Božić je blagdan rezerviran za obiteljska okupljanja, pune stolove, dobra vina, pjesmu i druženja, osim ako niste ribolovaca kojem je ribolovna strast iznad svega.

Jedan od takvih ribolovaca koji ne propušta nijednu priliku za ribolov je Ivan Tomčić. On je božićno jutro dočekao kao dan povoljan za isplovljavanje što je i napravio.

Evo što nam je Ivan rekao o tom svom božićno-ribolovnom doživljaju:

- Lagani južin uz ne baš idealne uvjete, ali isto tako ni uz katastrofalne, jednostavno me je zvao na more. 

Tako sam na božićno jutro isplovio do žirajskih brakova s tih par većih liganja koje sam ulovio večer prije, na badnjak, nešto na tataki, nešto na panulu. Što sad? Ješka je bila tu i bila bi prava šteta da je propala. A takva pričuva ješke je idealna upravo za ovakve đite, jer je sve što treba napraviti samo ući u brod i krenuti – priča nam Ivan.

- Od opreme sam koristio štap Italcanna Jig Killer na kojem je bila rola Penn Slammer 3 5500. Upredenica je bila Seaguar PE3 dok sam za predvez uduplao Saguarov FXR promjera 0.74 milimetra. Udice su bile Ownerove Circlehook Needlepoint – nastavlja Ivan.

- Brod je Marry Fisher od 6 metara, a Yamaha od 100 ks tako da sam do prve pošte stigao brzo, sve u nekom planiranom roku tako da je ribolov počeo opušteno, a što je i bio cilj.

Tehnika je bila trolling sa zokom teškom 340 grama. Tako tešku zoku koristim ponajprije zbog dubine koja je u ovo doba godine ključna. Prva dva sata se ništa nije događalo što me nije pretjerano brinulo. Obično i bude tako da se jedno vrijeme ništa ne događa nakon čega krene. Tako je bilo i ovoga puta.

Ta prva dva sata ništa, a onda na dubini od 75 metara dobivam prvi griz. Nažalost, to je bio samo griz jer do kačenja nije ni došlo. Ali je to bio jako važan detalja jer je to bio znak da je riba prisutna, aktivna i da im je moja lignja zanimljiva.

Bio je zakačen na vučnu udicu

Za potvrdu te teorije nakon desetak minuta ponovno dobivam griz ali i toga puta bez konkretne realizacije. Nisam čak imao priliku kontrirati. No s obzirom na broj utakmica u nogama ne gubim živce već se vraćam po tragu i krećem u treće provlačenje.

I u tom trećem prolazu na štapu je napokon riba. Po snazi bi rekao da je na drugom kraju gof, ali po udarcima na štapu kužim da je zubatac i to veliki. Sada nema mjesta greškama. Sve mora biti savršeno odrađeno jer bi bilo baš velika šteta izgubiti takvu ribu. Sve je zategnuto i napeto.

Gledam sonder koji mi pokazuje čisto dno a što mi daje i vremena i prostora za manevriranje. Malo pritiska i vrlo brzo ga uspijevam odvojiti od dna. Sad više nema straha.

Sistem je pouzdan tako da slijedi rutinsko izvlačenje. Uz malo otpora karakterističnog za većeg zubaca ubrzo stiže na površinu gdje odmah vidim da je zakačen na vučnu, kliznu udicu veličine 5/0. 

Prihvat je bio dječja igra i u rukama mi se našao prekrasan zubatac težak 11.25 kilograma. A oko spremanja nije bilo previše filozofije. Riba je ošla na fete za gradele, a glava i rep za juhu, sve u krugu obitelji i prijatelja,

Božić je blagdan rezerviran za obiteljska okupljanja, pune stolove, dobra vina, pjesmu i druženja, osim ako niste ribolovaca kojem je ribolovna strast iznad svega.

Jedan od takvih ribolovaca koji ne propušta nijednu priliku za ribolov je Ivan Tomčić. On je božićno jutro dočekao kao dan povoljan za isplovljavanje što je i napravio.

Evo što nam je Ivan rekao o tom svom božićno-ribolovnom doživljaju:

- Lagani južin uz ne baš idealne uvjete, ali isto tako ni uz katastrofalne, jednostavno me je zvao na more. 

Tako sam na božićno jutro isplovio do žirajskih brakova s tih par većih liganja koje sam ulovio večer prije, na badnjak, nešto na tataki, nešto na panulu. Što sad? Ješka je bila tu i bila bi prava šteta da je propala. A takva pričuva ješke je idealna upravo za ovakve đite, jer je sve što treba napraviti samo ući u brod i krenuti – priča nam Ivan.

- Od opreme sam koristio štap Italcanna Jig Killer na kojem je bila rola Penn Slammer 3 5500. Upredenica je bila Seaguar PE3 dok sam za predvez uduplao Saguarov FXR promjera 0.74 milimetra. Udice su bile Ownerove Circlehook Needlepoint – nastavlja Ivan.

- Brod je Marry Fisher od 6 metara, a Yamaha od 100 ks tako da sam do prve pošte stigao brzo, sve u nekom planiranom roku tako da je ribolov počeo opušteno, a što je i bio cilj.

Tehnika je bila trolling sa zokom teškom 340 grama. Tako tešku zoku koristim ponajprije zbog dubine koja je u ovo doba godine ključna. Prva dva sata se ništa nije događalo što me nije pretjerano brinulo. Obično i bude tako da se jedno vrijeme ništa ne događa nakon čega krene. Tako je bilo i ovoga puta.

Ta prva dva sata ništa, a onda na dubini od 75 metara dobivam prvi griz. Nažalost, to je bio samo griz jer do kačenja nije ni došlo. Ali je to bio jako važan detalja jer je to bio znak da je riba prisutna, aktivna i da im je moja lignja zanimljiva.

Za potvrdu te teorije nakon desetak minuta ponovno dobivam griz ali i toga puta bez konkretne realizacije. Nisam čak imao priliku kontrirati. No s obzirom na broj utakmica u nogama ne gubim živce već se vraćam po tragu i krećem u treće provlačenje.

I u tom trećem prolazu na štapu je napokon riba. Po snazi bi rekao da je na drugom kraju gof, ali po udarcima na štapu kužim da je zubatac i to veliki. Sada nema mjesta greškama. Sve mora biti savršeno odrađeno jer bi bilo baš velika šteta izgubiti takvu ribu. Sve je zategnuto i napeto.

Gledam sonder koji mi pokazuje čisto dno a što mi daje i vremena i prostora za manevriranje. Malo pritiska i vrlo brzo ga uspijevam odvojiti od dna. Sad više nema straha.

Sistem je pouzdan tako da slijedi rutinsko izvlačenje. Uz malo otpora karakterističnog za većeg zubaca ubrzo stiže na površinu gdje odmah vidim da je zakačen na vučnu, kliznu udicu veličine 5/0. 

Prihvat je bio dječja igra i u rukama mi se našao prekrasan zubatac težak 11.25 kilograma. A oko spremanja nije bilo previše filozofije. Riba je ošla na fete za gradele, a glava i rep za juhu, sve u krugu obitelji i prijatelja,
