Sklopljena je prva značajna poslovna transakcija u 2021. godini. Slovenska naftna kompanija Petrol preuzela je hrvatski maloprodajni lanac Crodux, dosad u vlasništvu umirovljenog generala Ivana Čermaka. Informacija je objavljena na Ljubljanskoj burzi, a u Petrolovu se priopćenju navodi da će nakon preuzimanja Croduxove 91 benzinske postaje slovenska kompanija imati više od 200 prodajnih mjesta u Hrvatskoj te će svoj tržišni udjel na hrvatskom tržištu naftnih derivata povećati na oko 23 posto. Uz benzinske postaje, Petrol je preuzeo i ostatak Croduxova poslovanja - skladišne kapacitete u Omišlju i Zadru.

Crodux zapošljava 1150 radnika, a 2019. godinu završio je s poslovnim prihodima od 5,6 milijardi kuna i neto dobiti od 142 milijuna kuna. Iako službeno vrijednost transakcije nije objavljena, iz neslužbenih izvora Jutarnji list doznaje kako se radi o iznosu većem od 200 milijuna eura, piše Novac.hr.

Ivan Čermak postao je vlasnik Croduxa 2013., kada je otkupio hrvatski maloprodajni naftni biznis austrijskog OMV-a. Cijena te transakcije tada također nije bila objavljena, ali se u stručnim krugovima spekuliralo s iznosom između 110 i 120 milijuna eura, pa se može pretpostaviti da Čermak iz naftnog biznisa izlazi sa značajnim profitom.

Ova transakcija se može smatrati svojevrsnim nastavkom suradnje Čermaka i Petrola, jer je slovenska kompanija prije godinu i pol dana preuzela Croduxovo poslovanje s ukapljenim naftnim plinom, uključujući i veliki terminal u Svetom Križu Začretje. Iz perspektive Petrola ovaj potez je logičan jer učvršćuje kompanijinu poziciju na hrvatskom tržištu gdje, nakon domicilnog slovenskog tržišta, generira najveći dio svojih prihoda.

Sklopljena je prva značajna poslovna transakcija u 2021. godini. Slovenska naftna kompanija Petrol preuzela je hrvatski maloprodajni lanac Crodux, dosad u vlasništvu umirovljenog generala Ivana Čermaka. Informacija je objavljena na Ljubljanskoj burzi, a u Petrolovu se priopćenju navodi da će nakon preuzimanja Croduxove 91 benzinske postaje slovenska kompanija imati više od 200 prodajnih mjesta u Hrvatskoj te će svoj tržišni udjel na hrvatskom tržištu naftnih derivata povećati na oko 23 posto. Uz benzinske postaje, Petrol je preuzeo i ostatak Croduxova poslovanja - skladišne kapacitete u Omišlju i Zadru.

Crodux zapošljava 1150 radnika, a 2019. godinu završio je s poslovnim prihodima od 5,6 milijardi kuna i neto dobiti od 142 milijuna kuna. Iako službeno vrijednost transakcije nije objavljena, iz neslužbenih izvora Jutarnji list doznaje kako se radi o iznosu većem od 200 milijuna eura, piše Novac.hr.

Ivan Čermak postao je vlasnik Croduxa 2013., kada je otkupio hrvatski maloprodajni naftni biznis austrijskog OMV-a. Cijena te transakcije tada također nije bila objavljena, ali se u stručnim krugovima spekuliralo s iznosom između 110 i 120 milijuna eura, pa se može pretpostaviti da Čermak iz naftnog biznisa izlazi sa značajnim profitom.

Ova transakcija se može smatrati svojevrsnim nastavkom suradnje Čermaka i Petrola, jer je slovenska kompanija prije godinu i pol dana preuzela Croduxovo poslovanje s ukapljenim naftnim plinom, uključujući i veliki terminal u Svetom Križu Začretje. Iz perspektive Petrola ovaj potez je logičan jer učvršćuje kompanijinu poziciju na hrvatskom tržištu gdje, nakon domicilnog slovenskog tržišta, generira najveći dio svojih prihoda.

Slovenski Petrol preuzeo hrvatski Crodux, dosad u vlasništvu umirovljenog generala Čermaka, preuzeli i skladišne kapacitete u Omišlju i Zadru

Sklopljena je prva značajna poslovna transakcija u 2021. godini. Slovenska naftna kompanija Petrol preuzela je hrvatski maloprodajni lanac Crodux, dosad u vlasništvu umirovljenog generala Ivana Čermaka. Informacija je objavljena na Ljubljanskoj burzi, a u Petrolovu se priopćenju navodi da će nakon preuzimanja Croduxove 91 benzinske postaje slovenska kompanija imati više od 200 prodajnih mjesta u Hrvatskoj te će svoj tržišni udjel na hrvatskom tržištu naftnih derivata povećati na oko 23 posto. Uz benzinske postaje, Petrol je preuzeo i ostatak Croduxova poslovanja - skladišne kapacitete u Omišlju i Zadru.

Crodux zapošljava 1150 radnika, a 2019. godinu završio je s poslovnim prihodima od 5,6 milijardi kuna i neto dobiti od 142 milijuna kuna. Iako službeno vrijednost transakcije nije objavljena, iz neslužbenih izvora Jutarnji list doznaje kako se radi o iznosu većem od 200 milijuna eura, piše Novac.hr.

Ivan Čermak postao je vlasnik Croduxa 2013., kada je otkupio hrvatski maloprodajni naftni biznis austrijskog OMV-a. Cijena te transakcije tada također nije bila objavljena, ali se u stručnim krugovima spekuliralo s iznosom između 110 i 120 milijuna eura, pa se može pretpostaviti da Čermak iz naftnog biznisa izlazi sa značajnim profitom.

Ova transakcija se može smatrati svojevrsnim nastavkom suradnje Čermaka i Petrola, jer je slovenska kompanija prije godinu i pol dana preuzela Croduxovo poslovanje s ukapljenim naftnim plinom, uključujući i veliki terminal u Svetom Križu Začretje. Iz perspektive Petrola ovaj potez je logičan jer učvršćuje kompanijinu poziciju na hrvatskom tržištu gdje, nakon domicilnog slovenskog tržišta, generira najveći dio svojih prihoda.
