Prolazeći preko dubrovačkog Boninova, brojni su građani primijetili terasu na stijenama ispod stare bolnice, s koje puca prekrasan pogled na more i uvalu Danče.

U gradskoj upravi provjerili smo o kakvom se objektu radi i je li uopće postavljen u skladu s propisima:

- Odsjek komunalnog redarstva Grada Dubrovnika obavio je očevid na dijelu zemljišne čestice broj 3565, na samoj obali ispod stare bolničke zgrade.

Tom prilikom utvrđeno je kako se na spomenutom zemljištu nalazi drveni podest dimenzija oko šest puta pet metara, koji je učvršćen na metalnoj konstrukciji što se svojim podnožjem naslanja i uranja u tlo. Budući se radi o čvrstom objektu koji se nalazi na obali, odnosno na predjelu pomorskog dobra, kao takav je u nadležnosti Lučke kapetanije.

Stoga je Odsjek komunalnog redarstva o ovim saznanjima izvijestilo nadležnu Lučku kapetaniju - javili su iz Grada i napomenuli kako je za objekt ovakvog tipa potrebno ishoditi dozvolu:

- Međutim, u našem Upravnom odjelu za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje nisu izdane nikakve dozvole za ove radove - naveli su iz gradske uprave o konstrukciji koja je kao nova "veduta" Boninova iskrsnula tijekom ljetnih mjeseci.

Do nje se moće sići kroz današnji Sveučilišni kampus. Sugrađani koji se kupaju na Dančama kazali su nam da su već tijekom ljeta primjetili da se na tom mjestu nešto radi, a terasa je očito završena tijekom proteklih nekoliko dana.

Pogledom u katastarske knjige, vidljivo je da cijeli priobalni stjenoviti potez ispod Gradca predstavlja jednu katastarsku parcelu, ukupne površine gotovo 13 tisuća četvornih metara, a kao posjednik je upisana već skoro 30 godina nepostojeća Općina Dubrovnik.

No, u zemljišnim knjigama, isti taj prostor podijeljen je u više manjih parcela, čiji su upisani vlasnici Biskupija dubrovačka i Družba sestara franjevki od bezgrešnog začeća. Vlasničkom statusu javnog/državnog pomorskog dobra, o kojem se govori u priopćenju lokalne vlasti, nema - ni traga.

U gradskoj upravi provjerili smo o kakvom se objektu radi i je li uopće postavljen u skladu s propisima:

- Odsjek komunalnog redarstva Grada Dubrovnika obavio je očevid na dijelu zemljišne čestice broj 3565, na samoj obali ispod stare bolničke zgrade.

Tom prilikom utvrđeno je kako se na spomenutom zemljištu nalazi drveni podest dimenzija oko šest puta pet metara, koji je učvršćen na metalnoj konstrukciji što se svojim podnožjem naslanja i uranja u tlo. Budući se radi o čvrstom objektu koji se nalazi na obali, odnosno na predjelu pomorskog dobra, kao takav je u nadležnosti Lučke kapetanije.

Stoga je Odsjek komunalnog redarstva o ovim saznanjima izvijestilo nadležnu Lučku kapetaniju - javili su iz Grada i napomenuli kako je za objekt ovakvog tipa potrebno ishoditi dozvolu:

- Međutim, u našem Upravnom odjelu za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje nisu izdane nikakve dozvole za ove radove - naveli su iz gradske uprave o konstrukciji koja je kao nova "veduta" Boninova iskrsnula tijekom ljetnih mjeseci.

Do nje se moće sići kroz današnji Sveučilišni kampus. Sugrađani koji se kupaju na Dančama kazali su nam da su već tijekom ljeta primjetili da se na tom mjestu nešto radi, a terasa je očito završena tijekom proteklih nekoliko dana.

Pogledom u katastarske knjige, vidljivo je da cijeli priobalni stjenoviti potez ispod Gradca predstavlja jednu katastarsku parcelu, ukupne površine gotovo 13 tisuća četvornih metara, a kao posjednik je upisana već skoro 30 godina nepostojeća Općina Dubrovnik.

No, u zemljišnim knjigama, isti taj prostor podijeljen je u više manjih parcela, čiji su upisani vlasnici Biskupija dubrovačka i Družba sestara franjevki od bezgrešnog začeća. Vlasničkom statusu javnog/državnog pomorskog dobra, o kojem se govori u priopćenju lokalne vlasti, nema - ni traga.

Prolazeći preko dubrovačkog Boninova, brojni su građani primijetili terasu na stijenama ispod stare bolnice, s koje puca prekrasan pogled na more i uvalu Danče.
