Na pomolu su novi problemi s izgradnjom županijskog Centra za gospodarenje otpadom kod Lećevice, pogona za preradu škovaca na čiji se početak rada čeka već četvrt stoljeća.

Tako se, nažalost, može iščitati iz Godišnjeg izvještaja o izvršenju proračuna Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za 2023. godinu, ispisanog na 1142 stranice, gdje se navodi kako nije realiziran kredit od 11 milijuna eura za projekt na lokalitetu Šilovića doci u Kladnjicama. I to kredit čije su potencijalno podizanje potvrdili vijećnici, njih 47 u Županijskoj skupštini.

Kao i podizanje još jednog kredita, više od 17 milijuna eura, sve kako bi se županijska tvrtka "Regionalni centar čistog okoliša" (RCČO) koja ima jedini zadatak izgraditi i sutra upravljati pogonom za preradu otpada. No, sada se navodi kako jedan od dvaju zajmova, onaj vrijedan 11 milijuna eura, nije realiziran.

- Kao tvrtka smo realizirali kredit od 17 milijuna eura, koji nam je također morala odobriti Skupština Splitsko-dalmatiske županije kao naš osnivač. No, što je sa drugim kreditom od 11 milijuna eura, koji je također odobren, stvarno ne znam.

On je u ingerenciji Ministarstva financija i županijskog Odjela za financije kojeg vodi pročelnica Sanja Viculin – tvrdi Vukorepa, čelni čovjek regionalne tvrtke zadužene za ključni projekt za preradu otpada koji stvara pola milijuna stanovnika plus skoro dva milijuna turista koji pohode najveću hrvatsku regiju.

Na Šilovića docima počela je izgradnja dijela objekata, pa ostaje otvreno pitanje zašto nije realizirana dodatna novčana transakcija koja bi sve to i omogućila? Odgovor na kraju nismo doznali iz Odjela za financije, već od Ante Šošića (HDZ), dožupana splitsko-dalmatinskog.

- Po dinamici aktivnosti i utroška sredstava, dostatan je bio kredit od RCČO-a, tako da kredit odobren od strane banke nismo stavili na korištenje zbog navedenih razloga. Nadalje, kredit nije odbijen već će se koristiti za fazu 2, a formalna potvrda će se odraditi kako bude dinamika utroška zahtjevala.

Sada ćemo čekati i realizaciju "faze 2", a o svemu će se naravno raspravljati i na današnjoj sjednci Županijske skupštine, gdje je među 18 točaka dnevnog reda i ova o Izvršenju proračuna za minulu godinu.

Na pomolu su novi problemi s izgradnjom županijskog Centra za gospodarenje otpadom kod Lećevice, pogona za preradu škovaca na čiji se početak rada čeka već četvrt stoljeća.

Tako se, nažalost, može iščitati iz Godišnjeg izvještaja o izvršenju proračuna Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za 2023. godinu, ispisanog na 1142 stranice, gdje se navodi kako nije realiziran kredit od 11 milijuna eura za projekt na lokalitetu Šilovića doci u Kladnjicama. I to kredit čije su potencijalno podizanje potvrdili vijećnici, njih 47 u Županijskoj skupštini.

Kao i podizanje još jednog kredita, više od 17 milijuna eura, sve kako bi se županijska tvrtka "Regionalni centar čistog okoliša" (RCČO) koja ima jedini zadatak izgraditi i sutra upravljati pogonom za preradu otpada. No, sada se navodi kako jedan od dvaju zajmova, onaj vrijedan 11 milijuna eura, nije realiziran.

Zbog čega se to dogodilo pitali smo Ivana Vukorepu (HDZ), direktora RČCO-a.

- Kao tvrtka smo realizirali kredit od 17 milijuna eura, koji nam je također morala odobriti Skupština Splitsko-dalmatiske županije kao naš osnivač. No, što je sa drugim kreditom od 11 milijuna eura, koji je također odobren, stvarno ne znam.

On je u ingerenciji Ministarstva financija i županijskog Odjela za financije kojeg vodi pročelnica Sanja Viculin – tvrdi Vukorepa, čelni čovjek regionalne tvrtke zadužene za ključni projekt za preradu otpada koji stvara pola milijuna stanovnika plus skoro dva milijuna turista koji pohode najveću hrvatsku regiju.

Na Šilovića docima počela je izgradnja dijela objekata, pa ostaje otvreno pitanje zašto nije realizirana dodatna novčana transakcija koja bi sve to i omogućila? Odgovor na kraju nismo doznali iz Odjela za financije, već od Ante Šošića (HDZ), dožupana splitsko-dalmatinskog.

- Po dinamici aktivnosti i utroška sredstava, dostatan je bio kredit od RCČO-a, tako da kredit odobren od strane banke nismo stavili na korištenje zbog navedenih razloga. Nadalje, kredit nije odbijen već će se koristiti za fazu 2, a formalna potvrda će se odraditi kako bude dinamika utroška zahtjevala.

Sada ćemo čekati i realizaciju "faze 2", a o svemu će se naravno raspravljati i na današnjoj sjednci Županijske skupštine, gdje je među 18 točaka dnevnog reda i ova o Izvršenju proračuna za minulu godinu.
