Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture objavilo je na službenim stranicama portala e-Pomorac važnu obavijest za sve pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi, a koja je vezana uz izračun pomorskog dodatka prilikom popunjavanja EPOM obrasca. Objavu Ministarstva u nastavku prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Ovim putem obavještavamo sve pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi da prilikom popunjavanja EPOM obrasca za 2023. godinu u tablici broj II. “IZRAČUN POMORSKOG DODATKA” u stupcu “Iznos pomorskog dodatka po danu plovidbe (u eurima i centima)” trebaju koristiti iznos 53,09 eura.", stoji u obavijesti.

U nastavku prenosimo i prijašnju objavu Ministarstva vezanu uz DPOM i EPOM obrasce:

"Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture će svim pomorcima u međunarodnoj plovidbi na kućnu adresu do kraja siječnja 2024. godine dostaviti DPOM obrazac o broju dana u međunarodnoj plovidbi za 2023. godinu. DPOM obrazac će biti moguće preuzeti i putem portala e-Pomorac.

Svi pomorci bez obzira na ostvareni broj dana dužni su do kraja veljače 2024. godine podnijeti prijavu poreza na dohodak za 2023. godinu uz koju moraju dostaviti obrazac DPOM i EPOM.

Pomorci koji su ostvarili pravo na umirovljenje dužni su uz poreznu prijavu dostaviti kopiju dokumentacije o umirovljenju kako bi bili oslobođeni obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak.

Temeljem odredbe članka 128. stavak 12. Pomorskog zakonika, vježbenici palube, stroja i elektrotehnike su oslobođeni obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak (nisu oslobođeni obveze podnošenja prijave). Uz poreznu prijavu potrebno je priložiti kopiju pomorske knjižice iz koje je vidljivo svojstvo ukrcaja i dopis s zahtjevom za oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na dohodak po gore navedenoj osnovi.

Ako se pomorac na dan isteka Zakonom propisanog roka za podnošenje godišnje porezne prijave nalazi, zbog obavljanja ugovorenog rada, na brodu u međunarodnoj plovidbi te stoga nije u mogućnosti u propisanom roku podnijeti godišnju poreznu prijavu, smatra se da je ispunjen opravdan razlog za propuštanje zakonskog roka, a za koji pomorac nije odgovoran (viša sila). U navedenom slučaju, pomorac može, prema članku 94. Općeg poreznog zakona (NN br. 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 32/20, 42/20, 114/22), podnijeti zahtjev za povrat u prijašnje stanje i to u roku od osam dana od dana kada je prestao razlog koji je uzrokovao propuštanje roka.", stoji u obavijesti iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

"Ovim putem obavještavamo sve pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi da prilikom popunjavanja EPOM obrasca za 2023. godinu u tablici broj II. “IZRAČUN POMORSKOG DODATKA” u stupcu “Iznos pomorskog dodatka po danu plovidbe (u eurima i centima)” trebaju koristiti iznos 53,09 eura.", stoji u obavijesti.

U nastavku prenosimo i prijašnju objavu Ministarstva vezanu uz DPOM i EPOM obrasce:

"Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture će svim pomorcima u međunarodnoj plovidbi na kućnu adresu do kraja siječnja 2024. godine dostaviti DPOM obrazac o broju dana u međunarodnoj plovidbi za 2023. godinu. DPOM obrazac će biti moguće preuzeti i putem portala e-Pomorac.

Svi pomorci bez obzira na ostvareni broj dana dužni su do kraja veljače 2024. godine podnijeti prijavu poreza na dohodak za 2023. godinu uz koju moraju dostaviti obrazac DPOM i EPOM.

Pomorci koji su ostvarili pravo na umirovljenje dužni su uz poreznu prijavu dostaviti kopiju dokumentacije o umirovljenju kako bi bili oslobođeni obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak.

Temeljem odredbe članka 128. stavak 12. Pomorskog zakonika, vježbenici palube, stroja i elektrotehnike su oslobođeni obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak (nisu oslobođeni obveze podnošenja prijave). Uz poreznu prijavu potrebno je priložiti kopiju pomorske knjižice iz koje je vidljivo svojstvo ukrcaja i dopis s zahtjevom za oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na dohodak po gore navedenoj osnovi.

Ako se pomorac na dan isteka Zakonom propisanog roka za podnošenje godišnje porezne prijave nalazi, zbog obavljanja ugovorenog rada, na brodu u međunarodnoj plovidbi te stoga nije u mogućnosti u propisanom roku podnijeti godišnju poreznu prijavu, smatra se da je ispunjen opravdan razlog za propuštanje zakonskog roka, a za koji pomorac nije odgovoran (viša sila). U navedenom slučaju, pomorac može, prema članku 94. Općeg poreznog zakona (NN br. 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 32/20, 42/20, 114/22), podnijeti zahtjev za povrat u prijašnje stanje i to u roku od osam dana od dana kada je prestao razlog koji je uzrokovao propuštanje roka.", stoji u obavijesti iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture objavilo je na službenim stranicama portala e-Pomorac važnu obavijest za sve pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi, a koja je vezana uz izračun pomorskog dodatka prilikom popunjavanja EPOM obrasca. Objavu Ministarstva u nastavku prenosimo u cijelosti:
