Mmm, baš bi nam dobro sjeo jedan dobar burek. Vama isto? Super, jer imamo odličan recept. Ovaj se burek radi od samo dva sastojka. Bez zezanja, vidjet ćete kako ga kao od šale radi prava Turkinja. Nećete pogriješiti dodate li mu još jedan sastojak, no taj je više stvar ukusa nego nužna potrepština.
Posebnost ovog bureka je u tome što je gotov za čas i što je jako, jako hrskav i ukusan. Tajna je u tome što se umjesto kora za pite koristi lisnato tijesto, dok se umjesto klasičnog nadjeva od svježeg sira stavlja izmrvljeni feta sir, odnosno turska inačica tog sira, ali poslužit će vam i obična feta.
I nemojte nam sada pametovati da ovo nije pravi burek jer je napravljen od lisnatog tijesta, a pogotovo oko toga da nije burek nego sirnica, jer ako ga ova Turkinja tako zove, tko smo mi da joj proturječimo? U svakom slučaju, ostavimo se mudrovanja i bacimo se na priprenu bureka. Evo recept, a video je u nastavku.
Brzinski burek
Sastojci:
200 grama turskog bijelog sira ili feta sira
Priprema:
Odmrznite lisnato tijesto ako koristite smrznuto. Bijeli sir izmrvite vilicom i dodajte nasjeckani peršin ako ga koristite.
Radnu površinu pospite brašnom pa jedan komad tijesta razvaljajte u tanki pravokutnik.
Izrežite tijesto na dvije dugačke trake i po dužoj strani napunite nadjevom od sira. Presavijte i zatvorite.
Počevši od sredine vrtite komad kako biste ga oblikovali (pogledajte video) i nastavite oblikovati tijesto za tijestom dok ne ispunite okruglu posudu za pečenje.
Po želji premažite vrh žumanjkom razmućenim sa žlicom mlijeka ili mješavinom 2-3 žlice jogurta i malo ulja.
Pecite u pećnici prethodno zagrijanoj na 200°C dok ne poprimi zlatnu boju odozgo i odozdo, oko 40 minuta.

Mmm, baš bi nam dobro sjeo jedan dobar burek. Vama isto? Super, jer imamo odličan recept. Ovaj se burek radi od samo dva sastojka. Bez zezanja, vidjet ćete kako ga kao od šale radi prava Turkinja. Nećete pogriješiti dodate li mu još jedan sastojak, no taj je više stvar ukusa nego nužna potrepština.
Posebnost ovog bureka je u tome što je gotov za čas i što je jako, jako hrskav i ukusan. Tajna je u tome što se umjesto kora za pite koristi lisnato tijesto, dok se umjesto klasičnog nadjeva od svježeg sira stavlja izmrvljeni feta sir, odnosno turska inačica tog sira, ali poslužit će vam i obična feta.
I nemojte nam sada pametovati da ovo nije pravi burek jer je napravljen od lisnatog tijesta, a pogotovo oko toga da nije burek nego sirnica, jer ako ga ova Turkinja tako zove, tko smo mi da joj proturječimo? Brzinski burek
Sastojci:
200 grama turskog bijelog sira ili feta sira
Priprema:
Odmrznite lisnato tijesto ako koristite smrznuto. Bijeli sir izmrvite vilicom i dodajte nasjeckani peršin ako ga koristite.
Radnu površinu pospite brašnom pa jedan komad tijesta razvaljajte u tanki pravokutnik.
Izrežite tijesto na dvije dugačke trake i po dužoj strani napunite nadjevom od sira. Presavijte i zatvorite.
Počevši od sredine vrtite komad kako biste ga oblikovali (pogledajte video) i nastavite oblikovati tijesto za tijestom dok ne ispunite okruglu posudu za pečenje.
Po želji premažite vrh žumanjkom razmućenim sa žlicom mlijeka ili mješavinom 2-3 žlice jogurta i malo ulja.
Pecite u pećnici prethodno zagrijanoj na 200°C dok ne poprimi zlatnu boju odozgo i odozdo, oko 40 minuta.
