Lučka uprava u Splitu je krajem siječnja potpisala ugovor za stručni nadzor i izvođača radova za rekonstrukciju i dogradnju Obale kneza Domagoja u Gradskoj luci Split, a početak radova se očekuje 19. veljače.

Kako smo već prije objavili, početkom prosinca 2020. je za izvođača kao najpovoljnija odabrana zajednica ponuditelja "Pomgrad inženjering" i "Građevno Zec", s ponudom od 30.556.248,91 kunu.

I za stručni nadzor su stigle dvije prijave, a odabrana je zajednica ponuditelja "Kozina projekt" i "Terestrika", s ponudom od 834.187,50 kuna. "Oslonac" iz Splita je za svoje usluge tražio 550 tisuća kuna. Prvotno su ocijenjeni kao najpovoljniji, no zbog prijave angažiranog stručnjaka bez iskustva u radovima nadzora projekata veće vrijednosti izgubili su bodove i odabran je drugi ponuditelj.

Ravnatelj Vice Mihanović je početkom prosinca, prigodom potpisivanja ugovora o dodjeli nepovratnih sredstava za ovaj projekt, najavio početak radova krajem 2020. godine, a njihov završetak u roku od devet mjeseci.

No, kako doznajemo iz Lučke uprave, procedura javne nabave je takva da je ugovor potpisan tek 26. siječnja, a radovi će početi 19. veljače, te će biti završeni za 280 kalendarskih dana od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao, odnosno oko devet mjeseci. Tako se stavljanje nove obale u funkciju očekuje krajem 2021. godine.

Projektom nije predviđeno zatvaranje prometnice, a Mihanović je već prije naveo da, ako do toga dođe, radovi će biti u prekidu tijekom sezone.

Ovaj projekt je, podsjetimo, financiran kroz projekt "Renesansa na hrvatskoj obali", koji je prošle godine pokrenulo Ministarstvo mora. Procijenjena vrijednost je 42,6 milijuna kuna, od čega je 36 milijuna financirano iz Kohezijskog fonda, a preostali iznos iz državnog proračuna.

Projekt rekonstrukcije i proširenja je prvo veliko ulaganje u Obalu kneza Domagoja nakon 150 godina, kada je i nastala nasipanjem viška materijala od iskopa željeznice. Planira se rekonstrukcija u cijeloj dužini u dvije faze, od obale Lazareta do Gata svetog Petra i od Gata svetog Petra do Gata svetog Duje.

Dogradnjom će se omogućiti funkcioniranje operativne obale za privez i odvez katamarana odvajanjem operativne obale na dio za privez, ukrcaj i iskrcaj te opskrbu brodova od dijela koji služi za pješačku komunikaciju. Zelenim pojasom će se odvojiti dio operativne površine kojom se služe automobili i kamioni za ukrcaj na trajekte.

Trenutačno je obala široka oko četiri metra, a plan je proširenje na devet i pol metara prema moru, s ukupnom dužinom od 260 metara. Bit će popločana kamenom te opremljena komunalnom opremom, rasvjetom, opskrbnim ormarićima za brodove, dodatnim zelenim površinama i dekorativnim podnim pločama koje će vizualno razdvajati dio za privez, ukrcaj, iskrcaj i opskrbu brodova od dijela koji služi za pješačku komunikaciju. Projektom je osigurana i pristupačnost osobama s invaliditetom.

Lučka uprava u Splitu je krajem siječnja potpisala ugovor za stručni nadzor i izvođača radova za rekonstrukciju i dogradnju Obale kneza Domagoja u Gradskoj luci Split, a početak radova se očekuje 19. veljače.

Kako smo već prije objavili, početkom prosinca 2020. je za izvođača kao najpovoljnija odabrana zajednica ponuditelja "Pomgrad inženjering" i "Građevno Zec", s ponudom od 30.556.248,91 kunu.

I za stručni nadzor su stigle dvije prijave, a odabrana je zajednica ponuditelja "Kozina projekt" i "Terestrika", s ponudom od 834.187,50 kuna. "Oslonac" iz Splita je za svoje usluge tražio 550 tisuća kuna. Prvotno su ocijenjeni kao najpovoljniji, no zbog prijave angažiranog stručnjaka bez iskustva u radovima nadzora projekata veće vrijednosti izgubili su bodove i odabran je drugi ponuditelj.

Ravnatelj Vice Mihanović je početkom prosinca, prigodom potpisivanja ugovora o dodjeli nepovratnih sredstava za ovaj projekt, najavio početak radova krajem 2020. godine, a njihov završetak u roku od devet mjeseci.

No, kako doznajemo iz Lučke uprave, procedura javne nabave je takva da je ugovor potpisan tek 26. siječnja, a radovi će početi 19. veljače, te će biti završeni za 280 kalendarskih dana od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao, odnosno oko devet mjeseci. Tako se stavljanje nove obale u funkciju očekuje krajem 2021. godine.

Projektom nije predviđeno zatvaranje prometnice, a Mihanović je već prije naveo da, ako do toga dođe, radovi će biti u prekidu tijekom sezone.

Ovaj projekt je, podsjetimo, financiran kroz projekt "Renesansa na hrvatskoj obali", koji je prošle godine pokrenulo Ministarstvo mora. Procijenjena vrijednost je 42,6 milijuna kuna, od čega je 36 milijuna financirano iz Kohezijskog fonda, a preostali iznos iz državnog proračuna.

Projekt rekonstrukcije i proširenja je prvo veliko ulaganje u Obalu kneza Domagoja nakon 150 godina, kada je i nastala nasipanjem viška materijala od iskopa željeznice. Planira se rekonstrukcija u cijeloj dužini u dvije faze, od obale Lazareta do Gata svetog Petra i od Gata svetog Petra do Gata svetog Duje.

Dogradnjom će se omogućiti funkcioniranje operativne obale za privez i odvez katamarana odvajanjem operativne obale na dio za privez, ukrcaj i iskrcaj te opskrbu brodova od dijela koji služi za pješačku komunikaciju. Zelenim pojasom će se odvojiti dio operativne površine kojom se služe automobili i kamioni za ukrcaj na trajekte.

Trenutačno je obala široka oko četiri metra, a plan je proširenje na devet i pol metara prema moru, s ukupnom dužinom od 260 metara. Bit će popločana kamenom te opremljena komunalnom opremom, rasvjetom, opskrbnim ormarićima za brodove, dodatnim zelenim površinama i dekorativnim podnim pločama koje će vizualno razdvajati dio za privez, ukrcaj, iskrcaj i opskrbu brodova od dijela koji služi za pješačku komunikaciju. Projektom je osigurana i pristupačnost osobama s invaliditetom.
