Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv trojice državljanina Republike Hrvatske u dobi od 56, 44 i 54 godine za gospodarski kriminal težak više od 130 tisuća eura.

Sva trojica terete se zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, a 54-godišnjak i za kaznenog djelo povrede obveze vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga. 

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su zajednički i dogovorno, od 18. srpnja 2018. do 5. listopada 2021. u Zadru, postupili s ciljem pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi, objavio je ŽDO.

"Prvookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu jednog trgovačkog društva, drugookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu istog trgovačkog društva te trećeokrivljenika kao osobu kojoj je stvarno povjereno obavljanje poslova tog trgovačkog društva koristeći svoje ovlasti raspolaganja sredstvima trgovačkog društva, tereti se da su omogućili i odobrili trećeokrivljeniku; koji je bio ovlaštenik za raspolaganje sredstvima po računu trgovačkog društva, da bez pravnog osnova sa žiro računa društva, u više navrata, podigne novac u ukupnom iznosu od 130.547,47 eura pravdajući ga kao pozajmice društva. Od ukupno podignutog iznosa vratio je društvu iznos od 11.799,05 eura, dok je prvookrivljenik podigao na ime pozajmice iznos od 10.432,01 eura koji nije vratio oštećenom društvu.

Prvookrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način sebi pribavio iznos od 10.432,01 eura na štetu društva, a trećeokrivljenik je za sebe pribavio iznos od 118.710,42 eura, dok se drugookrivljenika tereti da za to vrijeme nije vodio poslovne knjige kojima bi točno prikazivao sve podatke o poslovanju društva."

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv trojice državljanina Republike Hrvatske u dobi od 56, 44 i 54 godine za gospodarski kriminal težak više od 130 tisuća eura.

Sva trojica terete se zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, a 54-godišnjak i za kaznenog djelo povrede obveze vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga. 

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su zajednički i dogovorno, od 18. srpnja 2018. do 5. listopada 2021. u Zadru, postupili s ciljem pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi, objavio je ŽDO.

"Prvookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu jednog trgovačkog društva, drugookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu istog trgovačkog društva te trećeokrivljenika kao osobu kojoj je stvarno povjereno obavljanje poslova tog trgovačkog društva koristeći svoje ovlasti raspolaganja sredstvima trgovačkog društva, tereti se da su omogućili i odobrili trećeokrivljeniku; koji je bio ovlaštenik za raspolaganje sredstvima po računu trgovačkog društva, da bez pravnog osnova sa žiro računa društva, u više navrata, podigne novac u ukupnom iznosu od 130.547,47 eura pravdajući ga kao pozajmice društva. Od ukupno podignutog iznosa vratio je društvu iznos od 11.799,05 eura, dok je prvookrivljenik podigao na ime pozajmice iznos od 10.432,01 eura koji nije vratio oštećenom društvu.

Prvookrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način sebi pribavio iznos od 10.432,01 eura na štetu društva, a trećeokrivljenik je za sebe pribavio iznos od 118.710,42 eura, dok se drugookrivljenika tereti da za to vrijeme nije vodio poslovne knjige kojima bi točno prikazivao sve podatke o poslovanju društva."

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv trojice državljanina Republike Hrvatske u dobi od 56, 44 i 54 godine za gospodarski kriminal težak više od 130 tisuća eura.

Sva trojica terete se zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, a 54-godišnjak i za kaznenog djelo povrede obveze vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga. 

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su zajednički i dogovorno, od 18. srpnja 2018. do 5. listopada 2021. u Zadru, postupili s ciljem pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi, objavio je ŽDO.

"Prvookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu jednog trgovačkog društva, drugookrivljenog člana uprave i odgovornu osobu istog trgovačkog društva te trećeokrivljenika kao osobu kojoj je stvarno povjereno obavljanje poslova tog trgovačkog društva koristeći svoje ovlasti raspolaganja sredstvima trgovačkog društva, tereti se da su omogućili i odobrili trećeokrivljeniku; koji je bio ovlaštenik za raspolaganje sredstvima po računu trgovačkog društva, da bez pravnog osnova sa žiro računa društva, u više navrata, podigne novac u ukupnom iznosu od 130.547,47 eura pravdajući ga kao pozajmice društva. Od ukupno podignutog iznosa vratio je društvu iznos od 11.799,05 eura, dok je prvookrivljenik podigao na ime pozajmice iznos od 10.432,01 eura koji nije vratio oštećenom društvu.

Prvookrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način sebi pribavio iznos od 10.432,01 eura na štetu društva, a trećeokrivljenik je za sebe pribavio iznos od 118.710,42 eura, dok se drugookrivljenika tereti da za to vrijeme nije vodio poslovne knjige kojima bi točno prikazivao sve podatke o poslovanju društva."
