Obrnute transformacije

Vau! Svaka čast...

A koliko puta ste to isto učinili u suprotnom smjeru?

A o njihovim "obrnutim" transformacijama svjedoče i Instagram profili s nekoliko stotina tisuća pratitelja.

"Udebljala sam se... I sretna sam!", piše tako u jednoj svojoj objavi influencerica poznata pod imenom jovanafit, a pridružuju joj se brojne druge čije su transformcije uistinu nevjerojatne - opisuju i svoj trud prilikom nabacivanja kilograma, vježbe i obroke kojima su došle do željenog cilja.

Today is not a good day for me. I need to remind myself how far I’ve come. I have beaten my eating disorders, but I am still in recovery, I am still human and I still have bad days - and today I am mentally relapsing. On the left it was 2015 I was a size 2, on the right is today I am size 8/10. Essentially, all I do is walk into rooms and try convince brands that beauty does lie outside the traditional beauty standard that we have had imposed upon us. For every win I get, every shoot, cover, campaign etc., you don’t see the 10 L’s I took for that win. All the rejections and the cancellations because I’m too this or not enough that. Too big, too small, too old, not big enough, not small enough, not Asian enough, not Caucasian enough, not tall enough. I advocate health and diversity because I am an example of what the traditional standard of beauty and the pressure of this industry can do to women. I want my daughters and their daughters to have positive role models and to be able to identify with the imagery that they see. I can’t wait for the fucking day that no one is “too” anything. I can’t wait for the day we are all fucking worthy. I’m going to make a change in this industry - mark my words. To all the brands, designers and media that rock with me, THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT. For all those that don’t, I’m excited for you to expand your horizons. #STREETSIZE #HEALTH 🖤

Lately I've received a number of messages around weightloss advice and questions about which diet I followed for Miss South Africa. I want to give you honest feedback: I never followed a specific diet, but I made drastic lifestyle changes and literally trained my butt off. The picture on the left was after 5 months of intense training and absolutely NO carbs, red meat or alcohol. Chocolates, cake and sweets were swear words! I trained 2 to 3 hours a day and I even worked cardio sessions in over weekends. My boobs shrunk 2 cup sizes and my period stopped. On this specific day of the picture, I got home, freezing after the shoot, and I had a baby apple for dinner. From the picture on the right, more than a year later, I want to say, it's NOT worth it to fight a daily battle with food or your body. Bodies are different, we can't all look the same. Instead of having #bikinibody unrealistic-nonsense-goals that are being spoonfed to us on a daily basis, strive towards being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself (mentally and physically). Don't fight against something that is part of who you are. Self acceptance is a relationship that you have to work on daily. Be sure to make your body your new best friend. Light and love! #bodypositive #bodypositivity #bodyconfidence #loveyourbody #dietculture #unrealisticgoals #bebodyaware #healthnotsize #beautybeyondsize #droptheplus #everybodyisbeautiful #swimwear #bikini #curves #iamallwoman

"Najgore što možete učiniti je ušutkavati želje vlastitog tijela jer ga tako izgladnjujete", poručuje Kristina svojim pratiteljima i time potpisuje poruku svih djevojaka koje smo gore spomenuli.
