Suđenje Tanji Mesaroš, optuženoj za trovanje svekrve Ane Milas (67) odgođeno je po treći put zbog njenih zdravstvenih problema te će se novo ročište održati krajem studenog na Županijskom sudu u Splitu.

Kako saznajemo, odvjetnik optužene Mesaroš poslao je splitskom sudu zahtjev za odgodom uz koji je priložio liječničke nalaze da je njegova klijentica imala manji zahvat u bolnici te je liječnik preporučio mirovanje do oporavka.

Od 2015. godine suđenje nikako da ide ustaljenim tijekom jer je do sada prekidano i odgađano dva puta zbog rizičnih trudnoća optužene Tanje Mesaroš prvo sa petim pa sa šestim djetetom.

Optužena se tereti za teško ubojstvo za koje se može dobiti do 40 godina zatvora, a koje je počinila kao supruga dr. Ivana Milasa, sina pokojne Ane Milas.

Smrt Ane Milas dogodila se u rujnu 2010. godine da bi nekoliko mjeseci kasnije Tanju Mesaroš prijavio njen tadašnji suprug. Sumnjao je kako mu je supruga otrovala majku te je policiji predao staklenku sa otrovom karbofuranom.

Suđenje Tanji Mesaroš, optuženoj za trovanje svekrve Ane Milas (67) odgođeno je po treći put zbog njenih zdravstvenih problema te će se novo ročište održati krajem studenog na Županijskom sudu u Splitu.

Kako saznajemo, odvjetnik optužene Mesaroš poslao je splitskom sudu zahtjev za odgodom uz koji je priložio liječničke nalaze da je njegova klijentica imala manji zahvat u bolnici te je liječnik preporučio mirovanje do oporavka.

Od 2015. godine suđenje nikako da ide ustaljenim tijekom jer je do sada prekidano i odgađano dva puta zbog rizičnih trudnoća optužene Tanje Mesaroš prvo sa petim pa sa šestim djetetom.

Optužena se tereti za teško ubojstvo za koje se može dobiti do 40 godina zatvora, a koje je počinila kao supruga dr. Ivana Milasa, sina pokojne Ane Milas.

Smrt Ane Milas dogodila se u rujnu 2010. godine da bi nekoliko mjeseci kasnije Tanju Mesaroš prijavio njen tadašnji suprug. Sumnjao je kako mu je supruga otrovala majku te je policiji predao staklenku sa otrovom karbofuranom.
