će na prodajnim mjestima brodara moći ishoditi besplatne putne karte za putovanje trajektom.
Do 1. listopada 2021. godine korisnici će svoje pravo također moći ostvarivati kao i do sada, podnošenjem zahtjeva brodaru, a nakon navedenog datuma isključivo Iskaznicom za OSI.
Sve informacije o pravilima izdavanja Iskaznice za OSI, sadržaju Zahtjeva kao i obrazac Zahtjeva za izdavanje korisnici mogu pronaći na mrežnim stranicama Agencije pod kategorijom Iskaznica za OSI.
