Građanin Zadra Ivica Milanja odlučio je napisati otvoreno pismo jednom gradskom pročelniku, jednom direktoru i predsjedniku Mjesnog odbora. Evo što im je napisao:

Poštovani direktore Krnčević,

Poštovani pročelniče Dujela,

Poštovani gospodine Pijaca,

Obraćam Vam se nakon saznanja da skupina stanara iz zgrade Put Pudarice 15 na Bilom brigu potiče ideju o rušenje preostalih osam stabala "bora" u  dvorištu, o čemu ste već obaviješteni.

Vjerujem da je inicijativa krenula nakon što se za prošlog orkanskog juga, 20. listopada o.g. jedno stablo srušilo na dvorište. 

O tom događaju i inicijativi koja je uslijedila rekao bih vam nekoliko važnih činjenica:

1) Srušeno stablo nije bor kao što se u zahtjevu za rušenjem navodi, već cedar.

2)  Srušeni cedar nije bio zdrava jedinka. Bio je djelomično sasušen, a sve kao posljedica oštećenja nastalog prije par godina. 

Posjedujem fotografije navedenog stabla u danima neposredno prije njegovog rušenja iz kojih se vidi da je cedar bio osušen, dok susjedni cedrovi izgledaju bitno drugačije i zdravije. Navedene fotografije vam mogu ustupiti na zahtjev.

3) Gradska firma Nasadi d.o.o. godinama u našem dvorištu sustavno podrezuje niže grane cedrova, dok vrhove stabala ne diraju. Cedrovi su tako dosegli priličnu visinu, gotovo izjednačeni s peterokatnicom u čijem su dvorištu posađeni. 

Da, tako visoka stabla vjerojatno mogu predstavljati ugrozu za stanovnike i njihova materijalna dobra, no ne bi li bilo bolje potkresati vrhove tih stabala, skratiti ih za 4-5 m i time učiniti otpornijima na udare vjetra, nego ih posjeći u korijenu, kao što se za to zalaže tročlana inicijativa?

U vrijeme kada u svijetu raste svijest o važnosti stabala u urbanim sredinama (viša kvaliteta života ljudi, bolja kvaliteta zraka, snižavanje temperature u ljetnim mjesecima i dr.), kod nas se stabla, rekao bih, često paušalno proglašavaju bolesnima ili ugrožavajućima te se njihovim rušenjem pogoduje malobrojnim interesnim skupinama.

4) Bili brig je jedan od rijetkih gradskih kvartova koji ima zelene površine. U slučaju pogodovanja ovakvim suludim inicijativama, hoće li taj kvart izgledati kao novo naselje koje niče uz ulicu Nikole Tesle na Plovaniji - goli beton s minimalno zelenila!?

5) Osobe koje zahtijevaju rušenje preostalih cedrova potpisale su se kao predstavnici suvlasnika ulaza Put Pudarice 15 J, K i L. Odgovorno tvrdim da u ulazu - Put Pudarice 15 J predstavnik stanara nije sazvao sastanak suvlasnika niti je tražio njihovu suglasnost ili mišljenje o ovom slučaju. Vjerujem da je ista situacija i u ulazima K i L. (Ukoliko griješim, molim navedene predstavnike da dostave na uvid zapisnike s tih sastanaka).

Dakle, inicijativa za rušenjem cedrova ne dolazi od suvlasnika iz ulaza J, K i L (ukupno je 30 suvlasnika), nego isključivo od troje supotpisanih i nipošto ne predstavlja mišljenje većine.

Slijedom svega navedenog, molim vas da u sklopu svojih nadležnosti na razini Nasada, Grada Zadra odnosno MO Bili brig donesete odluku o spasu ovih zdravih cedrova te osmislite kako ih ojačati za neke buduće vjetrove orkanske snage.

Predostrožnosti radi, a u cilju da predmetni cedrovi ipak ne bi bili posječeni, ovaj mejl šaljem i na adrese institucija za koje vjerujem da su zainteresirane za ovu temu, kao i medijima.

Građanin Zadra Ivica Milanja odlučio je napisati otvoreno pismo jednom gradskom pročelniku, jednom direktoru i predsjedniku Mjesnog odbora. Evo što im je napisao:

Poštovani direktore Krnčević,

Poštovani pročelniče Dujela,

Poštovani gospodine Pijaca,

Obraćam Vam se nakon saznanja da skupina stanara iz zgrade Put Pudarice 15 na Bilom brigu potiče ideju o rušenje preostalih osam stabala "bora" u  dvorištu, o čemu ste već obaviješteni.

Vjerujem da je inicijativa krenula nakon što se za prošlog orkanskog juga, 20. listopada o.g. jedno stablo srušilo na dvorište. 

O tom događaju i inicijativi koja je uslijedila rekao bih vam nekoliko važnih činjenica:

1) Srušeno stablo nije bor kao što se u zahtjevu za rušenjem navodi, već cedar.

2)  Srušeni cedar nije bio zdrava jedinka. Bio je djelomično sasušen, a sve kao posljedica oštećenja nastalog prije par godina. 

Posjedujem fotografije navedenog stabla u danima neposredno prije njegovog rušenja iz kojih se vidi da je cedar bio osušen, dok susjedni cedrovi izgledaju bitno drugačije i zdravije. Navedene fotografije vam mogu ustupiti na zahtjev.

3) Gradska firma Nasadi d.o.o. godinama u našem dvorištu sustavno podrezuje niže grane cedrova, dok vrhove stabala ne diraju. Cedrovi su tako dosegli priličnu visinu, gotovo izjednačeni s peterokatnicom u čijem su dvorištu posađeni. 

Da, tako visoka stabla vjerojatno mogu predstavljati ugrozu za stanovnike i njihova materijalna dobra, no ne bi li bilo bolje potkresati vrhove tih stabala, skratiti ih za 4-5 m i time učiniti otpornijima na udare vjetra, nego ih posjeći u korijenu, kao što se za to zalaže tročlana inicijativa?

U vrijeme kada u svijetu raste svijest o važnosti stabala u urbanim sredinama (viša kvaliteta života ljudi, bolja kvaliteta zraka, snižavanje temperature u ljetnim mjesecima i dr.), kod nas se stabla, rekao bih, često paušalno proglašavaju bolesnima ili ugrožavajućima te se njihovim rušenjem pogoduje malobrojnim interesnim skupinama.

4) Bili brig je jedan od rijetkih gradskih kvartova koji ima zelene površine. U slučaju pogodovanja ovakvim suludim inicijativama, hoće li taj kvart izgledati kao novo naselje koje niče uz ulicu Nikole Tesle na Plovaniji - goli beton s minimalno zelenila!?

5) Osobe koje zahtijevaju rušenje preostalih cedrova potpisale su se kao predstavnici suvlasnika ulaza Put Pudarice 15 J, K i L. Odgovorno tvrdim da u ulazu - Put Pudarice 15 J predstavnik stanara nije sazvao sastanak suvlasnika niti je tražio njihovu suglasnost ili mišljenje o ovom slučaju. Vjerujem da je ista situacija i u ulazima K i L. (Ukoliko griješim, molim navedene predstavnike da dostave na uvid zapisnike s tih sastanaka).

Dakle, inicijativa za rušenjem cedrova ne dolazi od suvlasnika iz ulaza J, K i L (ukupno je 30 suvlasnika), nego isključivo od troje supotpisanih i nipošto ne predstavlja mišljenje većine.

Slijedom svega navedenog, molim vas da u sklopu svojih nadležnosti na razini Nasada, Grada Zadra odnosno MO Bili brig donesete odluku o spasu ovih zdravih cedrova te osmislite kako ih ojačati za neke buduće vjetrove orkanske snage.

Predostrožnosti radi, a u cilju da predmetni cedrovi ipak ne bi bili posječeni, ovaj mejl šaljem i na adrese institucija za koje vjerujem da su zainteresirane za ovu temu, kao i medijima.

Otvoreno pismo Dujeli, Krnčeviću i Pijaci: Spasite cedrove u dvorištu zgrade na Putu Pudarice!

Građanin Zadra Ivica Milanja odlučio je napisati otvoreno pismo jednom gradskom pročelniku, jednom direktoru i predsjedniku Mjesnog odbora. Evo što im je napisao:

Poštovani direktore Krnčević,

Poštovani pročelniče Dujela,

Poštovani gospodine Pijaca,

Obraćam Vam se nakon saznanja da skupina stanara iz zgrade Put Pudarice 15 na Bilom brigu potiče ideju o rušenje preostalih osam stabala "bora" u  dvorištu, o čemu ste već obaviješteni.

Vjerujem da je inicijativa krenula nakon što se za prošlog orkanskog juga, 20. listopada o.g. jedno stablo srušilo na dvorište. 

O tom događaju i inicijativi koja je uslijedila rekao bih vam nekoliko važnih činjenica:

1) Srušeno stablo nije bor kao što se u zahtjevu za rušenjem navodi, već cedar.

2)  Srušeni cedar nije bio zdrava jedinka. Bio je djelomično sasušen, a sve kao posljedica oštećenja nastalog prije par godina. 

Posjedujem fotografije navedenog stabla u danima neposredno prije njegovog rušenja iz kojih se vidi da je cedar bio osušen, dok susjedni cedrovi izgledaju bitno drugačije i zdravije. Navedene fotografije vam mogu ustupiti na zahtjev.
