Saborski klubovi HDZ-a i DP-a, jedini koji su o tome iznijeli stav, suglasili su se u ponedjeljak da Hrvatska treba potvrditi međunarodnu konvenciju i sporazum o sigurnom recikliranja brodova i sigurnosti ribarskih brodova.
Vi Zagorci i mi Bilogorci, eksperti za ovu problematiku, brzo smo se suglasili, našalio se predsjednik Hrvatskog sabora Gordan Jandroković nakon što je stajalište Kluba DP-a o oba prijedloga iznio zastupnik Davor Dretar.
Sigurnost, pogotovo sigurnost ljudi koji plove Jadranom, ali i morima svijeta nema alternativu, rekao je Dretar, suglasan da Sabor potvrdi Sporazum iz Cape Towna iz 2012. koji se tiče sigurnosti ribarskih brodova.
Taj Sporazum, objasnio je državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora Josip Bilaver, sadrži obvezujuće mjere za sigurnost plovidbe ribarskih brodova duljih od 24 metra koji plove na otvorenom moru, uređuje glavne odrednice sigurnosti kao što su stabilitet, sposobnost za plovidbu, strojeve i električne instalacije, sredstva za spašavanje itd.
Sporazum još nije stupio na snagu, jer je sigurnosne standarde iz njega preuzelo 14 od potrebne 22 države s ukupno 3600 ribarskih brodova na koje se odnosi.
Podršku oba kluba dobio je i prijedlog da se potvrdi Međunarodna konvencija iz Hong Konga za sigurno i okolišno prihvatljivo recikliranje brodova iz 2009.
Tom se Konvencijom propisuje koji se brodovi recikliraju i koje uvjete mora ispunjavati brodogradilište koje obavlja reciklažu, kaže Branko Bačić (HDZ) i tumači kako propisanom reciklažom željezo od kojeg su brodovi građeni neće biti otpad, nego postaje sirovina za nove proizvode.
Konvencija se ne odnosi na sve brodove, primjerice na ratne, sve brodove manje od 500 bruto tona, na brodove koji plove isključivo u vodama pod suverenitetom ili jurisdikcijom države čiju zastavu viju.
Važno je da pomorski promet bude siguran, da brodovi budu kvalitetni, kaže Bačić i navodi da je prosječna starost brodova s više 500 tona nosivosti oko 21 godinu. Usprkos činjenici da se forsira izgradnja novih brodova, dolazi do brojnih havarija, samo u 2018. bilo ih je preko tisuću i u njima je potonulo 46 brodova, naveo je Bačić.

Saborski klubovi HDZ-a i DP-a, jedini koji su o tome iznijeli stav, suglasili su se u ponedjeljak da Hrvatska treba potvrditi međunarodnu konvenciju i sporazum o sigurnom recikliranja brodova i sigurnosti ribarskih brodova.
Vi Zagorci i mi Bilogorci, eksperti za ovu problematiku, brzo smo se suglasili, našalio se predsjednik Hrvatskog sabora Gordan Jandroković nakon što je stajalište Kluba DP-a o oba prijedloga iznio zastupnik Davor Dretar.
Sigurnost, pogotovo sigurnost ljudi koji plove Jadranom, ali i morima svijeta nema alternativu, rekao je Dretar, suglasan da Sabor potvrdi Sporazum iz Cape Towna iz 2012. koji se tiče sigurnosti ribarskih brodova.
Taj Sporazum, objasnio je državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora Josip Bilaver, sadrži obvezujuće mjere za sigurnost plovidbe ribarskih brodova duljih od 24 metra koji plove na otvorenom moru, uređuje glavne odrednice sigurnosti kao što su stabilitet, sposobnost za plovidbu, strojeve i električne instalacije, sredstva za spašavanje itd.
Sporazum još nije stupio na snagu, jer je sigurnosne standarde iz njega preuzelo 14 od potrebne 22 države s ukupno 3600 ribarskih brodova na koje se odnosi.
Podršku oba kluba dobio je i prijedlog da se potvrdi Međunarodna konvencija iz Hong Konga za sigurno i okolišno prihvatljivo recikliranje brodova iz 2009.
Tom se Konvencijom propisuje koji se brodovi recikliraju i koje uvjete mora ispunjavati brodogradilište koje obavlja reciklažu, kaže Branko Bačić (HDZ) i tumači kako propisanom reciklažom željezo od kojeg su brodovi građeni neće biti otpad, nego postaje sirovina za nove proizvode.
Konvencija se ne odnosi na sve brodove, primjerice na ratne, sve brodove manje od 500 bruto tona, na brodove koji plove isključivo u vodama pod suverenitetom ili jurisdikcijom države čiju zastavu viju.
Važno je da pomorski promet bude siguran, da brodovi budu kvalitetni, kaže Bačić i navodi da je prosječna starost brodova s više 500 tona nosivosti oko 21 godinu. Usprkos činjenici da se forsira izgradnja novih brodova, dolazi do brojnih havarija, samo u 2018. bilo ih je preko tisuću i u njima je potonulo 46 brodova, naveo je Bačić.
