Nakon što su pretprošlog tjedna ispred zgrade u Ulici Vladimira Nazora u Makarskoj u noćnim satima uredovali komunalni redari jer je stanarka zgrade u vrtu dala šačicu kukuruza golubovima, situacija u ovoj zgradi postaje sve luđa i luđa. Naime, u zgradi inače stanuju Makarani koji su se uselili prije 50 godina, ali i došljaci koji su stanove kupili prije par godina i koji dolaze samo ljeti na godišnji odmor.
Baš takvi stanari koji veze nemaju što se događa sa zgradom i ostalim stanarima tijekom cijele godine, osim dopisivanja i ''olajavanja'' ostalih stanara preko WhatsApp grupe, krenuli su u akciju s dvoje sugrađana-stanara zgrade.
Cilj im je riješiti se triju starih pitomih mačaka koje hrani par stanarki i, naravno, golubova jer im hodaju po krovu automobila.
Stoga su tijekom noći iz vrta pored zgrade koji je u vlasništvu Grada odnijeli tri kućice za mačke i bacili ih na otpad, a kako bi poubijali i mačke i golubove, travu su polili otrovom, tako da je na koncu u samo nekoliko dana uginulo šest golubova, a sve biljke su se osušile...
Susjeda došljakinja, u nazočnosti djece koja su davala mački komadić salame, životinju je upitala: ''Al' još nisi mrtva'' i nakon toga je udarila nogom.
Oštre kazne
Inače, u vrtu se znaju igrati i djeca, dok stariji vole sjesti na zidić pa je situacija postala zbilja opasna. Kako bi se napokon riješilo ovo pitanje susjeda iz pakla, kontaktirali smo nadležne u Gradu, iz kojeg su nam kazali da se sugrađani hitno moraju javiti komunalnim redarima čim uoče da se ovako nešto događa, a s obzirom na to da je dvoje neprijatelja i mrzitelja mačaka i golubova u vrtu ''njuškalo'' i premjeravalo oko zidića, ne bismo se začudili da im na pamet padne ograditi vrt, što je, kako kazuju iz Grada, nezakonito.
- Nitko ne smije ograditi gradski vrt i oštećivati imovinu koja pripada Gradu. Ako stanari uoče da se takvo nešto događa, odmah moraju nazvati komunalne redare - kazali su nam iz Grada.
Inače, tko ne zna, napomenut ćemo da u slučajevima trovanja, teškog zlostavljanja i ubojstva životinje odmah treba pozvati policiju jer se radi o kaznenom djelu. Trovanje životinja zabranjeno je Zakonom o zaštiti životinja, a propisana kazna za fizičke osobe je od 10 do 15 tisuća kuna. Također, trovanje je kažnjivo i Kaznenim zakonom, a predviđena je kazna zatvora do jedne godine.

Nakon što su pretprošlog tjedna ispred zgrade u Ulici Vladimira Nazora u Makarskoj u noćnim satima uredovali komunalni redari jer je stanarka zgrade u vrtu dala šačicu kukuruza golubovima, situacija u ovoj zgradi postaje sve luđa i luđa. Naime, u zgradi inače stanuju Makarani koji su se uselili prije 50 godina, ali i došljaci koji su stanove kupili prije par godina i koji dolaze samo ljeti na godišnji odmor.
Baš takvi stanari koji veze nemaju što se događa sa zgradom i ostalim stanarima tijekom cijele godine, osim dopisivanja i ''olajavanja'' ostalih stanara preko WhatsApp grupe, krenuli su u akciju s dvoje sugrađana-stanara zgrade.
Cilj im je riješiti se triju starih pitomih mačaka koje hrani par stanarki i, naravno, golubova jer im hodaju po krovu automobila.
Stoga su tijekom noći iz vrta pored zgrade koji je u vlasništvu Grada odnijeli tri kućice za mačke i bacili ih na otpad, a kako bi poubijali i mačke i golubove, travu su polili otrovom, tako da je na koncu u samo nekoliko dana uginulo šest golubova, a sve biljke su se osušile...
Susjeda došljakinja, u nazočnosti djece koja su davala mački komadić salame, životinju je upitala: ''Al' još nisi mrtva'' i nakon toga je udarila nogom.
Oštre kazne
Inače, u vrtu se znaju igrati i djeca, dok stariji vole sjesti na zidić pa je situacija postala zbilja opasna. Kako bi se napokon riješilo ovo pitanje susjeda iz pakla, kontaktirali smo nadležne u Gradu, iz kojeg su nam kazali da se sugrađani hitno moraju javiti komunalnim redarima čim uoče da se ovako nešto događa, a s obzirom na to da je dvoje neprijatelja i mrzitelja mačaka i golubova u vrtu ''njuškalo'' i premjeravalo oko zidića, ne bismo se začudili da im na pamet padne ograditi vrt, što je, kako kazuju iz Grada, nezakonito.
- Nitko ne smije ograditi gradski vrt i oštećivati imovinu koja pripada Gradu. Ako stanari uoče da se takvo nešto događa, odmah moraju nazvati komunalne redare - kazali su nam iz Grada.
Inače, tko ne zna, napomenut ćemo da u slučajevima trovanja, teškog zlostavljanja i ubojstva životinje odmah treba pozvati policiju jer se radi o kaznenom djelu. Trovanje životinja zabranjeno je Zakonom o zaštiti životinja, a propisana kazna za fizičke osobe je od 10 do 15 tisuća kuna. Također, trovanje je kažnjivo i Kaznenim zakonom, a predviđena je kazna zatvora do jedne godine.
