Predsjednik HDZ-a BiH Dragan Čović bio je gost na današnjoj posebnoj sjednici Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske. Čović je u svom obraćanju, između ostalog, govorio o detaljima prošlotjednih sastanaka u Neumu, gdje se pregovaralo o izmjenama Izbornog zakona BiH, prenosi portal klix.ba.
"Kada sam dobio ovaj poziv, prokomentirao sam ga s jednim dijelom ljudi koji predstavljaju hrvatski narod u Republici Srpskoj. Bilo je puno onih koji su me molili da dođem ovdje da govorim u ime malobrojnih Hrvata u Republici Srpskoj", kazao je Čović.
U nastavku je rekao da je sugerirao Izetbegoviću da iskoristi poziv koji mu je upućen i da i on dođe u Narodnu skupštinu RS da iznese svoj stav.
"Nema boljeg mjesta za to od institucija unutar Bosne i Hercegovine. Ključna stvar je aktualni politički trenutak. Posljednjih pet-šest dana se samo govori o izbornom zakonu. Istovremeno, u BiH ne funkcionira ni zakonodavna, ni izvršna, ni pravosudna vlast. BiH odavno nije pravna država!", dodao je Čović.
Dodao je kako "danas imamo jedno izuzetno bremenito stanje u BiH".
"Nemamo drugog načina nego doći i imati ovakve razgovore. Bez obzira na drugačiju percepciju koju bi netko mogao imati o vama. Vezano za razgovore o izmjenama izbornog zakona, zahvaljujem vam se jer ste dali šansu da se unutar Federacije riješi problem. To je džentlmenski, ali i mudro iz razloga što ste izbjegli bilo kakvu odgovornost jer ste znali da se ništa ne možemo dogovoriti", naglasio je lider HDZ-a.
Potom je Čović ispričao o čemu je bilo govora na pregovorima o izmjeni Izbornog zakona u Neumu.
"Došli smo mi do Daytona 2, samo vi to ne vidite. Ideja o brisanju etničkog predznaka tobože se odnosila na Hrvate, a vjerujte, najmanje se odnosi na Hrvate. Zato je u Neumu sve propalo. Definicija koju nam je Venecijanska komisija protumačila govori o članku 4, gdje se npr. govori o hrvatskim predstavnicima, da je on predstavnik hrvatskog naroda i svih drugih građana. Osnovno načelo je bilo izbrisati etničke odrednice", rekao je Čović.
Čović je dodao da je vrlo snažno u igru uveden još jedan narod. To su Ostali.
"Pa smo tamo raspravljali treba li se pisati velikim ili malim slovom. Tražili su da se uvede još jedan član Predsjedništva BiH. Svi pregovori išli su u smjeru da Federacija, kao RS, treba biti građanska država brojnijeg naroda. Zato je bio, neću reći fijasko, ali je propalo", poručio je Čović.
Na kraju se još jednom zahvalio, poručivši srpskom narodu u BiH da se nada da ih nikad neće zadesiti ista sudbina kakva je zadesila Hrvate.
"Čuvajte Republiku Srpsku! Toliko ste emocija iznijeli ovdje da vam svi mogu zavidjeti. Molim vas, ostavite dovoljno otvorena vrata za druga dva konstitutivna naroda. RS ćete najbolje zaštititi braneći je u institucijama BiH. Da budete zbijeni kao jedno. Političkog pluralizma unutar predstavnika jednog naroda mora biti", zaključio je Čović, prenosi klix.ba

Predsjednik HDZ-a BiH Dragan Čović bio je gost na današnjoj posebnoj sjednici Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske. Čović je u svom obraćanju, između ostalog, govorio o detaljima prošlotjednih sastanaka u Neumu, gdje se pregovaralo o izmjenama Izbornog zakona BiH, prenosi portal klix.ba.
"Kada sam dobio ovaj poziv, prokomentirao sam ga s jednim dijelom ljudi koji predstavljaju hrvatski narod u Republici Srpskoj. Bilo je puno onih koji su me molili da dođem ovdje da govorim u ime malobrojnih Hrvata u Republici Srpskoj", kazao je Čović.
U nastavku je rekao da je sugerirao Izetbegoviću da iskoristi poziv koji mu je upućen i da i on dođe u Narodnu skupštinu RS da iznese svoj stav.
"Nema boljeg mjesta za to od institucija unutar Bosne i Hercegovine. Ključna stvar je aktualni politički trenutak. Posljednjih pet-šest dana se samo govori o izbornom zakonu. Istovremeno, u BiH ne funkcionira ni zakonodavna, ni izvršna, ni pravosudna vlast. BiH odavno nije pravna država!", dodao je Čović.
Dodao je kako "danas imamo jedno izuzetno bremenito stanje u BiH".
"Nemamo drugog načina nego doći i imati ovakve razgovore. Bez obzira na drugačiju percepciju koju bi netko mogao imati o vama. Vezano za razgovore o izmjenama izbornog zakona, zahvaljujem vam se jer ste dali šansu da se unutar Federacije riješi problem. To je džentlmenski, ali i mudro iz razloga što ste izbjegli bilo kakvu odgovornost jer ste znali da se ništa ne možemo dogovoriti", naglasio je lider HDZ-a.
Potom je Čović ispričao o čemu je bilo govora na pregovorima o izmjeni Izbornog zakona u Neumu.
"Došli smo mi do Daytona 2, samo vi to ne vidite. Ideja o brisanju etničkog predznaka tobože se odnosila na Hrvate, a vjerujte, najmanje se odnosi na Hrvate. Zato je u Neumu sve propalo. Definicija koju nam je Venecijanska komisija protumačila govori o članku 4, gdje se npr. govori o hrvatskim predstavnicima, da je on predstavnik hrvatskog naroda i svih drugih građana. Osnovno načelo je bilo izbrisati etničke odrednice", rekao je Čović.
Čović je dodao da je vrlo snažno u igru uveden još jedan narod. To su Ostali.
"Pa smo tamo raspravljali treba li se pisati velikim ili malim slovom. Tražili su da se uvede još jedan član Predsjedništva BiH. Svi pregovori išli su u smjeru da Federacija, kao RS, treba biti građanska država brojnijeg naroda. Zato je bio, neću reći fijasko, ali je propalo", poručio je Čović.
Na kraju se još jednom zahvalio, poručivši srpskom narodu u BiH da se nada da ih nikad neće zadesiti ista sudbina kakva je zadesila Hrvate.
"Čuvajte Republiku Srpsku! Toliko ste emocija iznijeli ovdje da vam svi mogu zavidjeti. Molim vas, ostavite dovoljno otvorena vrata za druga dva konstitutivna naroda. RS ćete najbolje zaštititi braneći je u institucijama BiH. Da budete zbijeni kao jedno. Političkog pluralizma unutar predstavnika jednog naroda mora biti", zaključio je Čović, prenosi klix.ba
