Za područje Klisa, točnije od Mezanovaca (“graničnog” područja Klisa i Solina, op.a.) do Dugopolja, za upis u kliški dječji vrtić “Sveti Roko” ima samo otvorenih sedam mjesta za iduću pedagošku godinu, od toga jedno u vrtićkom i šest u jasličnom programu.

Takve brojke su nam iznijeli brojke u predškolskoj ustanovi “Cvrčak” kada smo se interesirali za upis djeteta u vrtić u Klisu. Suprug i ja smo zaposleni i imamo sve uvjete, ali nemamo gdje upisati djecu – vele roditelji koji su se elektroničkom poštom obratili našoj redakciji.

- Općina Klis koja stalno ima poticaje za mlade obitelji i koja se hvali natalitetom nema gdje upisati djecu u vrtić. Roditelji se organiziraju i spremni su na okupljanje ispred Općine ako se ništa ne riješi do početka nove pedagoške godine – navodi se u pismu, te ističe kako im je cilj da se otvori nova vrtićka skupina, kao i pokretanje izgradnje novog objekta za mališane u Klisu.

- Pravo upisa u državni i privatni vrtić izvan mjesta prebivališta, konkretno u Solin, nemamo dok se ne upišu sva djeca s prebivalištem u Solinu, a rečeno je da se ne trebamo tome nadati, jer da i njima uvijek nedostaje mjesta za “matičnu” djecu tako da nema šanse da se upisuju oni koji administrativno pripadaju nekoj drugoj sredini, primjerice Klisu – prepričavaju nam roditelji kada su se interesirali za vrtiće u Solinu.

Prema izjavi Anđele Biuk, ravnateljice “Cvrčka”, ustanove čije djelovanje obuhvaća i vrtiće na području Općine Klis, pa tako i objekt “Sveti Roko”, potvrđuju se riječi roditelja kada je riječ o upisnoj kvoti. U “Svetom Roku” preostalo je sedam slobodnih upisnih mjesta, a u vrtiću “Sveti Ante” u Prugovu koji teritorijalno također pripada Klisu, ima pet mjesta.

Od sedam mjesta u kliškom objektu jedno se odnosi na vrtićki desetosatni program, a šest je mjesta u jaslicama.

- U ovom trenutku vrtić “Sveti Roko” pohađa 66 djece (u tri odgojne skupine od kojih su jedne jaslice), a vrtić “Sveti Ante” ima jednu odgojnu skupinu s 25 djece – navodi ravnateljica.

Prema pravilniku o upisu djece u pedagošku instituciju “Cvrčak” koji je donijelo Upravno vijeće, prednost pri upisu imaju roditelji s prebivalištem na upisnom području, a nakon njih i ostali na području grada i općina - osnivača ustanove.

- Dakle, ako u našim objektima na području Grada Solina ostane slobodnih mjesta, onda se uzimaju u obzir i zahtjevi roditelja iz općina Klis, Dugopolje i Muć, što vrijedi i obrnuto, a pravilnik se nalazi i na internetskoj stranici vrtića – tvrdi Biuk, dodajući kako već na početku upisnog postupka zaista vlada veliki interes majki i očeva za upis njihove djece u vrtiće na području Općine Klis.

- U razgovoru s roditeljima primjećujem da ih se određeni broj doselio na spomenutom području i u potrebi su za zbrinjavanjem djece u vrtiće – zaključuje ravnateljica Biuk.

- Općina Klis je među najboljim općinama po pitanju demografske situacije, što nije došlo samo po sebi već nizom mjera koje smo uveli, počevši od statusa roditelja odgojitelja do zemljišta za mlade obitelji, a što smo među prvima u Hrvatskoj i uveli.

Poluinformacije kojima roditelji barataju, a bez da su zatražili informaciju od Općine Klis, smatram neprimjerenim, bez obzira tko ih plasira, tim više što su upisi u vrtić tek počeli pa ni mi, a ni roditelji, trenutno ne znamo koliko će biti zahtjeva za upisom – smatra Vetma.

- Osim toga, Općina od prije nekoliko godina, sufinancira i privatne vrtiće i do sada nam se nije dogodilo da smo imali neupisane djece. Trenutno razmatramo usklađivanje cijena našeg i privatnih vrtića, a odluku ćemo donijeti prije početka predškolske godine – ističe načelnik najavljujući kako je lokalna vlast u fazi otkupljivanja zemljišta i pripreme projektne dokumentacije za novi, veliki vrtić u Klisu.

- To nam je prioritet u ovom mandatu i rješenje za sljedećih 20 godina. Nezadovoljstvo roditelja često dolazi iz činjenice da smo uveli reda pri samim upisima i nećemo sufinancirati djecu čija oba roditelja nemaju prebivalište na našem području ili nisu u radnom odnosu. I to će tako biti bez obzira na pritiske – zaključuje Vetma.

Za područje Klisa, točnije od Mezanovaca (“graničnog” područja Klisa i Solina, op.a.) do Dugopolja, za upis u kliški dječji vrtić “Sveti Roko” ima samo otvorenih sedam mjesta za iduću pedagošku godinu, od toga jedno u vrtićkom i šest u jasličnom programu.

Takve brojke su nam iznijeli brojke u predškolskoj ustanovi “Cvrčak” kada smo se interesirali za upis djeteta u vrtić u Klisu. Suprug i ja smo zaposleni i imamo sve uvjete, ali nemamo gdje upisati djecu – vele roditelji koji su se elektroničkom poštom obratili našoj redakciji.

- Općina Klis koja stalno ima poticaje za mlade obitelji i koja se hvali natalitetom nema gdje upisati djecu u vrtić. Roditelji se organiziraju i spremni su na okupljanje ispred Općine ako se ništa ne riješi do početka nove pedagoške godine – navodi se u pismu, te ističe kako im je cilj da se otvori nova vrtićka skupina, kao i pokretanje izgradnje novog objekta za mališane u Klisu.

- Pravo upisa u državni i privatni vrtić izvan mjesta prebivališta, konkretno u Solin, nemamo dok se ne upišu sva djeca s prebivalištem u Solinu, a rečeno je da se ne trebamo tome nadati, jer da i njima uvijek nedostaje mjesta za “matičnu” djecu tako da nema šanse da se upisuju oni koji administrativno pripadaju nekoj drugoj sredini, primjerice Klisu – prepričavaju nam roditelji kada su se interesirali za vrtiće u Solinu.

Prema izjavi Anđele Biuk, ravnateljice “Cvrčka”, ustanove čije djelovanje obuhvaća i vrtiće na području Općine Klis, pa tako i objekt “Sveti Roko”, potvrđuju se riječi roditelja kada je riječ o upisnoj kvoti. U “Svetom Roku” preostalo je sedam slobodnih upisnih mjesta, a u vrtiću “Sveti Ante” u Prugovu koji teritorijalno također pripada Klisu, ima pet mjesta.

Od sedam mjesta u kliškom objektu jedno se odnosi na vrtićki desetosatni program, a šest je mjesta u jaslicama.

- U ovom trenutku vrtić “Sveti Roko” pohađa 66 djece (u tri odgojne skupine od kojih su jedne jaslice), a vrtić “Sveti Ante” ima jednu odgojnu skupinu s 25 djece – navodi ravnateljica.

Prema pravilniku o upisu djece u pedagošku instituciju “Cvrčak” koji je donijelo Upravno vijeće, prednost pri upisu imaju roditelji s prebivalištem na upisnom području, a nakon njih i ostali na području grada i općina - osnivača ustanove.

- Dakle, ako u našim objektima na području Grada Solina ostane slobodnih mjesta, onda se uzimaju u obzir i zahtjevi roditelja iz općina Klis, Dugopolje i Muć, što vrijedi i obrnuto, a pravilnik se nalazi i na internetskoj stranici vrtića – tvrdi Biuk, dodajući kako već na početku upisnog postupka zaista vlada veliki interes majki i očeva za upis njihove djece u vrtiće na području Općine Klis.

- U razgovoru s roditeljima primjećujem da ih se određeni broj doselio na spomenutom području i u potrebi su za zbrinjavanjem djece u vrtiće – zaključuje ravnateljica Biuk.

- Općina Klis je među najboljim općinama po pitanju demografske situacije, što nije došlo samo po sebi već nizom mjera koje smo uveli, počevši od statusa roditelja odgojitelja do zemljišta za mlade obitelji, a što smo među prvima u Hrvatskoj i uveli.

Poluinformacije kojima roditelji barataju, a bez da su zatražili informaciju od Općine Klis, smatram neprimjerenim, bez obzira tko ih plasira, tim više što su upisi u vrtić tek počeli pa ni mi, a ni roditelji, trenutno ne znamo koliko će biti zahtjeva za upisom – smatra Vetma.

- Osim toga, Općina od prije nekoliko godina, sufinancira i privatne vrtiće i do sada nam se nije dogodilo da smo imali neupisane djece. Trenutno razmatramo usklađivanje cijena našeg i privatnih vrtića, a odluku ćemo donijeti prije početka predškolske godine – ističe načelnik najavljujući kako je lokalna vlast u fazi otkupljivanja zemljišta i pripreme projektne dokumentacije za novi, veliki vrtić u Klisu.

- To nam je prioritet u ovom mandatu i rješenje za sljedećih 20 godina. Nezadovoljstvo roditelja često dolazi iz činjenice da smo uveli reda pri samim upisima i nećemo sufinancirati djecu čija oba roditelja nemaju prebivalište na našem području ili nisu u radnom odnosu. I to će tako biti bez obzira na pritiske – zaključuje Vetma.
