Saborski zastupnik stranke Možemo Damir Bakić izjavio u ponedjeljak kako je došlo vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine pod uvjetom da bude socijalno pravedan, s obzirom da rast cijena nekretnina u cijeloj zemlji mnogima onemogućuje priuštivo stanovanje.

"Sazrelo je vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine, socijalno osjetljivog poreza koji će respektirati činjenicu da mnogi sugrađani imaju jednu jedinu nekretninu, onu koja im služi za stanovanje, a s druge strane takav porez treba obuhvatiti sve one koji se bave nekretninskim biznisom", rekao je Bakić na konferenciji za novinare.

Porez na nekretnine trebao bi zamijeniti komunalnu naknadu, ali do toga neće doći, ne samo zato što je Vlada u zadnjoj godini mandata, već i zato što nema političku volju za krupne porezne promjene. 

"Oporezivanje kapitala i imovine na vrlo je niskim granama, taj je udio u poreznim prihodima, izražen u postocima, među najmanjim u Europi, što dodatno perpetuira spiralu eksplozivnog rasta cijena nekretnina, a ciljeve poput priuštivog stanovanja čini još udaljenijim", ocijenio je saborski zastupnik.

Što se tiče prijedloga izmjena Zakona o porezu na dohodak, koji će gradovima oduzeti prihode od prireza te im omogućiti da ih nadoknade podizanjem stopa poreza na dohodak, Bakić kao najveću zamjerku ističe što gradovima nije omogućeno da gubitak kompenziraju podizanjem poreza na kapital i imovinu.

"Zagreb je od poreza na dohodak od kapitala i imovine u 2022.godini ukupno uprihodio približno milijardu kuna. Samo po toj osnovi Grad će ostati bez 15 posto na godišnjoj razini, što je oko 20 milijuna eura", rekao je.

Koordinatorica stranke Sandra Benčić upozorava da su porezna presija i plaćanje doprinosa na leđima radnika koji žive od samostalnog i nesamostalnog rada, zbog čega je porezni sustav u Hrvatskoj nepravedan.

"Porez na dividendu je 10 posto. Neki direktor koji si isplaćuje minimalnu direktorsku plaću platit će minimalno poreza i doprinosa, ali će si isplatiti na kraju godine dobit, odnosno dividendu, na što će dati 10 posto poreza, a ostalo ide njemu. Pri tome će za doprinose platiti manje nego učitelj ili učiteljica, to nije pravedno", kaže Benčić.

Za ministra financija Marka Primorca rekla je kako "pristaje na ucjene premijera Plenkovića, koji ne želi dozvoliti nikakve strukturne promjene". Pritom je podsjetila da je Primorac prije dolaska u Banske dvore, kao autor analize za Svjetsku banku, pisao da je "prirez važan element fiskalne autonomije lokalne samouprave u zemlji koja nema porez na nekretnine".

Saborski zastupnik stranke Možemo Damir Bakić izjavio u ponedjeljak kako je došlo vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine pod uvjetom da bude socijalno pravedan, s obzirom da rast cijena nekretnina u cijeloj zemlji mnogima onemogućuje priuštivo stanovanje.

"Sazrelo je vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine, socijalno osjetljivog poreza koji će respektirati činjenicu da mnogi sugrađani imaju jednu jedinu nekretninu, onu koja im služi za stanovanje, a s druge strane takav porez treba obuhvatiti sve one koji se bave nekretninskim biznisom", rekao je Bakić na konferenciji za novinare.

Porez na nekretnine trebao bi zamijeniti komunalnu naknadu, ali do toga neće doći, ne samo zato što je Vlada u zadnjoj godini mandata, već i zato što nema političku volju za krupne porezne promjene. 

"Oporezivanje kapitala i imovine na vrlo je niskim granama, taj je udio u poreznim prihodima, izražen u postocima, među najmanjim u Europi, što dodatno perpetuira spiralu eksplozivnog rasta cijena nekretnina, a ciljeve poput priuštivog stanovanja čini još udaljenijim", ocijenio je saborski zastupnik.

Što se tiče prijedloga izmjena Zakona o porezu na dohodak, koji će gradovima oduzeti prihode od prireza te im omogućiti da ih nadoknade podizanjem stopa poreza na dohodak, Bakić kao najveću zamjerku ističe što gradovima nije omogućeno da gubitak kompenziraju podizanjem poreza na kapital i imovinu.

"Zagreb je od poreza na dohodak od kapitala i imovine u 2022.godini ukupno uprihodio približno milijardu kuna. Samo po toj osnovi Grad će ostati bez 15 posto na godišnjoj razini, što je oko 20 milijuna eura", rekao je.

Koordinatorica stranke Sandra Benčić upozorava da su porezna presija i plaćanje doprinosa na leđima radnika koji žive od samostalnog i nesamostalnog rada, zbog čega je porezni sustav u Hrvatskoj nepravedan.

"Porez na dividendu je 10 posto. Neki direktor koji si isplaćuje minimalnu direktorsku plaću platit će minimalno poreza i doprinosa, ali će si isplatiti na kraju godine dobit, odnosno dividendu, na što će dati 10 posto poreza, a ostalo ide njemu. Pri tome će za doprinose platiti manje nego učitelj ili učiteljica, to nije pravedno", kaže Benčić.

Saborski zastupnik stranke Možemo Damir Bakić izjavio u ponedjeljak kako je došlo vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine pod uvjetom da bude socijalno pravedan, s obzirom da rast cijena nekretnina u cijeloj zemlji mnogima onemogućuje priuštivo stanovanje.

"Sazrelo je vrijeme da se ozbiljno razmisli o uvođenju poreza na nekretnine, socijalno osjetljivog poreza koji će respektirati činjenicu da mnogi sugrađani imaju jednu jedinu nekretninu, onu koja im služi za stanovanje, a s druge strane takav porez treba obuhvatiti sve one koji se bave nekretninskim biznisom", rekao je Bakić na konferenciji za novinare.

Porez na nekretnine trebao bi zamijeniti komunalnu naknadu, ali do toga neće doći, ne samo zato što je Vlada u zadnjoj godini mandata, već i zato što nema političku volju za krupne porezne promjene. 

"Oporezivanje kapitala i imovine na vrlo je niskim granama, taj je udio u poreznim prihodima, izražen u postocima, među najmanjim u Europi, što dodatno perpetuira spiralu eksplozivnog rasta cijena nekretnina, a ciljeve poput priuštivog stanovanja čini još udaljenijim", ocijenio je saborski zastupnik.

Što se tiče prijedloga izmjena Zakona o porezu na dohodak, koji će gradovima oduzeti prihode od prireza te im omogućiti da ih nadoknade podizanjem stopa poreza na dohodak, Bakić kao najveću zamjerku ističe što gradovima nije omogućeno da gubitak kompenziraju podizanjem poreza na kapital i imovinu.

"Zagreb je od poreza na dohodak od kapitala i imovine u 2022.godini ukupno uprihodio približno milijardu kuna. Samo po toj osnovi Grad će ostati bez 15 posto na godišnjoj razini, što je oko 20 milijuna eura", rekao je.

Koordinatorica stranke Sandra Benčić upozorava da su porezna presija i plaćanje doprinosa na leđima radnika koji žive od samostalnog i nesamostalnog rada, zbog čega je porezni sustav u Hrvatskoj nepravedan.

"Porez na dividendu je 10 posto. Neki direktor koji si isplaćuje minimalnu direktorsku plaću platit će minimalno poreza i doprinosa, ali će si isplatiti na kraju godine dobit, odnosno dividendu, na što će dati 10 posto poreza, a ostalo ide njemu. Pri tome će za doprinose platiti manje nego učitelj ili učiteljica, to nije pravedno", kaže Benčić.
