Nezavisni gradski vijećnik Miro Bulj održao je konferenciju za novinare na temu kriminala u privatizaciji “Autoprijevoza Sinj” te je prozvao Općinsko državno odvjetništvo zbog sporosti i pozvao da cijeli slučaj “Autoprijevoz” preuzme USKOK jer se radi o organiziranom krinimalu na štetu državnog proračuna, Grada i građana Sinja.

Bulj je ustvrdio da se Državno odvjetništvo u Sinju umjesto “Autoprijevozom” bavi onima koji nisu po volji sadašnjoj gradskoj vlasti. Ta ista vlast, kada je u pitanju “Autoprijevoz”, po ocjeni vijećnika Bulja, ne radi u interesu Grada i svojih građana već u korist strateškog partnera “Prometa” iz Makarske i njegova vlasnika Mate Jujnovića.

Bulj tu tvrdnju potkrepljuje podatkom da se gradonačelnik Sinja Ivica Glavan sada zauzima za potpisivanje aneksa ugovoru o restrukturiranju i financijskoj konsolidaciji “Autoprijevoza Sinj” kako bi “Prometu” ostavili mogućnost da ispuni preuzete obveze.

- Taj aneks ugovoru, koji “Promet” namjerno nije izvršio u najvažnijem dijelu, a to je dokapitalizacija “Autoprijevoza” s 11 plus 5 autobusa u 2005., 2006. i 2007. godini, bio bi samo legalizacija kriminala. Umjesto toga ja ću, uz zahtjev za hitnu izvanrednu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća, zatražiti da naše Gradsko vijeće predloži Vladi raskid ugovora na štetu “Prometa” te da se pronađe novi strateški partner “Autoprijevoza”.

Nezavisni gradski vijećnik Miro Bulj održao je konferenciju za novinare na temu kriminala u privatizaciji “Autoprijevoza Sinj” te je prozvao Općinsko državno odvjetništvo zbog sporosti i pozvao da cijeli slučaj “Autoprijevoz” preuzme USKOK jer se radi o organiziranom krinimalu na štetu državnog proračuna, Grada i građana Sinja.

Bulj je ustvrdio da se Državno odvjetništvo u Sinju umjesto “Autoprijevozom” bavi onima koji nisu po volji sadašnjoj gradskoj vlasti. Ta ista vlast, kada je u pitanju “Autoprijevoz”, po ocjeni vijećnika Bulja, ne radi u interesu Grada i svojih građana već u korist strateškog partnera “Prometa” iz Makarske i njegova vlasnika Mate Jujnovića.

Bulj tu tvrdnju potkrepljuje podatkom da se gradonačelnik Sinja Ivica Glavan sada zauzima za potpisivanje aneksa ugovoru o restrukturiranju i financijskoj konsolidaciji “Autoprijevoza Sinj” kako bi “Prometu” ostavili mogućnost da ispuni preuzete obveze.

- Taj aneks ugovoru, koji “Promet” namjerno nije izvršio u najvažnijem dijelu, a to je dokapitalizacija “Autoprijevoza” s 11 plus 5 autobusa u 2005., 2006. i 2007. godini, bio bi samo legalizacija kriminala. Umjesto toga ja ću, uz zahtjev za hitnu izvanrednu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća, zatražiti da naše Gradsko vijeće predloži Vladi raskid ugovora na štetu “Prometa” te da se pronađe novi strateški partner “Autoprijevoza”.
