Nafta koja je do Hrvatske prevezena u tankeru “ARC1” , a za koju se sumnja da je iranska, neslužbeno se dovodi u vezu s Ivanom Čermakom i njegovom kompanijom Delta Oil International, piše u nedjelju Večernji list.

Takvu informaciju dnevniku je potvrdilo više izvora. Ivan Čermak je na pitanje je li kupac te nafte Večernjem listu vrlo kratko odgovorio da nije, a na pitanje je li na bilo koji način povezan s tim tankerom, kazao je da će se čuti kasnije, ali to se nije dogodilo jer se više nije javljao na pozive.

Ivan Čermak i kompanija Delta Oil International dio su lanca kupnje nafte – ta kompanija kupuje, dovozi i skladišti u JANAF-u sirovu naftu za krajnje korisnike, budući da je lani Čermak prodao i više nije vlasnik kompanije Crodux i ne može krajnji proizvod, prerađenu naftu, koristiti kao svoj krajnji proizvod.

Čermakova tvrtka s JANAF- om ima niz ugovora potpisanih u posljednjih nekoliko godina. Posljednji ugovor potpisan je 22. travnja ove godine, a taj je događaj zabilježen i na stranicama JANAF-a.

”Društvo je s kompanijom Delta Oil International d.o.o. sklopilo ugovor o skladištenju 169.000 m³ sirove nafte na Terminalu Omišalj za razdoblje od 15. travnja 2022. do 15. kolovoza 2022. godine”, piše na stranici. Uz objavu je i tekst s izjavom predsjednika uprave Stjepana Adanića.

Fantomski tanker “ARC1”, koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom, od kojega sad svi dižu ruke i ne žele se dovoditi u vezu s njim, odnosno s njegovim teretom, i dalje je usidren između Rijeke i Omišlja.

Na istom se mjestu to plovilo, čiji GT (volumen) iznosi 57.664 tone, nalazi od 10. svibnja, kad je onamo stigao nešto iza ponoći, nakon što je tri puta prokrstario Jadranom.

Sudbina mu je i dalje neizvjesna, ali “ako je u njemu iranska nafta, nema šanse da će je iskrcati”, kažu upućeni.

Iransku naftu teško da će itko u EU primiti, pogotovo ako SAD ima informacije o pokušaju kupnje, iskrcaja ili prodaje tog energenta koji je pod američkim sankcijama.

Iako EU nema potpuni embargo na iransku naftu, ona je nepoželjna zbog američkih sankcija, a svi koji se usude trgovati, prevoziti ili iskrcati je, kao i banke koje provode plaćanje, riskiraju kazne i probleme na američkom tržištu, kao i narušavanje reputacije. Stoga i ne čudi potpuna šutnja oko tankera “ARC1”, od svih koji bi mogli imati bilo kakve veze s njim, piše novinarka Večernjeg lista Sandra Veljković.

Nafta koja je do Hrvatske prevezena u tankeru “ARC1” , a za koju se sumnja da je iranska, neslužbeno se dovodi u vezu s Ivanom Čermakom i njegovom kompanijom Delta Oil International, piše u nedjelju Večernji list.

Takvu informaciju dnevniku je potvrdilo više izvora. Ivan Čermak je na pitanje je li kupac te nafte Večernjem listu vrlo kratko odgovorio da nije, a na pitanje je li na bilo koji način povezan s tim tankerom, kazao je da će se čuti kasnije, ali to se nije dogodilo jer se više nije javljao na pozive.

Ivan Čermak i kompanija Delta Oil International dio su lanca kupnje nafte – ta kompanija kupuje, dovozi i skladišti u JANAF-u sirovu naftu za krajnje korisnike, budući da je lani Čermak prodao i više nije vlasnik kompanije Crodux i ne može krajnji proizvod, prerađenu naftu, koristiti kao svoj krajnji proizvod.

Čermakova tvrtka s JANAF- om ima niz ugovora potpisanih u posljednjih nekoliko godina. Posljednji ugovor potpisan je 22. travnja ove godine, a taj je događaj zabilježen i na stranicama JANAF-a.

”Društvo je s kompanijom Delta Oil International d.o.o. sklopilo ugovor o skladištenju 169.000 m³ sirove nafte na Terminalu Omišalj za razdoblje od 15. travnja 2022. do 15. kolovoza 2022. godine”, piše na stranici. Uz objavu je i tekst s izjavom predsjednika uprave Stjepana Adanića.

Fantomski tanker “ARC1”, koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom, od kojega sad svi dižu ruke i ne žele se dovoditi u vezu s njim, odnosno s njegovim teretom, i dalje je usidren između Rijeke i Omišlja.

Na istom se mjestu to plovilo, čiji GT (volumen) iznosi 57.664 tone, nalazi od 10. svibnja, kad je onamo stigao nešto iza ponoći, nakon što je tri puta prokrstario Jadranom.

Sudbina mu je i dalje neizvjesna, ali “ako je u njemu iranska nafta, nema šanse da će je iskrcati”, kažu upućeni.

Iransku naftu teško da će itko u EU primiti, pogotovo ako SAD ima informacije o pokušaju kupnje, iskrcaja ili prodaje tog energenta koji je pod američkim sankcijama.

Iako EU nema potpuni embargo na iransku naftu, ona je nepoželjna zbog američkih sankcija, a svi koji se usude trgovati, prevoziti ili iskrcati je, kao i banke koje provode plaćanje, riskiraju kazne i probleme na američkom tržištu, kao i narušavanje reputacije. Nafta koja je do Hrvatske prevezena u tankeru “ARC1” , a za koju se sumnja da je iranska, neslužbeno se dovodi u vezu s Ivanom Čermakom i njegovom kompanijom Delta Oil International, piše u nedjelju Večernji list.

Takvu informaciju dnevniku je potvrdilo više izvora. Ivan Čermak je na pitanje je li kupac te nafte Večernjem listu vrlo kratko odgovorio da nije, a na pitanje je li na bilo koji način povezan s tim tankerom, kazao je da će se čuti kasnije, ali to se nije dogodilo jer se više nije javljao na pozive.

Ivan Čermak i kompanija Delta Oil International dio su lanca kupnje nafte – ta kompanija kupuje, dovozi i skladišti u JANAF-u sirovu naftu za krajnje korisnike, budući da je lani Čermak prodao i više nije vlasnik kompanije Crodux i ne može krajnji proizvod, prerađenu naftu, koristiti kao svoj krajnji proizvod.

Čermakova tvrtka s JANAF- om ima niz ugovora potpisanih u posljednjih nekoliko godina. Posljednji ugovor potpisan je 22. travnja ove godine, a taj je događaj zabilježen i na stranicama JANAF-a.

”Društvo je s kompanijom Delta Oil International d.o.o. sklopilo ugovor o skladištenju 169.000 m³ sirove nafte na Terminalu Omišalj za razdoblje od 15. travnja 2022. do 15. kolovoza 2022. godine”, piše na stranici. Uz objavu je i tekst s izjavom predsjednika uprave Stjepana Adanića.

Fantomski tanker “ARC1”, koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom, od kojega sad svi dižu ruke i ne žele se dovoditi u vezu s njim, odnosno s njegovim teretom, i dalje je usidren između Rijeke i Omišlja.

Na istom se mjestu to plovilo, čiji GT (volumen) iznosi 57.664 tone, nalazi od 10. svibnja, kad je onamo stigao nešto iza ponoći, nakon što je tri puta prokrstario Jadranom.

Sudbina mu je i dalje neizvjesna, ali “ako je u njemu iranska nafta, nema šanse da će je iskrcati”, kažu upućeni.

Iransku naftu teško da će itko u EU primiti, pogotovo ako SAD ima informacije o pokušaju kupnje, iskrcaja ili prodaje tog energenta koji je pod američkim sankcijama.

Iako EU nema potpuni embargo na iransku naftu, ona je nepoželjna zbog američkih sankcija, a svi koji se usude trgovati, prevoziti ili iskrcati je, kao i banke koje provode plaćanje, riskiraju kazne i probleme na američkom tržištu, kao i narušavanje reputacije. Stoga i ne čudi potpuna šutnja oko tankera “ARC1”, od svih koji bi mogli imati bilo kakve veze s njim, piše novinarka Večernjeg lista Sandra Veljković.
