Iako osmica spada u najmanje nosive čvorove kada je u pitanju vezivanje udica, prednost ovoga čvora leži u njegovoj jednostavnosti.

Idealan je za početnike kao i za situacije u kojima udicu moramo vezati na kratko, primjerice na predvezu s fiksnim pramama na kojem nam je zbog zadjeva ili nekog drugog razloga ostao tek kraći dio prame.

Iako u principu ovaj čvor ne može podnijeti zamaranje krupnije ribe, mnogi ga parangalisti koriste upravo za vezivanje udica, pogotovo na teškim terenima s brojnim zadjevima gdje u slučaju zadjeva predstavlja najslabiju kariku.

Iako osmica spada u najmanje nosive čvorove kada je u pitanju vezivanje udica, prednost ovoga čvora leži u njegovoj jednostavnosti.

Idealan je za početnike kao i za situacije u kojima udicu moramo vezati na kratko, primjerice na predvezu s fiksnim pramama na kojem nam je zbog zadjeva ili nekog drugog razloga ostao tek kraći dio prame.

Iako u principu ovaj čvor ne može podnijeti zamaranje krupnije ribe, mnogi ga parangalisti koriste upravo za vezivanje udica, pogotovo na teškim terenima s brojnim zadjevima gdje u slučaju zadjeva predstavlja najslabiju kariku.
