Zbog krađe čak 205 kilograma teškog crkvenog zvona sa tornja devastirane pravoslavne crkve Sv. Nikolaja u mjestu Krš u Općini Perušić koje je uz pomoć maloljetnika demontirao, srušio na tlo i razbio, 30-godišnjak iz Gospića dobio je sedam mjeseci zatvora.
Maloljetniku koji mu je pomogao ‘u akciji‘ na Općinskom sudu u Gospiću izrečen je pridržaj maloljetničkog zatvora i odgojna mjera posebne obveze da se uključi u pojedinačni ili skupni psihosocijalni tretman u savjetovalištu za mlade.
Brončano zvono skinuli su s tornja i demontirali u vremenu od 10. do 19. svibnja 2014. u mjestu Krš, s ciljem da se okoriste. Automobilom su ga odvezli u mjesto Kvarte, gdje su ga zajedno razbili, a potom na području Gračaca i tada prodali za iznos od 1.600 kuna.
Glavnom akteru priče sudilo se u odsutnosti, a maloljetnik je posvjedočio kako se u to vrijeme s njim intenzivno družio. Skupljali su sekundarne sirovine koje su potom prodavali osobi po imenu Ivica iz Perušića, ali su ih vozili prodavati i u Gračac kod jedne osobe, te je moguće da su istom prodali i komade bakrenog zvona koje su dovezli u više vreća.
Desetak dana kasnije, 28. svibnja zvono je u komadima spremljenim u platnene vreće, pronađeno kod kupca koji je pak na sudu posvjedočio kako se u inkriminirano vrijeme bavio otkupom sekundarnih sirovina, te da se sjeća da su mu dvije mlađe muške osobe, koje su došle Golfom, ponudile na prodaju razbijeno crkveno zvono, čiji komadi su bili u više vreća.
Kad je vidio o čemu se radi, odmah je obavijestio svećenika u Gračacu, koji mu je rekao da to zvono zadrži ‘ako ikako može‘ i da pozove policiju, što je i učinio.
Opisao je da je zvono bilo brončano, te da se bronca uopće ne smije otkupljivati, ali da je za njhega platio 1.600,00 kuna. Rekao je kako su mu te osobe rekle da je zvono ukradeno u Kosinju.
Zvono je potom u komadima spremljenim u platnene vreće vraćeno svećeniku pravoslavne crkve Nikoli Malobabiću iz Korenice.
Oštećena Srpska pravoslavna crkva u Hrvatskoj, Eparhija Gornjokarlovačka iz Karlovca, u postupku je postavila imovinskopravni zahtjev prema 30-godišnjaku u iznosu od 6.250,00 eura.

Zbog krađe čak 205 kilograma teškog crkvenog zvona sa tornja devastirane pravoslavne crkve Sv. Nikolaja u mjestu Krš u Općini Perušić koje je uz pomoć maloljetnika demontirao, srušio na tlo i razbio, 30-godišnjak iz Gospića dobio je sedam mjeseci zatvora.
Maloljetniku koji mu je pomogao ‘u akciji‘ na Općinskom sudu u Gospiću izrečen je pridržaj maloljetničkog zatvora i odgojna mjera posebne obveze da se uključi u pojedinačni ili skupni psihosocijalni tretman u savjetovalištu za mlade.
Brončano zvono skinuli su s tornja i demontirali u vremenu od 10. do 19. svibnja 2014. u mjestu Krš, s ciljem da se okoriste. Automobilom su ga odvezli u mjesto Kvarte, gdje su ga zajedno razbili, a potom na području Gračaca i tada prodali za iznos od 1.600 kuna.
Glavnom akteru priče sudilo se u odsutnosti, a maloljetnik je posvjedočio kako se u to vrijeme s njim intenzivno družio. Skupljali su sekundarne sirovine koje su potom prodavali osobi po imenu Ivica iz Perušića, ali su ih vozili prodavati i u Gračac kod jedne osobe, te je moguće da su istom prodali i komade bakrenog zvona koje su dovezli u više vreća.
Desetak dana kasnije, 28. svibnja zvono je u komadima spremljenim u platnene vreće, pronađeno kod kupca koji je pak na sudu posvjedočio kako se u inkriminirano vrijeme bavio otkupom sekundarnih sirovina, te da se sjeća da su mu dvije mlađe muške osobe, koje su došle Golfom, ponudile na prodaju razbijeno crkveno zvono, čiji komadi su bili u više vreća.
Kad je vidio o čemu se radi, odmah je obavijestio svećenika u Gračacu, koji mu je rekao da to zvono zadrži ‘ako ikako može‘ i da pozove policiju, što je i učinio.
Opisao je da je zvono bilo brončano, te da se bronca uopće ne smije otkupljivati, ali da je za njhega platio 1.600,00 kuna. Rekao je kako su mu te osobe rekle da je zvono ukradeno u Kosinju.
Zvono je potom u komadima spremljenim u platnene vreće vraćeno svećeniku pravoslavne crkve Nikoli Malobabiću iz Korenice.
Oštećena Srpska pravoslavna crkva u Hrvatskoj, Eparhija Gornjokarlovačka iz Karlovca, u postupku je postavila imovinskopravni zahtjev prema 30-godišnjaku u iznosu od 6.250,00 eura.
