U sezoni jagoda prava je šteta ne napraviti barem jedan cheesecake ukrašen tim sočnim bobicama, a ako se slažete imamo baš savršen recept. Pronašli smo ga kod Katarine Paoletić koju pratimo na preslatkom Instagram profilu Nešto slatko by Katarina, a sviđa nam se zato što se njegovi sastojci savršeno nadopunjuju s okusom prvih jagoda, a i zato što nam se jako sviđa kako je Katarina ukrasila svoj cheesecake. Malo strpljenja se zaista uvelike isplati, ovo je torta kojom ćete sve očarati.

Cheesecake
Sastojci:
Podloga od keksa:
300 g mljevenog keksa
150 g maslaca
2 žlice šećera
Krema:
500g krem sira
4 žlice šećera
sok jednog limuna
2 jaja
Glazura:
300 g kiselog vrhnja
3 žlice šećera
korica limuna
Priprema:
Kekse smeljite, dodajte im šećer pa otopljeni maslac. Dobro promiješajte pa utisnite u kalup promjera 24 centimetra i pecite na pet minuta na 180 stupnjeva.
Za to vrijeme napravite kremu: izmiksajte navedene sastojke pa dobivenu kremu stavite na podlogu od keksa i vratite cheesecake u pećnicu na dodatnih 20 minuta.
Za to vrijeme napravite glazuru od vrhnja tako što ćete izmiješati navedene sastojke. Dobivenu glazuru nježno izlijte na vrući cheesecake (tek izvađen iz pećnice) pa ga vratite u pećnicu i ugasite je. Cheesecake ostavite u ugašenoj pećnici 20 minuta, a nakon toga ga izvadite i dobro ohladite u hladnjaku. Nakon što se cheesecake ohladi, spreman je za ukrašavanje po želji i posluživanje.

Pronašli smo ga kod Katarine Paoletić koju pratimo na preslatkom Instagram profilu Nešto slatko by Katarina, a sviđa nam se zato što se njegovi sastojci savršeno nadopunjuju s okusom prvih jagoda, a i zato što nam se jako sviđa kako je Katarina ukrasila svoj cheesecake. Malo strpljenja se zaista uvelike isplati, ovo je torta kojom ćete sve očarati.

Cheesecake
Sastojci:
Podloga od keksa:
300 g mljevenog keksa
150 g maslaca
2 žlice šećera
Krema:
500g krem sira
4 žlice šećera
sok jednog limuna
2 jaja
Glazura:
300 g kiselog vrhnja
3 žlice šećera
korica limuna
Priprema:
Kekse smeljite, dodajte im šećer pa otopljeni maslac. Dobro promiješajte pa utisnite u kalup promjera 24 centimetra i pecite na pet minuta na 180 stupnjeva.
Za to vrijeme napravite kremu: izmiksajte navedene sastojke pa dobivenu kremu stavite na podlogu od keksa i vratite cheesecake u pećnicu na dodatnih 20 minuta.
Za to vrijeme napravite glazuru od vrhnja tako što ćete izmiješati navedene sastojke. Dobivenu glazuru nježno izlijte na vrući cheesecake (tek izvađen iz pećnice) pa ga vratite u pećnicu i ugasite je. Cheesecake ostavite u ugašenoj pećnici 20 minuta, a nakon toga ga izvadite i dobro ohladite u hladnjaku. Nakon što se cheesecake ohladi, spreman je za ukrašavanje po želji i posluživanje.

U sezoni jagoda prava je šteta ne napraviti barem jedan cheesecake ukrašen tim sočnim bobicama, a ako se slažete imamo baš savršen recept. Pronašli smo ga kod Katarine Paoletić koju pratimo na preslatkom Instagram profilu Nešto slatko by Katarina, a sviđa nam se zato što se njegovi sastojci savršeno nadopunjuju s okusom prvih jagoda, a i zato što nam se jako sviđa kako je Katarina ukrasila svoj cheesecake. Malo strpljenja se zaista uvelike isplati, ovo je torta kojom ćete sve očarati.

Sastojci:
Podloga od keksa:
300 g mljevenog keksa
150 g maslaca
2 žlice šećera
Krema:
500g krem sira
4 žlice šećera
sok jednog limuna
2 jaja
Glazura:
300 g kiselog vrhnja
3 žlice šećera
korica limuna
