Na sastanku Europske komisije u Bruxellesu usvojena je Provedbena uredba za dodjelu financijske pomoći poljoprivrednom sektoru koji se suočava sa specifičnim poteškoćama.

Time je Europska komisija odgovorila na nedavne zahtjeve 12 ministara poljoprivrede EU u vezi s omogućavanjem financijske pomoći i onim državama članicama koje ne graniče s Ukrajinom, ali koje, također, osjećaju posljedice krize izazvane ruskom agresijom.

Republika Hrvatska kao jedna od potpisnica spomenutog pisma, podržava usvajanje Uredbe čime se doprinosi uravnoteženijem rješenju za pomoć poljoprivrednicima u svim državama članicama.

Predviđeni iznos za Republiku Hrvatsku je 3, 37 milijuna  eura uz mogućnost dodatnog nacionalnog doprinosa do 200% kojeg će Ministarstvo poljoprivrede osigurati u svrhu provedbe najavljene mjere iz Komunikacije o pomoći sektoru ratarstva.

Riječ je o bespovratnoj potpori u visini od 10,1 milijun eura, prema prvotnom prijedlogu Ministarstva namijenjene za financiranje jedinične potpore po hektaru za prvih 30 hektara sljedećih kultura: ječam, pšenica, industrijski krumpir, kamilica i uljana repica uz predviđeni iznos jedinične potpore od 135 EUR/ha.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede je prilikom davanja prijedloga vodilo računa o većini poljoprivrednika, a naročito o malim gospodarstvima te poštivalo usvojene kriterije iz Strateškog plana. Prema usvojenim kriterijima iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike, dodatna potpora dohotku se isplaćuje za prvih 30 hektara upisanog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Stoga je logično isti kriterij primijeniti i kod izvanredne potpore, osobito što su analize pokazale da je takvim kriterijem obuhvaćeno čak 95% poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Hrvatskoj.

Imajući razumijevanja za poteškoće u kojima se nalazi grupa poljoprivrednika koji ovih dana istupa u javnost, potrebno je spomenuti da je riječ o relevantnim poduzetnicima koje Ministarstvo poljoprivrede smatra važnim stupovima ratarske proizvodnje i trgovine, međutim, jednako tako riječ je o poduzetnicima koji pripadaju 0,5% najvećih posjednika zemljišta s prema dostupnim podacima, rastom prihoda i dobiti uglavnom između 40% i 70% u 2022. godini, odnosno i više.

Na sastanku Europske komisije u Bruxellesu usvojena je Provedbena uredba za dodjelu financijske pomoći poljoprivrednom sektoru koji se suočava sa specifičnim poteškoćama.

Time je Europska komisija odgovorila na nedavne zahtjeve 12 ministara poljoprivrede EU u vezi s omogućavanjem financijske pomoći i onim državama članicama koje ne graniče s Ukrajinom, ali koje, također, osjećaju posljedice krize izazvane ruskom agresijom.

Republika Hrvatska kao jedna od potpisnica spomenutog pisma, podržava usvajanje Uredbe čime se doprinosi uravnoteženijem rješenju za pomoć poljoprivrednicima u svim državama članicama.

Predviđeni iznos za Republiku Hrvatsku je 3, 37 milijuna  eura uz mogućnost dodatnog nacionalnog doprinosa do 200% kojeg će Ministarstvo poljoprivrede osigurati u svrhu provedbe najavljene mjere iz Komunikacije o pomoći sektoru ratarstva.

Riječ je o bespovratnoj potpori u visini od 10,1 milijun eura, prema prvotnom prijedlogu Ministarstva namijenjene za financiranje jedinične potpore po hektaru za prvih 30 hektara sljedećih kultura: ječam, pšenica, industrijski krumpir, kamilica i uljana repica uz predviđeni iznos jedinične potpore od 135 EUR/ha.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede je prilikom davanja prijedloga vodilo računa o većini poljoprivrednika, a naročito o malim gospodarstvima te poštivalo usvojene kriterije iz Strateškog plana. Prema usvojenim kriterijima iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike, dodatna potpora dohotku se isplaćuje za prvih 30 hektara upisanog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Stoga je logično isti kriterij primijeniti i kod izvanredne potpore, osobito što su analize pokazale da je takvim kriterijem obuhvaćeno čak 95% poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Hrvatskoj.

Imajući razumijevanja za poteškoće u kojima se nalazi grupa poljoprivrednika koji ovih dana istupa u javnost, potrebno je spomenuti da je riječ o relevantnim poduzetnicima koje Ministarstvo poljoprivrede smatra važnim stupovima ratarske proizvodnje i trgovine, međutim, jednako tako riječ je o poduzetnicima koji pripadaju 0,5% najvećih posjednika zemljišta s prema dostupnim podacima, rastom prihoda i dobiti uglavnom između 40% i 70% u 2022. godini, odnosno i više.

Na sastanku Europske komisije u Bruxellesu usvojena je Provedbena uredba za dodjelu financijske pomoći poljoprivrednom sektoru koji se suočava sa specifičnim poteškoćama.

Time je Europska komisija odgovorila na nedavne zahtjeve 12 ministara poljoprivrede EU u vezi s omogućavanjem financijske pomoći i onim državama članicama koje ne graniče s Ukrajinom, ali koje, također, osjećaju posljedice krize izazvane ruskom agresijom.

Republika Hrvatska kao jedna od potpisnica spomenutog pisma, podržava usvajanje Uredbe čime se doprinosi uravnoteženijem rješenju za pomoć poljoprivrednicima u svim državama članicama.

Predviđeni iznos za Republiku Hrvatsku je 3, 37 milijuna  eura uz mogućnost dodatnog nacionalnog doprinosa do 200% kojeg će Ministarstvo poljoprivrede osigurati u svrhu provedbe najavljene mjere iz Komunikacije o pomoći sektoru ratarstva.

Riječ je o bespovratnoj potpori u visini od 10,1 milijun eura, prema prvotnom prijedlogu Ministarstva namijenjene za financiranje jedinične potpore po hektaru za prvih 30 hektara sljedećih kultura: ječam, pšenica, industrijski krumpir, kamilica i uljana repica uz predviđeni iznos jedinične potpore od 135 EUR/ha.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede je prilikom davanja prijedloga vodilo računa o većini poljoprivrednika, a naročito o malim gospodarstvima te poštivalo usvojene kriterije iz Strateškog plana. Prema usvojenim kriterijima iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike, dodatna potpora dohotku se isplaćuje za prvih 30 hektara upisanog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Stoga je logično isti kriterij primijeniti i kod izvanredne potpore, osobito što su analize pokazale da je takvim kriterijem obuhvaćeno čak 95% poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Hrvatskoj.
