Dva člana posade britanskog teretnog broda, Britanac i Hrvat, imali su nedozvoljenu količinu alkohola u krvi nakon sudara s danskim brodom na Baltičkom moru u kojemu je smrtno stradala najmanje jedna osoba te se nalaze u pritvoru, rekao je švedski tužitelj u utorak.

Teglenica Karin Hoj duga 55 metara prevrnula se nakon sudara s brodom Scot Carrier od 90 metara blizu otoka Bornholma u maglovitoj noći u ponedjeljak. 

Jedan od dva člana posade prevrnutog danskog broda pronađen je mrtav u trupu broda. Drugi član posade smatra se nestalim, ali je potraga u kojoj su sudjelovali brodovi i helikopteri, obustavljena u ponedjeljak ujutro.

Švedsko tužiteljstvo sumnja na nekoliko kaznenih djela - nemar u pomorskom prometu, ubojstvo iz nehaja i pijanstvo. 

Dva člana posade broda Scot Carrier, Britanac i Hrvat, zadržani su u utorak u pritvoru u sklopu preliminarne istrage. Tužitelj do četvrtka mora odlučiti hoće li ih zadržati u pritvoru.  

"Osumnjičenici koji se nalaze u pritvoru bili su alkoholizirani", rekao je javni tužitelj Tomas Olvmyr za Reuters. "Jedna osoba osumnjičena je za grubo pijanstvo na moru na osnovu radnji povezanih s nesrećom", dodao je. 

Odvjetnik koji zastupa hrvatskog osumnjičenika trebao bi razgovarati s njime u utorak poslijepodne.

Britanac je osumnjičen po više točaka, uključujući ubojstvo iz nehaja i bio je na straži u trenutku sudara nakon čega se prevrnuo manji danski brod. 

Njegov odvjetnik nije odmah bio dostupan za komentar, navodi Reuters. 

"Kako stvari sada stoje, dva broda su paralelno plovila, a onda je jedan skrenuo i naletio na drugi", rekao je Olvmyr. 

Scotline, u čijem je vlasništvu Scot Carrier, priopćio je da ima strogu politiku na uporabu droge i alkohola te nultu toleranciju na kršenje propisa. 

Prevrnutog Karina Hoja odvukli su bliže kopnu, a švedska obalna straža planira ga premjestiti na područje na kojemu ga može uspraviti. 

"Druga (nestala) osoba vjerojatno nije tamo", rekao je glasnogovornik švedske obalne straže Valdemar Lindekrantz. "No ne možemo biti potpuno sigurni dok ne uspravimo brod i ne istražimo svaki mogući prostor", dodao je.

Dva člana posade britanskog teretnog broda, Britanac i Hrvat, imali su nedozvoljenu količinu alkohola u krvi nakon sudara s danskim brodom na Baltičkom moru u kojemu je smrtno stradala najmanje jedna osoba te se nalaze u pritvoru, rekao je švedski tužitelj u utorak.

Teglenica Karin Hoj duga 55 metara prevrnula se nakon sudara s brodom Scot Carrier od 90 metara blizu otoka Bornholma u maglovitoj noći u ponedjeljak. 

Jedan od dva člana posade prevrnutog danskog broda pronađen je mrtav u trupu broda. Drugi član posade smatra se nestalim, ali je potraga u kojoj su sudjelovali brodovi i helikopteri, obustavljena u ponedjeljak ujutro.

Švedsko tužiteljstvo sumnja na nekoliko kaznenih djela - nemar u pomorskom prometu, ubojstvo iz nehaja i pijanstvo. 

Dva člana posade broda Scot Carrier, Britanac i Hrvat, zadržani su u utorak u pritvoru u sklopu preliminarne istrage. Tužitelj do četvrtka mora odlučiti hoće li ih zadržati u pritvoru.  

"Osumnjičenici koji se nalaze u pritvoru bili su alkoholizirani", rekao je javni tužitelj Tomas Olvmyr za Reuters. "Jedna osoba osumnjičena je za grubo pijanstvo na moru na osnovu radnji povezanih s nesrećom", dodao je. 

Odvjetnik koji zastupa hrvatskog osumnjičenika trebao bi razgovarati s njime u utorak poslijepodne.

Britanac je osumnjičen po više točaka, uključujući ubojstvo iz nehaja i bio je na straži u trenutku sudara nakon čega se prevrnuo manji danski brod. 

Njegov odvjetnik nije odmah bio dostupan za komentar, navodi Reuters. 

"Kako stvari sada stoje, dva broda su paralelno plovila, a onda je jedan skrenuo i naletio na drugi", rekao je Olvmyr. 

Scotline, u čijem je vlasništvu Scot Carrier, priopćio je da ima strogu politiku na uporabu droge i alkohola te nultu toleranciju na kršenje propisa. 

Prevrnutog Karina Hoja odvukli su bliže kopnu, a švedska obalna straža planira ga premjestiti na područje na kojemu ga može uspraviti. 

"Druga (nestala) osoba vjerojatno nije tamo", rekao je glasnogovornik švedske obalne straže Valdemar Lindekrantz. "No ne možemo biti potpuno sigurni dok ne uspravimo brod i ne istražimo svaki mogući prostor", dodao je.

Dva člana posade britanskog teretnog broda, Britanac i Hrvat, imali su nedozvoljenu količinu alkohola u krvi nakon sudara s danskim brodom na Baltičkom moru u kojemu je smrtno stradala najmanje jedna osoba te se nalaze u pritvoru, rekao je švedski tužitelj u utorak.

Teglenica Karin Hoj duga 55 metara prevrnula se nakon sudara s brodom Scot Carrier od 90 metara blizu otoka Bornholma u maglovitoj noći u ponedjeljak. 

Jedan od dva člana posade prevrnutog danskog broda pronađen je mrtav u trupu broda. Drugi član posade smatra se nestalim, ali je potraga u kojoj su sudjelovali brodovi i helikopteri, obustavljena u ponedjeljak ujutro.
