U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno radi 260 liječnika obiteljske medicine, najveći broj, njih 105, radi u Splitu, no u mnogim malim mjestima poput Zadvarja, Zmijavaca, Brela, Tučepa, Nerežišća, Milne ambulante su prazne, a situacija je najlošija u Zagori i na otocima.

Osim nedovoljnog broja liječnika, problem je i što je njih 97, odnosno 40 posto, starije od 60 godina, po čemu je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija viša od hrvatskog prosjeka od 35 posto obiteljskih liječnika sa 60 i više godina.

Pokrivaju po nekoliko ambulanti

Na nedostatak liječnika obiteljske medicine upozorava obiteljska liječnica i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore Vikica Krolo koja ističe kako su prema javnozdravstvenoj mreži u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji predviđene ordinacije obiteljske medicine po Zagori i otocima u kojima nema tko raditi.

"Split je sa 105 liječnika pokriven, u Sinju imamo 15 liječnika obiteljske medicine, no postoje mjesta koja imaju od jednog do tri liječnika. Primjerice u Dicmu i Hrvacama imamo po jednog liječnika, a u Vrlici i u Dugopolju po dva. Zadvarje, Zmijavci, Brela, Tučepi, Milna i Nerežišće na Braču nemaju liječnika iako je on tamo predviđen", kazala je Krolo za Hinu.

"Ljudi se tu vjerojatno snalaze tako da odu do najbližeg liječnika dok dio tih ambulanti pokrivaju liječnici iz Doma zdravlja koji odlaze raditi na dvije ili tri lokacije. U ta mjesta liječnik dođe svaki drugi ili treći dan u tjednu i na taj način se snalazimo", kaže.

Problem nedostatka liječnika nastao je zbog neraspisivanja specijalizacija za obiteljske liječnike ali situacija nije dobra ni u pedijatriji i ginekologiji.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno su na specijalizaciji iz obiteljske medicine 44 liječnika, što nikako nije dovoljno, a oni su već pribrojeni trenutnom ukupnom broju od 260 obiteljskih liječnika.

Najlošija situacija s pedijatrima

Kad je riječ o ginekolozima u toj je županiji situacija bolja od prosjeka u državi jer ih ima 28. Njih 14 radi u Splitu dok ih je 15 na specijalizaciji. Najveći nedostatak osjeća se na otocima i u Zagori, kaže Krolo.

Situacija s pedijatrima je vrlo loša u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, u toj županiji trenutno ih radi 26 a treba ih biti 32-oje. Pritom ih je 12 starije od 60 godina te su pred mirovinom dok je na specijalizaciji njih 9.

Krolo navodi kako obiteljski liječnik u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji skrbi prosječno o 1500 pacijenata, no u gradovima se broj penje i na 2000 do 2200 pacijenata, dok u manjim sredinama timovi imaju manje od prosječnog broja.

"U posljednjih 20 godina potražnja pacijenata za liječnicima obiteljske medicine se udvostručila pa većina liječnika u gradovima, koji imaju preko 1700 pacijenata, dnevno ima između 100 i 150 kontakata s pacijentima", kaže Krolo.

Kao jedno od kratkoročnih rješenja za nedostatak liječnika obiteljske medicine vidi u zakonskoj promjeni da se radni vijek liječnika produži do 68 godina života, jer bit to pomoglo da se u međuvremenu dođe do većeg broja specijalizacija i onih koji će se htjeti baviti obiteljskom medicinom.

"Rješavanje nedostatka obiteljskih liječnika je i pitanje nacionalnog planiranje specijalizacija, a ne samo pitanje županija a broj liječnika u obiteljskoj medicini je nažalost sve manji jer se specijalizacije nisu raspisivale deset godina", kazala je Krolo.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno radi 260 liječnika obiteljske medicine, najveći broj, njih 105, radi u Splitu, no u mnogim malim mjestima poput Zadvarja, Zmijavaca, Brela, Tučepa, Nerežišća, Milne ambulante su prazne, a situacija je najlošija u Zagori i na otocima.

Osim nedovoljnog broja liječnika, problem je i što je njih 97, odnosno 40 posto, starije od 60 godina, po čemu je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija viša od hrvatskog prosjeka od 35 posto obiteljskih liječnika sa 60 i više godina.

Pokrivaju po nekoliko ambulanti

Na nedostatak liječnika obiteljske medicine upozorava obiteljska liječnica i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore Vikica Krolo koja ističe kako su prema javnozdravstvenoj mreži u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji predviđene ordinacije obiteljske medicine po Zagori i otocima u kojima nema tko raditi.

"Split je sa 105 liječnika pokriven, u Sinju imamo 15 liječnika obiteljske medicine, no postoje mjesta koja imaju od jednog do tri liječnika. Primjerice u Dicmu i Hrvacama imamo po jednog liječnika, a u Vrlici i u Dugopolju po dva. Zadvarje, Zmijavci, Brela, Tučepi, Milna i Nerežišće na Braču nemaju liječnika iako je on tamo predviđen", kazala je Krolo za Hinu.

"Ljudi se tu vjerojatno snalaze tako da odu do najbližeg liječnika dok dio tih ambulanti pokrivaju liječnici iz Doma zdravlja koji odlaze raditi na dvije ili tri lokacije. U ta mjesta liječnik dođe svaki drugi ili treći dan u tjednu i na taj način se snalazimo", kaže.

Problem nedostatka liječnika nastao je zbog neraspisivanja specijalizacija za obiteljske liječnike ali situacija nije dobra ni u pedijatriji i ginekologiji.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno su na specijalizaciji iz obiteljske medicine 44 liječnika, što nikako nije dovoljno, a oni su već pribrojeni trenutnom ukupnom broju od 260 obiteljskih liječnika.

Najlošija situacija s pedijatrima

Kad je riječ o ginekolozima u toj je županiji situacija bolja od prosjeka u državi jer ih ima 28. Njih 14 radi u Splitu dok ih je 15 na specijalizaciji. Najveći nedostatak osjeća se na otocima i u Zagori, kaže Krolo.

Situacija s pedijatrima je vrlo loša u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, u toj županiji trenutno ih radi 26 a treba ih biti 32-oje. Pritom ih je 12 starije od 60 godina te su pred mirovinom dok je na specijalizaciji njih 9.

Krolo navodi kako obiteljski liječnik u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji skrbi prosječno o 1500 pacijenata, no u gradovima se broj penje i na 2000 do 2200 pacijenata, dok u manjim sredinama timovi imaju manje od prosječnog broja.

"U posljednjih 20 godina potražnja pacijenata za liječnicima obiteljske medicine se udvostručila pa većina liječnika u gradovima, koji imaju preko 1700 pacijenata, dnevno ima između 100 i 150 kontakata s pacijentima", kaže Krolo.

Kao jedno od kratkoročnih rješenja za nedostatak liječnika obiteljske medicine vidi u zakonskoj promjeni da se radni vijek liječnika produži do 68 godina života, jer bit to pomoglo da se u međuvremenu dođe do većeg broja specijalizacija i onih koji će se htjeti baviti obiteljskom medicinom.

"Rješavanje nedostatka obiteljskih liječnika je i pitanje nacionalnog planiranje specijalizacija, a ne samo pitanje županija a broj liječnika u obiteljskoj medicini je nažalost sve manji jer se specijalizacije nisu raspisivale deset godina", kazala je Krolo.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno radi 260 liječnika obiteljske medicine, najveći broj, njih 105, radi u Splitu, no u mnogim malim mjestima poput Zadvarja, Zmijavaca, Brela, Tučepa, Nerežišća, Milne ambulante su prazne, a situacija je najlošija u Zagori i na otocima.

Osim nedovoljnog broja liječnika, problem je i što je njih 97, odnosno 40 posto, starije od 60 godina, po čemu je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija viša od hrvatskog prosjeka od 35 posto obiteljskih liječnika sa 60 i više godina.

Pokrivaju po nekoliko ambulanti

Na nedostatak liječnika obiteljske medicine upozorava obiteljska liječnica i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore Vikica Krolo koja ističe kako su prema javnozdravstvenoj mreži u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji predviđene ordinacije obiteljske medicine po Zagori i otocima u kojima nema tko raditi.

"Split je sa 105 liječnika pokriven, u Sinju imamo 15 liječnika obiteljske medicine, no postoje mjesta koja imaju od jednog do tri liječnika. Primjerice u Dicmu i Hrvacama imamo po jednog liječnika, a u Vrlici i u Dugopolju po dva. Zadvarje, Zmijavci, Brela, Tučepi, Milna i Nerežišće na Braču nemaju liječnika iako je on tamo predviđen", kazala je Krolo za Hinu.

"Ljudi se tu vjerojatno snalaze tako da odu do najbližeg liječnika dok dio tih ambulanti pokrivaju liječnici iz Doma zdravlja koji odlaze raditi na dvije ili tri lokacije. U ta mjesta liječnik dođe svaki drugi ili treći dan u tjednu i na taj način se snalazimo", kaže.

Problem nedostatka liječnika nastao je zbog neraspisivanja specijalizacija za obiteljske liječnike ali situacija nije dobra ni u pedijatriji i ginekologiji.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji trenutno su na specijalizaciji iz obiteljske medicine 44 liječnika, što nikako nije dovoljno, a oni su već pribrojeni trenutnom ukupnom broju od 260 obiteljskih liječnika.
