U Hrvatskoj se godišnje propiše oko 80 milijuna recepata za lijekove, s druge strane, polovina tih lijekova propadne. Razlozi, odustajanje od terapije, smrtni slučajevi i nepreuzimanje lijekova u ljekarnama.

- Hrvatska je, vjerujem kao i sve druge zapadne zemlje, otprilike negdje na 50 posto da pacijenti ne uzimaju terapiju ili je ne uzimaju kako treba. Istraživanje koje smo mi radili je da smo platili zbrinjavanje lijekova šest milijuna kuna, budući da su to lijekovi u kilaži, njihova vrijednost ne može se ni procijeniti, to su ogromni iznosi, ja imam iskustvo da mi je jedan pacijent vratio vrijednost 110 tisuća kuna lijekova, rekla je Ana Soldo predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore za HRT.

- Pacijenti svakodnevno zapravo vraćaju stare lijekove, uglavnom su to lijekovi kojima je istekao rok valjanosti, koji nisu potrošeni unutar roka, ali ponekad su to i lijekovi koji još vrijede i često su to zapravo i neotvorene kutijice lijekova, kazala je magistra farmacije Emilija Horvat.

Da se to spriječi, ljekarnici će educirati i kontrolirati pacijente, a sve će to putem nadogradnje CEZIH-a vidjeti i njihovi liječnici.

- To je jedan važni iskorak gdje mi sada neformalnim načinima WhatsAppom, telefonom ili osobno razgovaramo s liječnikom o nekom pacijentu koji ne uzima svoju terapiju i vidimo da je bolest izvan kontrole, nego sad imamo jednostavno sustav da ubrzamo tu komunikaciju. Zato je taj novi sustav jako vrijedan jer će ponuditi informacije pacijentima u pisanom obliku i liječnicima obiteljske medicine. Zapravo se pokazalo, kad čovjek razumije lijek, razumije bolest, da je puno više motiviran da uzima svoju terapiju, ustvrdila je Soldo.

Jer to za njega znači bolje zdravlje, a za sustav praćenje ishoda liječenja i uštede.

- U ljekarni bi se uvelo do 15-ak stručnih protokola, dakle - načina ophođenja upravo s tim ciljanim skupinama pacijenata, kroničnih starije dobi koji često odlaze u ljekarnu. Cijeli projekt stoji 570 tisuća eura s PDV-om otprilike i do kraja 2025. se nadamo da će projekt kao takav završiti, rekao je za HRT Hrvoje Belani, načelnik Sektora za implementaciju i unaprjeđenje informacijskih sustava u Upravi za e-zdravstvo Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Važno je to za pacijente, ali i sustav u kojemu se samo za lijekove na recept godišnje potroši milijardu i 260 milijuna eura.

Glavni savjetnik za promet lijekovima i farmakoekonomiku u HALMED-u Pero Draganić rekao je za središnji Dnevnik kako je ideja o uvođenju sustava kontrole dobra, ali i da je potrebno vidjeti kako će se realizirati.

Uslijed rasta potrošnje lijekova, nameće se pitanje jesmo li predozirana nacija. Draganić je ustvrdio kako to nije slučaj.

- Ne bih rekao da smo predozirana nacija. Mi možda više trošimo na lijekove u odnosu na razvijenije zemlje, ali u apsolutnim brojevima, oni troše više nego mi, rekao je.

Bitno je, kako je napomenuo da "lijekovi koji se propisuju - koriste na način na koji su propisani".

Dotaknuo se i podatka da se 50 posto lijekova baci.

- Različite analize i studije govore između 20 i 30 te 60 i 70 posto. Podaci su vrlo heterogeni, no uzeli smo neku srednju brojku, ali to ne znači da se od dvije kutije - jedna baci, pojasnio je.

U Hrvatskoj se najviše troši na lijekove za hipertenziju.

- Kao i svugdje u svijetu, slična je potrošnja po terapijskim skupinama. Najviše se troši na hipertenziju. Na te se lijekove najviše troši, poslije toga slijede lijekovi za snižavanje masnoće u krvi, pa lijekovi protiv šećerne bolesti i za probavni sustav, rekao je.

- Što se tiče potrošnje u novcu, tu dominiraju lijekovi za terapiju malignih bolesti. Ti lijekovi su sve skuplji i skuplji, poručio je.

U Hrvatskoj se godišnje propiše oko 80 milijuna recepata za lijekove, s druge strane, polovina tih lijekova propadne. Razlozi, odustajanje od terapije, smrtni slučajevi i nepreuzimanje lijekova u ljekarnama.

- Hrvatska je, vjerujem kao i sve druge zapadne zemlje, otprilike negdje na 50 posto da pacijenti ne uzimaju terapiju ili je ne uzimaju kako treba. Istraživanje koje smo mi radili je da smo platili zbrinjavanje lijekova šest milijuna kuna, budući da su to lijekovi u kilaži, njihova vrijednost ne može se ni procijeniti, to su ogromni iznosi, ja imam iskustvo da mi je jedan pacijent vratio vrijednost 110 tisuća kuna lijekova, rekla je Ana Soldo predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore za HRT.

Spremnici s farmaceutskim otpadom u ljekarnama puni.

- Pacijenti svakodnevno zapravo vraćaju stare lijekove, uglavnom su to lijekovi kojima je istekao rok valjanosti, koji nisu potrošeni unutar roka, ali ponekad su to i lijekovi koji još vrijede i često su to zapravo i neotvorene kutijice lijekova, kazala je magistra farmacije Emilija Horvat.

Da se to spriječi, ljekarnici će educirati i kontrolirati pacijente, a sve će to putem nadogradnje CEZIH-a vidjeti i njihovi liječnici.

- To je jedan važni iskorak gdje mi sada neformalnim načinima WhatsAppom, telefonom ili osobno razgovaramo s liječnikom o nekom pacijentu koji ne uzima svoju terapiju i vidimo da je bolest izvan kontrole, nego sad imamo jednostavno sustav da ubrzamo tu komunikaciju. Zato je taj novi sustav jako vrijedan jer će ponuditi informacije pacijentima u pisanom obliku i liječnicima obiteljske medicine. Zapravo se pokazalo, kad čovjek razumije lijek, razumije bolest, da je puno više motiviran da uzima svoju terapiju, ustvrdila je Soldo.

Jer to za njega znači bolje zdravlje, a za sustav praćenje ishoda liječenja i uštede.

- U ljekarni bi se uvelo do 15-ak stručnih protokola, dakle - načina ophođenja upravo s tim ciljanim skupinama pacijenata, kroničnih starije dobi koji često odlaze u ljekarnu. Cijeli projekt stoji 570 tisuća eura s PDV-om otprilike i do kraja 2025. se nadamo da će projekt kao takav završiti, rekao je za HRT Hrvoje Belani, načelnik Sektora za implementaciju i unaprjeđenje informacijskih sustava u Upravi za e-zdravstvo Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Važno je to za pacijente, ali i sustav u kojemu se samo za lijekove na recept godišnje potroši milijardu i 260 milijuna eura.

Glavni savjetnik za promet lijekovima i farmakoekonomiku u HALMED-u Pero Draganić rekao je za središnji Dnevnik kako je ideja o uvođenju sustava kontrole dobra, ali i da je potrebno vidjeti kako će se realizirati.

Uslijed rasta potrošnje lijekova, nameće se pitanje jesmo li predozirana nacija. Draganić je ustvrdio kako to nije slučaj.

- Ne bih rekao da smo predozirana nacija. Mi možda više trošimo na lijekove u odnosu na razvijenije zemlje, ali u apsolutnim brojevima, oni troše više nego mi, rekao je.

Bitno je, kako je napomenuo da "lijekovi koji se propisuju - koriste na način na koji su propisani".

Dotaknuo se i podatka da se 50 posto lijekova baci.

- Različite analize i studije govore između 20 i 30 te 60 i 70 posto. Podaci su vrlo heterogeni, no uzeli smo neku srednju brojku, ali to ne znači da se od dvije kutije - jedna baci, pojasnio je.

U Hrvatskoj se najviše troši na lijekove za hipertenziju.

- Kao i svugdje u svijetu, slična je potrošnja po terapijskim skupinama. Najviše se troši na hipertenziju. Na te se lijekove najviše troši, poslije toga slijede lijekovi za snižavanje masnoće u krvi, pa lijekovi protiv šećerne bolesti i za probavni sustav, rekao je.

- Što se tiče potrošnje u novcu, tu dominiraju lijekovi za terapiju malignih bolesti. Ti lijekovi su sve skuplji i skuplji, poručio je.
