Građevinske tvrtke zainteresirane za izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji Puta sv. Lucije u Kaštel Štafiliću poslale su svoje ponude na javni natječaj koji je raspisao Grad Kaštela.

Mještanima Donjih Kaštela ova je ulica, u doba socijalizma nazvana Lucijin put, dobro poznata budući da se pruža od stare kaštelanske ceste (Ceste dr. Franje Tuđmana) do Bijačke iz koje nekoliko manjih ulica vodi do Obale kralja Tomislava, čineći praktično središte mjesta. Prepoznatljivo obilježje s istočne strane joj je 1500 godina stara maslina "Mastrinka".

 

U novije vrijeme je, međutim, često spominjana u kontekstu zastarjelog kanalizacijskog sustava, odnosno činjenice da niz tu ulicu vodi samo jedan stari cjevovod i to mješovite prirode (oborinske plus fekalne vode).

Taj se cjevovod pruža sve do Dječjeg vrtića "Maslina", s tim da su u međuvremenu kanalizacija Osnovne škole "Bijaći" i zgrada iznad stare kaštelanske ceste prebačeni na glavni kolektor u toj ulici. I bez cjevovoda, međutim, Put svete Lucije iziskivao je rekonstrukciju do koje će konačno i doći.

Iz kaštelanske gradske uprave nam je rečeno da se projektnim rješenjem planira rekonstrukcija prometnice s novom komunalnom infrastrukturom (novom oborinskom odvodnjom i javnom rasvjetom), dogradnjom pješačkih pločnika, izvedbom uzdužnog parkirališta i hortikulturnim uređenjem.

Ukupna duljina zahvata, uključujući uklapanja u postojeću Cestu dr. Franje Tuđmana i Bijačku ulicu iznosi oko 280 metara. Procijenjena vrijednost radova je oko pola milijuna eura.

Prometnica je predviđena za dvosmjerni promet s dva kolnička traka širine po 2,75 metara i obostranim nogostupima širine od 1,5 do 1,2 metara. U okviru raspoloživog prostora planirana je i zelena površina uz zapadni rub kolnika koja odjeljuje nogostup od kolnika i ima promjenjivu širinu od 1,45 do minimalno jednog metra. Na lokacijama postojećih kolnih prilaza zeleni pojas se prekida izradom kolnih rampi promjenjive širine, ovisno o postojećem stanju.

Rekonstrukcija obuhvaća i radove koji neće obradovati one koji se bore za zaštitu zelenih površina, ali hoće vlasnike osobnih automobila. U cijelosti će se, naime, posjeći postojeći drvored koji se nalazi s istočne strane ulice zbog izgradnje uzdužnih parkirališnih mjesta i nogostupa. Planirano je ukupno 27 parkirališnih mjesta širine 2,2 i dužine 5,5 metara.

Predviđena je izgradnja nove učinkovite javne rasvjete i dodatno polaganje dvije nove PEHD cijevi profila DN110 u trupu prometnice (s istočne strane kolnika) za buduće potrebe polaganja elektroničke komunikacijske infrastrukture i druge povezane opreme (EKI kanalizacije).

Glavnim projektom predviđena je i izgradnja novog sustava odvodnje oborinskih voda, dok se postojeći mješoviti kolektor i pripadajući slivnici stavljaju izvan funkcije.

- Radovi na rekonstrukciji prometnice započet će nakon završetka onih na izgradnji kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže u sklopu aglomeracije koje izvodi tvrtka "Strabag", a planirani rok izvođenja je pet mjeseci od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao - naglašavaju iz gradske uprave.

Iz splitskog "Vodovoda i kanalizacije" (ViK) pak navode da je izabrani izvođač započeo radove još prije prosinačkih blagdana, ali su bili privremeno zaustavljeni kako bi se izbjegli problemi s prometom zbog istovremeno izvođenih u Ulici Grgura Ninskog.

Trenutačno se izvode radovi na fekalnim kolektorima i kućnim kanalizacijskim priključcima.

Nakon toga će se izvoditi na novoj vodoopskrbnoj mreži, prespajanju vodovodnih priključaka i provoditi ispitivanja (vodonepropusnost, tlačna proba, CCTV inspekcija, ispiranje, dezinfekcija, uzorkovanje vode i slanje na analizu u NZZJZ...).

Uz odgovarajuće vremenske uvjete trebali bi biti završeni do kraja veljače – poručuju iz ViK-a, dodajući da je izvedbenim projektom uzeta u obzir buduća trasa nove oborinske odvodnje koju će graditi Grad Kaštela te da se svi radovi koordiniraju s gradskim službama.

Na trasu stižu i arheolozi


U sklopu radova rekonstrukcije izvest će se zaštitno arheološko istraživanje na gornjem dijelu ulice kako bi se istražila i dokumentirala postojeća rimska arhitektura. Na toj se lokaciji mogu očekivati i arhitektonski ostaci barokne crkve svete Lucije po kojoj je lokalitet dobio ime.

Građevinske tvrtke zainteresirane za izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji Puta sv. Lucije u Kaštel Štafiliću poslale su svoje ponude na javni natječaj koji je raspisao Grad Kaštela.

Mještanima Donjih Kaštela ova je ulica, u doba socijalizma nazvana Lucijin put, dobro poznata budući da se pruža od stare kaštelanske ceste (Ceste dr. Franje Tuđmana) do Bijačke iz koje nekoliko manjih ulica vodi do Obale kralja Tomislava, čineći praktično središte mjesta. Prepoznatljivo obilježje s istočne strane joj je 1500 godina stara maslina "Mastrinka".

 

U novije vrijeme je, međutim, često spominjana u kontekstu zastarjelog kanalizacijskog sustava, odnosno činjenice da niz tu ulicu vodi samo jedan stari cjevovod i to mješovite prirode (oborinske plus fekalne vode).

Taj se cjevovod pruža sve do Dječjeg vrtića "Maslina", s tim da su u međuvremenu kanalizacija Osnovne škole "Bijaći" i zgrada iznad stare kaštelanske ceste prebačeni na glavni kolektor u toj ulici. I bez cjevovoda, međutim, Put svete Lucije iziskivao je rekonstrukciju do koje će konačno i doći.

Iz kaštelanske gradske uprave nam je rečeno da se projektnim rješenjem planira rekonstrukcija prometnice s novom komunalnom infrastrukturom (novom oborinskom odvodnjom i javnom rasvjetom), dogradnjom pješačkih pločnika, izvedbom uzdužnog parkirališta i hortikulturnim uređenjem.

Ukupna duljina zahvata, uključujući uklapanja u postojeću Cestu dr. Franje Tuđmana i Bijačku ulicu iznosi oko 280 metara. Procijenjena vrijednost radova je oko pola milijuna eura.

Prometnica je predviđena za dvosmjerni promet s dva kolnička traka širine po 2,75 metara i obostranim nogostupima širine od 1,5 do 1,2 metara. U okviru raspoloživog prostora planirana je i zelena površina uz zapadni rub kolnika koja odjeljuje nogostup od kolnika i ima promjenjivu širinu od 1,45 do minimalno jednog metra. Na lokacijama postojećih kolnih prilaza zeleni pojas se prekida izradom kolnih rampi promjenjive širine, ovisno o postojećem stanju.

Rekonstrukcija obuhvaća i radove koji neće obradovati one koji se bore za zaštitu zelenih površina, ali hoće vlasnike osobnih automobila. U cijelosti će se, naime, posjeći postojeći drvored koji se nalazi s istočne strane ulice zbog izgradnje uzdužnih parkirališnih mjesta i nogostupa. Planirano je ukupno 27 parkirališnih mjesta širine 2,2 i dužine 5,5 metara.

Predviđena je izgradnja nove učinkovite javne rasvjete i dodatno polaganje dvije nove PEHD cijevi profila DN110 u trupu prometnice (s istočne strane kolnika) za buduće potrebe polaganja elektroničke komunikacijske infrastrukture i druge povezane opreme (EKI kanalizacije).

Glavnim projektom predviđena je i izgradnja novog sustava odvodnje oborinskih voda, dok se postojeći mješoviti kolektor i pripadajući slivnici stavljaju izvan funkcije.

- Radovi na rekonstrukciji prometnice započet će nakon završetka onih na izgradnji kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže u sklopu aglomeracije koje izvodi tvrtka "Strabag", a planirani rok izvođenja je pet mjeseci od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao - naglašavaju iz gradske uprave.

Iz splitskog "Vodovoda i kanalizacije" (ViK) pak navode da je izabrani izvođač započeo radove još prije prosinačkih blagdana, ali su bili privremeno zaustavljeni kako bi se izbjegli problemi s prometom zbog istovremeno izvođenih u Ulici Grgura Ninskog.

Trenutačno se izvode radovi na fekalnim kolektorima i kućnim kanalizacijskim priključcima.

Nakon toga će se izvoditi na novoj vodoopskrbnoj mreži, prespajanju vodovodnih priključaka i provoditi ispitivanja (vodonepropusnost, tlačna proba, CCTV inspekcija, ispiranje, dezinfekcija, uzorkovanje vode i slanje na analizu u NZZJZ...).

Uz odgovarajuće vremenske uvjete trebali bi biti završeni do kraja veljače – poručuju iz ViK-a, dodajući da je izvedbenim projektom uzeta u obzir buduća trasa nove oborinske odvodnje koju će graditi Grad Kaštela te da se svi radovi koordiniraju s gradskim službama.

Na trasu stižu i arheolozi


U sklopu radova rekonstrukcije izvest će se zaštitno arheološko istraživanje na gornjem dijelu ulice kako bi se istražila i dokumentirala postojeća rimska arhitektura. Na toj se lokaciji mogu očekivati i arhitektonski ostaci barokne crkve svete Lucije po kojoj je lokalitet dobio ime.
