Debata se nastavila zanimljivim pitanjem, trebaju li gradski pročelnici biti stranački ljudi?

- Ne bježim od stranačke niti nestranačke kadrovske strukture pročelnika. Bitna je stručnost, ako netko radi, nema veze je li u stranci ili nije, a bilo je i promjena ako netko nije bio na razini. Ali ne treba niti bježati da živimo stranačku demokraciju. Sad će doći pitanje inkubatora, tko će tamo raditi, ja ne znam. U Kneževoj i Providurovoj palači koju obnavljamo, tko će tu raditi? Pregovaramo s Ministarstvom kulture da Zadar mora imati svoj Gradski muzej, kompleks Muzeja dvije palače. Vjerujem da u Zadru ima dovoljno kulturnih djelatnika koji mogu to voditi... - kazao je Dukić.

- Postoji bitna razlika između politike i struke u Zadru. Vi birate isključivo po političkim kriterijima, a pozivate se na struku i smatrate da je bavljenje politikom struka. Ne, kreiranje zdravstvenih politika nije zdravstvo nego politika, također i prosvjetnih politika, to je politički rad. Koliko je moguće da netko od Zadrana koji nije stranački član dođe na radno mjesto, dolazi do izražaja koliko gospodin Branko Dukić nakon moje prve rečenice odmah meni oduzima riječ. Tako oduzima i radno mjesto Zadranima bez stranačke iskaznice. Zadru treba demokracija, otvorenost i nepredvidivost. Da ne znamo tko će se javiti na natječaj i upravljati institucijom, ali da znamo što će se s tom osobom dogoditi ako dobro radi, da će napredovati, a ako loše radi da će otići – istaknuo je Vučetić.

Dukić je uzvratio da nije koristio stranačku pripadnost za svoj napredak, ušao je u politiku tek 2006. godine.

- Ako nastavimo ovako, kod nas neće biti ljudi koji se žele baviti politikom. Želim da se svi mladi uspješni jave u politiku, da kreiraju život grada i tek onda ćemo napredovati – rekao je Dukić.

Zašto se moraju javiti u politiku da bi kreirali? - pitan je.

- Pa zato što volim da se svi uspješni ljudi bave politikom, ako se ti ne baviš politikom, politika će se baviti s tobom. Živim u gradu dobrih ljudi, ovo su komunalni izbori.

- Branko, kao sugrađanin bih te zamolio da dođeš jednom na moje predavanje iz filozofije politike. Želim grad u kojemu građanima neće uopće biti važno tko je gradonačelnik niti to moraju znati.

- Doći ću ti jednom na predavanje.

- Ja kod tebe ne smijem.

- Ako ćeš ti biti gradonačelnik, zanima me kako ćeš voditi grad i s kim? Rekao si da ćeš sve ljude otpustiti.

- Rekao sam upravljački kadar. Ali što to znači, je li to stranačka vojska koja odlazi s tobom i napušta Zadar? Odajete se riječima...

Debata se nastavila zanimljivim pitanjem, trebaju li gradski pročelnici biti stranački ljudi?

- Ne bježim od stranačke niti nestranačke kadrovske strukture pročelnika. Bitna je stručnost, ako netko radi, nema veze je li u stranci ili nije, a bilo je i promjena ako netko nije bio na razini. Ali ne treba niti bježati da živimo stranačku demokraciju. Sad će doći pitanje inkubatora, tko će tamo raditi, ja ne znam. U Kneževoj i Providurovoj palači koju obnavljamo, tko će tu raditi? Pregovaramo s Ministarstvom kulture da Zadar mora imati svoj Gradski muzej, kompleks Muzeja dvije palače. Vjerujem da u Zadru ima dovoljno kulturnih djelatnika koji mogu to voditi... - kazao je Dukić.

- Postoji bitna razlika između politike i struke u Zadru. Vi birate isključivo po političkim kriterijima, a pozivate se na struku i smatrate da je bavljenje politikom struka. Ne, kreiranje zdravstvenih politika nije zdravstvo nego politika, također i prosvjetnih politika, to je politički rad. Koliko je moguće da netko od Zadrana koji nije stranački član dođe na radno mjesto, dolazi do izražaja koliko gospodin Branko Dukić nakon moje prve rečenice odmah meni oduzima riječ. Tako oduzima i radno mjesto Zadranima bez stranačke iskaznice. Zadru treba demokracija, otvorenost i nepredvidivost. Da ne znamo tko će se javiti na natječaj i upravljati institucijom, ali da znamo što će se s tom osobom dogoditi ako dobro radi, da će napredovati, a ako loše radi da će otići – istaknuo je Vučetić.

Dukić je uzvratio da nije koristio stranačku pripadnost za svoj napredak, ušao je u politiku tek 2006. godine.

- Ako nastavimo ovako, kod nas neće biti ljudi koji se žele baviti politikom. Želim da se svi mladi uspješni jave u politiku, da kreiraju život grada i tek onda ćemo napredovati – rekao je Dukić.

- Pa zato što volim da se svi uspješni ljudi bave politikom, ako se ti ne baviš politikom, politika će se baviti s tobom. Živim u gradu dobrih ljudi, ovo su komunalni izbori.

- Branko, kao sugrađanin bih te zamolio da dođeš jednom na moje predavanje iz filozofije politike. Želim grad u kojemu građanima neće uopće biti važno tko je gradonačelnik niti to moraju znati.

- Doći ću ti jednom na predavanje.

Debata se nastavila zanimljivim pitanjem, trebaju li gradski pročelnici biti stranački ljudi?

- Ne bježim od stranačke niti nestranačke kadrovske strukture pročelnika. Bitna je stručnost, ako netko radi, nema veze je li u stranci ili nije, a bilo je i promjena ako netko nije bio na razini. Ali ne treba niti bježati da živimo stranačku demokraciju. Sad će doći pitanje inkubatora, tko će tamo raditi, ja ne znam. U Kneževoj i Providurovoj palači koju obnavljamo, tko će tu raditi? Pregovaramo s Ministarstvom kulture da Zadar mora imati svoj Gradski muzej, kompleks Muzeja dvije palače. Vjerujem da u Zadru ima dovoljno kulturnih djelatnika koji mogu to voditi... - kazao je Dukić.

- Postoji bitna razlika između politike i struke u Zadru. Vi birate isključivo po političkim kriterijima, a pozivate se na struku i smatrate da je bavljenje politikom struka. Ne, kreiranje zdravstvenih politika nije zdravstvo nego politika, također i prosvjetnih politika, to je politički rad. Koliko je moguće da netko od Zadrana koji nije stranački član dođe na radno mjesto, dolazi do izražaja koliko gospodin Branko Dukić nakon moje prve rečenice odmah meni oduzima riječ. Tako oduzima i radno mjesto Zadranima bez stranačke iskaznice. Zadru treba demokracija, otvorenost i nepredvidivost. Da ne znamo tko će se javiti na natječaj i upravljati institucijom, ali da znamo što će se s tom osobom dogoditi ako dobro radi, da će napredovati, a ako loše radi da će otići – istaknuo je Vučetić.

Dukić je uzvratio da nije koristio stranačku pripadnost za svoj napredak, ušao je u politiku tek 2006. godine.

- Ako nastavimo ovako, kod nas neće biti ljudi koji se žele baviti politikom. Želim da se svi mladi uspješni jave u politiku, da kreiraju život grada i tek onda ćemo napredovati – rekao je Dukić.
