Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede nedavno su poslali obavijest da su „najviše interesa za ovaj krug scrapinga – trajnog uništavanja ribarica ili njihovom trajnom prenamjenom za druge djelatnosti izvan gospodarskog ribolova – pokazali ribari iz Primorsko-goranske, Istarske i Zadarske županije”. Na cijelom Jadranu, za trajni prestanak ribolovnih aktivnosti podneseni su zahtjevi za 104 ribarska plovila, ali tek treba vidjeti koliko će njih udovoljiti propisanim uvjetima i dobiti financijsku naknadu iz EU fondova čija visina ovisi o brutotonaži, starosti i segmentu flote.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede su osnovnu svrhu slanja ribarskih plovila u rezališta ili njihovu prenamjenu opisali kao „osiguravanje ravnoteže između ribolovnog kapaciteta i ribolovnih mogućnosti”. Tko je kriv za neravnotežu, možda najbolje ilustrira rečenica Edisona Boška iz zadarskog Ceha ribarstva Obrtničke komore:

-U bivšoj državi smo imali 40 plivarica i 40 koćarica. A onda se „nakotilo” 180 plivarica i 350 koćarica, pa vi vidite što smo to napravili u hrvatskoj državi, kaže Boško.

Njegov kolega Neven Vitlov iznosi i nešto preciznije podatke o ribarima Zadarske županije koji su poslali zahtjev u ovom krugu scrapinga.

-Koliko znam, radi se o desetak plivarica i četiri ili pet koćarica. I ja sam među tih desetak plivarica, umorio sam se nakon 40 godina ribarstva, kaže Vitlov.

Objašnjavajući razloge za takav potez, Vitlov najprije navodi problem s radnom snagom:

-Sve je manje ljudi spremno i sposobno raditi u ribarstvu, jer se traže precizne i odgovorne ljude koji pristaju raditi i u ekstremnim vremenskim uvjetima, noću, po kiši i vjetru. U odnosu na vrijeme kada sam ja počinjao s ribarstvom, ovo sada je okorjeli biznis u kojemu nema milosti i u kojemu mogu opstati samo veliki, tvrtke koje pokrivaju cijelu djelatnost, od ribarstva do prerade. Mali ribari, ljudi koji žive samo od ribarstva, ne mogu izdržati ni pokriti troškove. Nekada sam radio preko cijele godine, dok je sada vrijeme izlovljavanja ograničeno. Istina, ribari dobiju subvencije za vrijeme lovostaja, ali još ih nismo dobili za 2022. godinu! I kako onda ljudima osigurati plaće? Bi li itko, pa i neki od ministara, radio dvije godine bez plaće, pita se Vitlov.

Dugogodišnji ribar skreće pažnju i na to što brojni ribari sada balansiraju i važu odluku, jer nisu sigurno hoće li se sadašnje „otkupljivanje brodova” protegnuti i na sljedeće godine, pa se boje da im je ovo posljednja prilika.

-Ljudi su u strahu hoće li za godinu ili dvije uopće moći prodati svoje brodove i kome, pa se boje da bi mogli ostati bez ičega, pojašnjava Vitlov.

Dio ribara neće brodove poslati u rezališta, nego se namjeravaju preorijentirati i s ribarstva se prebaciti u turizam. Među njima je i naš sugovornik:

-Da, ali okrećem se apartmanima i turizmu na kopnu, bez broda, zaključuje Neven Vitlov.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede nedavno su poslali obavijest da su „najviše interesa za ovaj krug scrapinga – trajnog uništavanja ribarica ili njihovom trajnom prenamjenom za druge djelatnosti izvan gospodarskog ribolova – pokazali ribari iz Primorsko-goranske, Istarske i Zadarske županije”. Na cijelom Jadranu, za trajni prestanak ribolovnih aktivnosti podneseni su zahtjevi za 104 ribarska plovila, ali tek treba vidjeti koliko će njih udovoljiti propisanim uvjetima i dobiti financijsku naknadu iz EU fondova čija visina ovisi o brutotonaži, starosti i segmentu flote.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede su osnovnu svrhu slanja ribarskih plovila u rezališta ili njihovu prenamjenu opisali kao „osiguravanje ravnoteže između ribolovnog kapaciteta i ribolovnih mogućnosti”. Tko je kriv za neravnotežu, možda najbolje ilustrira rečenica Edisona Boška iz zadarskog Ceha ribarstva Obrtničke komore:

-U bivšoj državi smo imali 40 plivarica i 40 koćarica. A onda se „nakotilo” 180 plivarica i 350 koćarica, pa vi vidite što smo to napravili u hrvatskoj državi, kaže Boško.

Njegov kolega Neven Vitlov iznosi i nešto preciznije podatke o ribarima Zadarske županije koji su poslali zahtjev u ovom krugu scrapinga.

-Koliko znam, radi se o desetak plivarica i četiri ili pet koćarica. I ja sam među tih desetak plivarica, umorio sam se nakon 40 godina ribarstva, kaže Vitlov.

Objašnjavajući razloge za takav potez, Vitlov najprije navodi problem s radnom snagom:

-Sve je manje ljudi spremno i sposobno raditi u ribarstvu, jer se traže precizne i odgovorne ljude koji pristaju raditi i u ekstremnim vremenskim uvjetima, noću, po kiši i vjetru. U odnosu na vrijeme kada sam ja počinjao s ribarstvom, ovo sada je okorjeli biznis u kojemu nema milosti i u kojemu mogu opstati samo veliki, tvrtke koje pokrivaju cijelu djelatnost, od ribarstva do prerade. Mali ribari, ljudi koji žive samo od ribarstva, ne mogu izdržati ni pokriti troškove. Nekada sam radio preko cijele godine, dok je sada vrijeme izlovljavanja ograničeno. Istina, ribari dobiju subvencije za vrijeme lovostaja, ali još ih nismo dobili za 2022. godinu! I kako onda ljudima osigurati plaće? Bi li itko, pa i neki od ministara, radio dvije godine bez plaće, pita se Vitlov.

Dugogodišnji ribar skreće pažnju i na to što brojni ribari sada balansiraju i važu odluku, jer nisu sigurno hoće li se sadašnje „otkupljivanje brodova” protegnuti i na sljedeće godine, pa se boje da im je ovo posljednja prilika.

-Ljudi su u strahu hoće li za godinu ili dvije uopće moći prodati svoje brodove i kome, pa se boje da bi mogli ostati bez ičega, pojašnjava Vitlov.

Dio ribara neće brodove poslati u rezališta, nego se namjeravaju preorijentirati i s ribarstva se prebaciti u turizam. Među njima je i naš sugovornik:

-Da, ali okrećem se apartmanima i turizmu na kopnu, bez broda, zaključuje Neven Vitlov.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede nedavno su poslali obavijest da su „najviše interesa za ovaj krug scrapinga – trajnog uništavanja ribarica ili njihovom trajnom prenamjenom za druge djelatnosti izvan gospodarskog ribolova – pokazali ribari iz Primorsko-goranske, Istarske i Zadarske županije”. Na cijelom Jadranu, za trajni prestanak ribolovnih aktivnosti podneseni su zahtjevi za 104 ribarska plovila, ali tek treba vidjeti koliko će njih udovoljiti propisanim uvjetima i dobiti financijsku naknadu iz EU fondova čija visina ovisi o brutotonaži, starosti i segmentu flote.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede su osnovnu svrhu slanja ribarskih plovila u rezališta ili njihovu prenamjenu opisali kao „osiguravanje ravnoteže između ribolovnog kapaciteta i ribolovnih mogućnosti”. Tko je kriv za neravnotežu, možda najbolje ilustrira rečenica Edisona Boška iz zadarskog Ceha ribarstva Obrtničke komore:

-U bivšoj državi smo imali 40 plivarica i 40 koćarica. A onda se „nakotilo” 180 plivarica i 350 koćarica, pa vi vidite što smo to napravili u hrvatskoj državi, kaže Boško.

Njegov kolega Neven Vitlov iznosi i nešto preciznije podatke o ribarima Zadarske županije koji su poslali zahtjev u ovom krugu scrapinga.

-Koliko znam, radi se o desetak plivarica i četiri ili pet koćarica. I ja sam među tih desetak plivarica, umorio sam se nakon 40 godina ribarstva, kaže Vitlov.
