Odnosi između Grada Splita i predstavnika tvrtke "Mejaši prvi", investitora trgovačkog centra Mall of Split, već duže vrijeme nisu idilični.

Jedan od razloga za takvu situaciju je i parnica koju sukobljene strane vode na Trgovačkom sudu jer gradska uprava potražuje 9,3 milijuna kuna kamata zbog, kako su istaknuli u tužbenom zahtjevu, zakasnjele uplate od 23,6 milijuna kuna, koliko je iznosila zadnja rata komunalnog doprinosa za taj projekt. Upravo to je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, jedan od razloga što je Policijski nacionalni ured za suzbijanje korupcije (PNUSKOK) nedavno "prošešljao" Banovinu.

Pokušali smo doznati do kakvih su spoznaja došli te jesu li istraživanje priveli kraju, no iz Ureda glavnog ravnatelja policije stigao nam je tek šturi odgovor:

- Izvješćujemo vas da su sukladno Zakonu o kaznenom postupku izvidi tajni te nismo u mogućnosti odgovoriti na vaše konkretno pitanje.

Dakako da ni u Banovini nisu bili spremni ponuditi konkretne odgovore, no naši pouzdani izvori potvrdili su nam da su PNUSKOK-ovi istražitelji bili u zgradi gradske uprave te da su pri tome obavljeni i razgovori s nekolicinom djelatnika koji su bili poslovno povezani uz problematiku projekta na Mejašima.

Podsjetimo, realizacija šoping-centra, vrijednog oko 1,3 milijarde kuna, ali i tada najavljivanog stambenog kompleksa, počela je još 2011. godine na mjestu nekadašnje “Končarove” tvornice solarnih ćelija, a tada je ulagač u gradski proračun uplatio 23,6 milijuna kuna, odnosno prvu od dviju rata za komunalni doprinos. Drugi novčani obrok, u istovjetnom iznosu, uplaćen je tek u kolovozu 2014. godine, pa iz Banovine sudski potražuju pripadajuće kamate.

Odnosi između Grada Splita i predstavnika tvrtke "Mejaši prvi", investitora trgovačkog centra Mall of Split, već duže vrijeme nisu idilični.

Jedan od razloga za takvu situaciju je i parnica koju sukobljene strane vode na Trgovačkom sudu jer gradska uprava potražuje 9,3 milijuna kuna kamata zbog, kako su istaknuli u tužbenom zahtjevu, zakasnjele uplate od 23,6 milijuna kuna, koliko je iznosila zadnja rata komunalnog doprinosa za taj projekt. Upravo to je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, jedan od razloga što je Policijski nacionalni ured za suzbijanje korupcije (PNUSKOK) nedavno "prošešljao" Banovinu.

Pokušali smo doznati do kakvih su spoznaja došli te jesu li istraživanje priveli kraju, no iz Ureda glavnog ravnatelja policije stigao nam je tek šturi odgovor:

- Izvješćujemo vas da su sukladno Zakonu o kaznenom postupku izvidi tajni te nismo u mogućnosti odgovoriti na vaše konkretno pitanje.

Dakako da ni u Banovini nisu bili spremni ponuditi konkretne odgovore, no naši pouzdani izvori potvrdili su nam da su PNUSKOK-ovi istražitelji bili u zgradi gradske uprave te da su pri tome obavljeni i razgovori s nekolicinom djelatnika koji su bili poslovno povezani uz problematiku projekta na Mejašima.

Podsjetimo, realizacija šoping-centra, vrijednog oko 1,3 milijarde kuna, ali i tada najavljivanog stambenog kompleksa, počela je još 2011. godine na mjestu nekadašnje “Končarove” tvornice solarnih ćelija, a tada je ulagač u gradski proračun uplatio 23,6 milijuna kuna, odnosno prvu od dviju rata za komunalni doprinos. Drugi novčani obrok, u istovjetnom iznosu, uplaćen je tek u kolovozu 2014. godine, pa iz Banovine sudski potražuju pripadajuće kamate.
