Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije, Službe kriminalističke policije, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 41-godišnjom hrvatskom državljankom, koju je sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv gospodarstva.

Sumnjiči se da je kao odgovorna osoba društva s sjedištem na zadarskom području od veljače 2021. do veljače 2023.godine, neosnovanim novčanim isplatama oštetila trgovačko društvo.

Naime, sumnja se kako je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe kojoj su povjereni poslovi obračuna, sa računa društva po osnovi redovnih osobnih dohodaka kao i po osnovi drugih novčanih naknada u proteklom razdoblju na svoje bankovne račune isplatila novčane iznose koji joj ne pripadaju, čime je stekla nepripadnu imovinsku korist.

Pričinjena ukupna materijalna šteta navedenom trgovačkom društvu se procjenjuje na iznos od preko 18 tisuća eura.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije, Službe kriminalističke policije, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 41-godišnjom hrvatskom državljankom, koju je sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv gospodarstva.

Sumnjiči se da je kao odgovorna osoba društva s sjedištem na zadarskom području od veljače 2021. do veljače 2023.godine, neosnovanim novčanim isplatama oštetila trgovačko društvo.

Naime, sumnja se kako je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe kojoj su povjereni poslovi obračuna, sa računa društva po osnovi redovnih osobnih dohodaka kao i po osnovi drugih novčanih naknada u proteklom razdoblju na svoje bankovne račune isplatila novčane iznose koji joj ne pripadaju, čime je stekla nepripadnu imovinsku korist.

Pričinjena ukupna materijalna šteta navedenom trgovačkom društvu se procjenjuje na iznos od preko 18 tisuća eura.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije, Službe kriminalističke policije, dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 41-godišnjom hrvatskom državljankom, koju je sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv gospodarstva.

Sumnjiči se da je kao odgovorna osoba društva s sjedištem na zadarskom području od veljače 2021. do veljače 2023.godine, neosnovanim novčanim isplatama oštetila trgovačko društvo.

Naime, sumnja se kako je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe kojoj su povjereni poslovi obračuna, sa računa društva po osnovi redovnih osobnih dohodaka kao i po osnovi drugih novčanih naknada u proteklom razdoblju na svoje bankovne račune isplatila novčane iznose koji joj ne pripadaju, čime je stekla nepripadnu imovinsku korist.

Pričinjena ukupna materijalna šteta navedenom trgovačkom društvu se procjenjuje na iznos od preko 18 tisuća eura.
