Revizija uredbe o Transeuropskoj prometnoj mrežu (TEN-T), koja bi uskoro trebala stupiti na snagu, iznimno je važna za hrvatske morske luke, ali brža modernizacija željezničke mreže ključan je uvjet za njihov razvoj, rečeno je u utorak na okruglom stolu o morskim lukama koji je organizirao hrvatski zastupnik Valter Flego (IDS/Renew).

U prosincu prošle godine Vijeće i Europski parlament postigli su dogovor o reviziji uredbe o TEN-T, europskoj mreži željeznica, cesta, unutarnjih plovnih putova i morskih luka. Taj dogovor uskoro bi trebalo i formalno usvojiti i Vijeće i Parlament nakon čega uredba stupa na snagu.

Hrvatska je prema dosadašnjoj uredbi bila uključena u Mediteranski koridor, koji uključuje željezničko-cestovni pravac od Rijeke preko Zagreba do granice s Mađarskom i Slovenijom te na riječni Rajna Dunav koridor (dionice Dunava i Save, s lukama Vukovar i Slavonski Brod).

Revidiranom uredbom Hrvatska je sada pozicionirana na dodatna dva koridora: Baltičko more – Jadransko more i Zapadni Balkan – Istočno Sredozemlje. Prema novoj uredbi u europske koridore uključene su i luke Split i Ploče, regionalne željeznice u unutrašnjosti, zračne luke i druga infrastruktura.

Hrvatska s tim ima priliku koristiti sredstva Instrumenta za povezivanje Europe (CEF), za koji je u ovom programskom razdoblju do 2027. godine namijenjeno 25,8 milijardi eura.

Zastupnik Flego koji je u Europskom parlamentu aktivo sudjelovao u usuglašavanju konačnog teksta uredbe kaže da će već u srpnju ove godine biti objavljeni natječaji na koji će se moći javiti hrvatske luke, lučke uprave, željeznice i ministarstvo prometa.

"Oni trebaju imati puno prihvatljivih projekata koje će kandidirati kako bi dobili europska sredstva. To nisu samo željeznice, nisu samo ceste i samo vagoni, tu su i ulaganja u zračne i u morske luke, u lukobrane, u infrastrukturu, u sigurnosnu opremu. Ja sam u stalnim kontaktima s njima i mogu reći da sam ovaj put optimist", rekao je Flego.

Flego je pohvalio sve hrvatske zastupnike u Europskom parlamentu koji su podržali njegove amandmane prilikom usuglašavanja pozicije Parlamenta.

Na konferenciji su sudjelovali predstavnici Komisije, nekoliko zastupnika Europskog parlamenta, predstavnici luka Rijeka, Split, Ploče, Pula te Koper.

Član uprave tvrtke Rijeka Gateway Tomislav Žunić rekao je da je "zajednički nazivnik ove konferencije da je moderna željeznica preduvjet za daljnji razvoj luka".

Filip Rogošić, direktor luke Split i predsjednik Udruženja luka, brodara i pomorskih agenata pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori, kaže da lička pruga koja povezuje Zagreb i Split u današnjem stanju tri puta povećava troškove prijevoza nego što bi to bio slučaj da je elektrificirana.

"Zbog toga imamo tisuće kamiona na našim auto-cestama", kaže Rogošić i dodaje dizelska lokomotiva na relaciji Zagreb-Split i natrag potroši 10 tisuća litara goriva. "Nijedna luka bez željeznice se ne može razvijati", ističe Rogošić.

I direktorica luke Pula Tatiana Zanini Gavranić, kaže da je pulska luka dobar primjer koji pokazuje da luka ne može funkcionirati bez željeznice. Iako postoje tračnice u pulskoj luci one odavno nisu u funkciji, kaže Zaninini Gavranić.

Zamjenica glavnog ravnatelja Opće uprave Europske komisije za promet i mobilnost Maja Bakran, rekla je da je revizijom uredbe TEN-T prvi put proširen na područje izvan Europske unije, što nije bilo nimalo lako postići. Na taj je način luka Ploče koridorom Vc preko Bosne i Hercegovine povezana sa Slavonijom i dalje prema ostalim članicama EU-a.

Revizija uredbe o Transeuropskoj prometnoj mrežu (TEN-T), koja bi uskoro trebala stupiti na snagu, iznimno je važna za hrvatske morske luke, ali brža modernizacija željezničke mreže ključan je uvjet za njihov razvoj, rečeno je u utorak na okruglom stolu o morskim lukama koji je organizirao hrvatski zastupnik Valter Flego (IDS/Renew).

U prosincu prošle godine Vijeće i Europski parlament postigli su dogovor o reviziji uredbe o TEN-T, europskoj mreži željeznica, cesta, unutarnjih plovnih putova i morskih luka. Taj dogovor uskoro bi trebalo i formalno usvojiti i Vijeće i Parlament nakon čega uredba stupa na snagu.

Hrvatska je prema dosadašnjoj uredbi bila uključena u Mediteranski koridor, koji uključuje željezničko-cestovni pravac od Rijeke preko Zagreba do granice s Mađarskom i Slovenijom te na riječni Rajna Dunav koridor (dionice Dunava i Save, s lukama Vukovar i Slavonski Brod).

Revidiranom uredbom Hrvatska je sada pozicionirana na dodatna dva koridora: Baltičko more – Jadransko more i Zapadni Balkan – Istočno Sredozemlje. Prema novoj uredbi u europske koridore uključene su i luke Split i Ploče, regionalne željeznice u unutrašnjosti, zračne luke i druga infrastruktura.

Hrvatska s tim ima priliku koristiti sredstva Instrumenta za povezivanje Europe (CEF), za koji je u ovom programskom razdoblju do 2027. godine namijenjeno 25,8 milijardi eura.

Zastupnik Flego koji je u Europskom parlamentu aktivo sudjelovao u usuglašavanju konačnog teksta uredbe kaže da će već u srpnju ove godine biti objavljeni natječaji na koji će se moći javiti hrvatske luke, lučke uprave, željeznice i ministarstvo prometa.

"Oni trebaju imati puno prihvatljivih projekata koje će kandidirati kako bi dobili europska sredstva. To nisu samo željeznice, nisu samo ceste i samo vagoni, tu su i ulaganja u zračne i u morske luke, u lukobrane, u infrastrukturu, u sigurnosnu opremu. Ja sam u stalnim kontaktima s njima i mogu reći da sam ovaj put optimist", rekao je Flego.

Flego je pohvalio sve hrvatske zastupnike u Europskom parlamentu koji su podržali njegove amandmane prilikom usuglašavanja pozicije Parlamenta.

Na konferenciji su sudjelovali predstavnici Komisije, nekoliko zastupnika Europskog parlamenta, predstavnici luka Rijeka, Split, Ploče, Pula te Koper.

Član uprave tvrtke Rijeka Gateway Tomislav Žunić rekao je da je "zajednički nazivnik ove konferencije da je moderna željeznica preduvjet za daljnji razvoj luka".

Filip Rogošić, direktor luke Split i predsjednik Udruženja luka, brodara i pomorskih agenata pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori, kaže da lička pruga koja povezuje Zagreb i Split u današnjem stanju tri puta povećava troškove prijevoza nego što bi to bio slučaj da je elektrificirana.

"Zbog toga imamo tisuće kamiona na našim auto-cestama", kaže Rogošić i dodaje dizelska lokomotiva na relaciji Zagreb-Split i natrag potroši 10 tisuća litara goriva. "Nijedna luka bez željeznice se ne može razvijati", ističe Rogošić.

I direktorica luke Pula Tatiana Zanini Gavranić, kaže da je pulska luka dobar primjer koji pokazuje da luka ne može funkcionirati bez željeznice. Iako postoje tračnice u pulskoj luci one odavno nisu u funkciji, kaže Zaninini Gavranić.

Zamjenica glavnog ravnatelja Opće uprave Europske komisije za promet i mobilnost Maja Bakran, rekla je da je revizijom uredbe TEN-T prvi put proširen na područje izvan Europske unije, što nije bilo nimalo lako postići. Na taj je način luka Ploče koridorom Vc preko Bosne i Hercegovine povezana sa Slavonijom i dalje prema ostalim članicama EU-a.
