Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru Mario Pešić zatražio je od Državnog sudbenog vijeća (DSV) produljenje roka za očitovanje zbog vrlo opsežne dokumentacije koja je priložena uz zahtjev za njegovo razriješenje. Njegovo odstupanje s dužnosti zatražio je još 28. lipnja predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zadru Željko Đerđ iz razloga propisanih odredbom čl. 85. st. 4. toč. 1., 4. i 7. Zakona o Državnom sudbenom vijeću, koji govore da će DSV predsjednika suda razriješiti dužnosti: kada poslove sudske uprave obavlja protivno propisima; kada propuštanjem nadzora, ili neposredno, krši propise o dodjeljivanju predmeta u rad; kada je svojim ponašanjem ili na drugi način nanio štetu ugledu suda ili sudačkoj dužnosti.

Državno sudbeno vijeće udovoljilo je Pešićevom zahtjevu za produženjem roka za očitovanje, uz opasku kako imaju ‘pune ruke posla‘, odnosno 18 stegovnih spisa koji su zaprimljeni ranije.

- Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru zatražio je produljenje roka za očitovanje zbog vrlo opsežne dokumentacije koja je priložena uz zahtjev, a za koju je potrebno pribaviti odgovarajuće podatke u svrhu sastavljanja kvalitetnog očitivanja. Državno sudbeno vijeće produljilo je rok za dostavu očitovanja do 19. listopada. Napominjemo i da Državno sudbeno vijeće u radu ima 18 stegovnih spisa koji su zaprimljeni prije ovog spisa - odgovorila je tajnica Državnog sudbenog vijeća Dijana Rožić Frlan.

Jedna od točaka prijedloga za Pešićevo razrješenje odnosi se i na kaznenu prijavu koju su USKOK-u protiv njega podnijeli bivši županijski sudac Boris Babić i sadašnji predsjednik Kaznenog odjela Županijskog suda u Zadru Hrvoje Visković zbog sumnje da je krivotvorio dokumentaciju oko putnih troškova koristeći službeni automobil u privatne svrhe.

- U predmetnom slučaju izvidi su u tijeku, a po njihovom dovršetku će biti donesena odluka o daljnjem postupanju – rekao je glasnogovornik USKOK-a Sergej Abramov.

U prijavi se navodi da je Pešić od 5. do 12. siječnja prošle godine u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne materijalne dobiti, koristio službeni automobil Općinskog suda u Zadru marke Renault Megane za odlazak na destinaciju ZG/VT. u cilju prikazivanja privatnog putovanja kao službenog u putni nalog broj 1/22 neistinito je naveo da je putovanje poduzeto radi stručnog usavršavanja, edukacije i razmjene iskustava u poslovima sudske uprave u cilju unaprjeđenja rada suda, te je tvrdnje kasnije naveo u izvješću o rezultatima službenog putovanja, znajući da navedeno ne odgovara istini, te isto priložio u postupku nadzora koji se po nalogu predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zadru provodio nad Uredom predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Pešić je imenovan za predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru 1. kolovoza 2020. godine na četverogodišnji mandat. Na tom je mjestu, tada kao sudac Parničnog odjela, zamijenio sutkinju Anu Mišlov.

Još 2016. Pešić je bio među šestoro kandidata na natječaju za predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru gdje je tada bio Željko Rogić, no tada je izabrana Mišlov.

Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru Mario Pešić zatražio je od Državnog sudbenog vijeća (DSV) produljenje roka za očitovanje zbog vrlo opsežne dokumentacije koja je priložena uz zahtjev za njegovo razriješenje. Njegovo odstupanje s dužnosti zatražio je još 28. lipnja predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zadru Željko Đerđ iz razloga propisanih odredbom čl. 85. st. 4. toč. 1., 4. i 7. Zakona o Državnom sudbenom vijeću, koji govore da će DSV predsjednika suda razriješiti dužnosti: kada poslove sudske uprave obavlja protivno propisima; kada propuštanjem nadzora, ili neposredno, krši propise o dodjeljivanju predmeta u rad; kada je svojim ponašanjem ili na drugi način nanio štetu ugledu suda ili sudačkoj dužnosti.

Državno sudbeno vijeće udovoljilo je Pešićevom zahtjevu za produženjem roka za očitovanje, uz opasku kako imaju ‘pune ruke posla‘, odnosno 18 stegovnih spisa koji su zaprimljeni ranije.

- Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru zatražio je produljenje roka za očitovanje zbog vrlo opsežne dokumentacije koja je priložena uz zahtjev, a za koju je potrebno pribaviti odgovarajuće podatke u svrhu sastavljanja kvalitetnog očitivanja. Državno sudbeno vijeće produljilo je rok za dostavu očitovanja do 19. listopada. Napominjemo i da Državno sudbeno vijeće u radu ima 18 stegovnih spisa koji su zaprimljeni prije ovog spisa - odgovorila je tajnica Državnog sudbenog vijeća Dijana Rožić Frlan.

Jedna od točaka prijedloga za Pešićevo razrješenje odnosi se i na kaznenu prijavu koju su USKOK-u protiv njega podnijeli bivši županijski sudac Boris Babić i sadašnji predsjednik Kaznenog odjela Županijskog suda u Zadru Hrvoje Visković zbog sumnje da je krivotvorio dokumentaciju oko putnih troškova koristeći službeni automobil u privatne svrhe.

- U predmetnom slučaju izvidi su u tijeku, a po njihovom dovršetku će biti donesena odluka o daljnjem postupanju – rekao je glasnogovornik USKOK-a Sergej Abramov.

U prijavi se navodi da je Pešić od 5. do 12. siječnja prošle godine u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne materijalne dobiti, koristio službeni automobil Općinskog suda u Zadru marke Renault Megane za odlazak na destinaciju ZG/VT. u cilju prikazivanja privatnog putovanja kao službenog u putni nalog broj 1/22 neistinito je naveo da je putovanje poduzeto radi stručnog usavršavanja, edukacije i razmjene iskustava u poslovima sudske uprave u cilju unaprjeđenja rada suda, te je tvrdnje kasnije naveo u izvješću o rezultatima službenog putovanja, znajući da navedeno ne odgovara istini, te isto priložio u postupku nadzora koji se po nalogu predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zadru provodio nad Uredom predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Pešić je imenovan za predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru 1. kolovoza 2020. godine na četverogodišnji mandat. Na tom je mjestu, tada kao sudac Parničnog odjela, zamijenio sutkinju Anu Mišlov.

Još 2016. Pešić je bio među šestoro kandidata na natječaju za predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru gdje je tada bio Željko Rogić, no tada je izabrana Mišlov.
