Veliki posao na kojemu je Općina Pakoštane radila punih deset godina konačno je pred realizacijom: na sjednici skupštine Zadarske županije koja će se održati u četvrtak, pred vijećnicima će se naći odluka o javnom prikupljanju ponuda za davanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Marina Drage.

Ukupna površina koja se daje u koncesiju je 66.743 metara kubičnih i to na vrijeme od 20 godina, a procijenjena vrijednost koncesije te luke posebne namjene iznosi 189.248.040,00 kuna. Kapacitet marine bi trebao biti 199 vezova.

Osim naknade za koncesije, budući koncesionar je nakon sklapanja ugovora obavezan Općine Pakoštane nadoknaditi troškove vezane za izradu dokumentacije u ukupnom iznosu 1.2 milijuna kuna.

- Deset godine su trajale pripreme, izrada planova, ishođenje raznih dozvola i izrada studija kako bi došli u ovu fazu. Sada smo konačno dočekali pokretanje tog natječaja kojim će Drage dobiti pravu nautičku marinu - kaže načelnik Pakoštana Milivoj Kurtov.

Na pitanje postoji li već zainteresirani investitor ili pismo namjere za novu marinu, Kurtov kaže kako je načelnog interesa prema Zadarskoj županiji bilo, ali ne i konkretnog. Štoviše, Kurtov je zabrinut da bi manji broj vezova i relativno kratki koncesijski rok od 20 godina mogao odbiti potencijalne investitore s obzirom na to koliko je ulaganje veliko.

- Uz to, sada i nije najbolje vrijeme za traženje investitora za ovakve projekte kada je cijeli svijet u pandemijskoj i ekonomskoj krizi. Dokaz za to vam je susjedni Sveti Filip i Jakov gdje se na natječaj za njihovu novu marinu u prvom krugu nitko nije javio. Divim se svakome tko u ovom okolnostima uloži lipu u bilo kakav posao. Ipak, ostajemo optimisti, možda se pronađe domaći investitor kojega neće zanimati čista matematika nego i ulaganje u Drage. Jer to mjesto u našoj općini do sada nije imalo ni kvadrat rive, a sada će dobiti marinu, ali i luku lokalnog značaja - kaže Kurtov dodajući kako su krajem siječnja 2020. godine započeli su radovi na uređenju obalnog pojasa u luci za javni promet lokalnog značaja Drage Dugovača, koji zajednički provode Županijska lučka uprava Zadar i Općina Pakoštane.

Vrijednost projekta izgradnje luke iznosi 24,6 milijuna kuna a procijenjeno vrijeme izvođenja radova je 15 mjeseci. Upravo na tu luku nastavit će se nova marina i zaokružiti cijelu nautičku priču u Dragama.

Veliki posao na kojemu je Općina Pakoštane radila punih deset godina konačno je pred realizacijom: na sjednici skupštine Zadarske županije koja će se održati u četvrtak, pred vijećnicima će se naći odluka o javnom prikupljanju ponuda za davanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Marina Drage.

Ukupna površina koja se daje u koncesiju je 66.743 metara kubičnih i to na vrijeme od 20 godina, a procijenjena vrijednost koncesije te luke posebne namjene iznosi 189.248.040,00 kuna. Kapacitet marine bi trebao biti 199 vezova.

Osim naknade za koncesije, budući koncesionar je nakon sklapanja ugovora obavezan Općine Pakoštane nadoknaditi troškove vezane za izradu dokumentacije u ukupnom iznosu 1.2 milijuna kuna.

- Deset godine su trajale pripreme, izrada planova, ishođenje raznih dozvola i izrada studija kako bi došli u ovu fazu. Sada smo konačno dočekali pokretanje tog natječaja kojim će Drage dobiti pravu nautičku marinu - kaže načelnik Pakoštana Milivoj Kurtov.

Na pitanje postoji li već zainteresirani investitor ili pismo namjere za novu marinu, Kurtov kaže kako je načelnog interesa prema Zadarskoj županiji bilo, ali ne i konkretnog. Štoviše, Kurtov je zabrinut da bi manji broj vezova i relativno kratki koncesijski rok od 20 godina mogao odbiti potencijalne investitore s obzirom na to koliko je ulaganje veliko.

- Uz to, sada i nije najbolje vrijeme za traženje investitora za ovakve projekte kada je cijeli svijet u pandemijskoj i ekonomskoj krizi. Dokaz za to vam je susjedni Sveti Filip i Jakov gdje se na natječaj za njihovu novu marinu u prvom krugu nitko nije javio. Divim se svakome tko u ovom okolnostima uloži lipu u bilo kakav posao. Ipak, ostajemo optimisti, možda se pronađe domaći investitor kojega neće zanimati čista matematika nego i ulaganje u Drage. Jer to mjesto u našoj općini do sada nije imalo ni kvadrat rive, a sada će dobiti marinu, ali i luku lokalnog značaja - kaže Kurtov dodajući kako su krajem siječnja 2020. godine započeli su radovi na uređenju obalnog pojasa u luci za javni promet lokalnog značaja Drage Dugovača, koji zajednički provode Županijska lučka uprava Zadar i Općina Pakoštane.

Vrijednost projekta izgradnje luke iznosi 24,6 milijuna kuna a procijenjeno vrijeme izvođenja radova je 15 mjeseci. Upravo na tu luku nastavit će se nova marina i zaokružiti cijelu nautičku priču u Dragama.

Veliki posao na kojemu je Općina Pakoštane radila punih deset godina konačno je pred realizacijom: na sjednici skupštine Zadarske županije koja će se održati u četvrtak, pred vijećnicima će se naći odluka o javnom prikupljanju ponuda za davanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Marina Drage.

Ukupna površina koja se daje u koncesiju je 66.743 metara kubičnih i to na vrijeme od 20 godina, a procijenjena vrijednost koncesije te luke posebne namjene iznosi 189.248.040,00 kuna. Kapacitet marine bi trebao biti 199 vezova.

Osim naknade za koncesije, budući koncesionar je nakon sklapanja ugovora obavezan Općine Pakoštane nadoknaditi troškove vezane za izradu dokumentacije u ukupnom iznosu 1.2 milijuna kuna.

- Deset godine su trajale pripreme, izrada planova, ishođenje raznih dozvola i izrada studija kako bi došli u ovu fazu. Sada smo konačno dočekali pokretanje tog natječaja kojim će Drage dobiti pravu nautičku marinu - kaže načelnik Pakoštana Milivoj Kurtov.

Na pitanje postoji li već zainteresirani investitor ili pismo namjere za novu marinu, Kurtov kaže kako je načelnog interesa prema Zadarskoj županiji bilo, ali ne i konkretnog. Štoviše, Kurtov je zabrinut da bi manji broj vezova i relativno kratki koncesijski rok od 20 godina mogao odbiti potencijalne investitore s obzirom na to koliko je ulaganje veliko.

- Uz to, sada i nije najbolje vrijeme za traženje investitora za ovakve projekte kada je cijeli svijet u pandemijskoj i ekonomskoj krizi. Dokaz za to vam je susjedni Sveti Filip i Jakov gdje se na natječaj za njihovu novu marinu u prvom krugu nitko nije javio. Divim se svakome tko u ovom okolnostima uloži lipu u bilo kakav posao. Ipak, ostajemo optimisti, možda se pronađe domaći investitor kojega neće zanimati čista matematika nego i ulaganje u Drage. Jer to mjesto u našoj općini do sada nije imalo ni kvadrat rive, a sada će dobiti marinu, ali i luku lokalnog značaja - kaže Kurtov dodajući kako su krajem siječnja 2020. godine započeli su radovi na uređenju obalnog pojasa u luci za javni promet lokalnog značaja Drage Dugovača, koji zajednički provode Županijska lučka uprava Zadar i Općina Pakoštane.

Vrijednost projekta izgradnje luke iznosi 24,6 milijuna kuna a procijenjeno vrijeme izvođenja radova je 15 mjeseci. Upravo na tu luku nastavit će se nova marina i zaokružiti cijelu nautičku priču u Dragama.
