Kada su se prije pet mjeseci potpisivanjem govora udružile turističke zajednice otoka zadarskog arhipelaga u želji da se bolje promoviraju na tržištu, a time i postignu bolje rezultate na natječajima za EU projekte, nisu ni sanjali da će i zakon donesen 2020. godine uništiti njihove planove. Naime, jedan od prvih ciljeva ove „bodulske aglomeracije” - u kojoj su Sali, Kali, Preko, Kukljica, Tkon, Pašman, Ugljan, Božava, Silba, Brgulje, Ist, Mali Iž, Molat, Olib, Premuda, Rava i Zapuntel -  bio je provođenje efektnijih zajedničkih promotivnih i marketinških aktivnosti koje bi, kako domaću, tako prije svega stranu javnost, upoznali s novim brendom naziva „Zadar region island adventure”. No, taj sporni zakon sprječava one turističke zajednice koje imaju manje od milijun noćenja da se oglašavaju. 

- Kad smo nekoliko puta pročitali tu stavku, i shvatili da oni to zaista tako misle, odmah smo poslali prigovor i zamolbu za promjenom. No, odbili su nas. Onda smo išli zbrajati skupna noćenja, svih udruženih TZ-a, i prelazili smo milijun. No, i tu smo ponovo naletjeli na zid: u Ministarstvu turizma ne smatraju vikendaše turistima i ne žele ih ubrajati u noćenja, pa smo ponovo „pali” na oko 850.000 noćenja – ogorčeno nam prepričava Ivana Čarić, direktorica TZ Sali, odabrana kao koordinatorica svih udruženih otočkih TZ-a.  

Direktorica Čarić kaže kako otočke zajednice ne misle odustati te svakodnevno traje borba za promjenu pravilnika Ministarstva turizma za prihvaćanjem manjeg broja noćenja. Do tada, u planu im je dio sredstava koji su dobili, utrošiti na oglašavanje zajedno s Županijskom turističkom zajednicom koja ima odličnu on-line kampanju u kojoj će, osim zadarskog arhipelaga, predstaviti i Ninsku i Biogradsku rivijeru. 

- Vjerujem kako će se ta kampanja početi provoditi negdje krajem svibnja te da bar na taj način probamo upoznati ljude s našim projektom „Zadar region island adventure”. Drugi dio sredstava voljeli bi iskoristiti na poboljšavanje outdoor aktivnosti, po čemu je cijeli ovaj kraj poznat. Jedan od planova je kupnja električnih bicikala koji bi funkcionirali na foru "hop on-hop off", odnosno napravili bi nekoliko punktova duž cijelog Dugog otoka, ali i drugih otoka u zadarskom arhipelagu, kako bi turisti mogli bicikle preuzeti na jednom mjestu, a ostaviti ih na drugom – govori Čarić naglašavajući kako je cilj izbrendirati otoke zadarskog kraja kao ideala mjesta za outdoor aktivnosti.

- Želimo zajedno ulagati kako u promociju tako i u razvoj ronilačkog, biciklističkog, trail i kayaking turizma te tako objediniti razna mjesta na otocima, spojiti ih stazama i kartama. Osim toga, progurali bi i gastro priču s obzirom na to da na ovom dijelu županije imamo mnogo OPG-ova s vrhunskim proizvodima, i šteta je da sami troše na promociju i odlaske na sajmove ako, ponovo, možemo zajedno. Tako smo prije dvije godine pokrenuli oznaku „Kvalitetno - Dugi otok” za lokale proizvođače. Na početku ih je bilo dvoje, sad ih je već jedanaest. Jako smo zadovoljni. Onda možete zamisliti koliko bi nas bilo da se i u tom segmentu spojimo – naglasila je Čarić.

Ipak, stavka koja generira najviše novaca i koja je definitivno najpoznatija, nautički je turizam po kojem je zadarski arhipelag jedan od atraktivnijih u zemlji. 

- Županijska tijela su potvrdila kako Sali i Dugi otok imaju najveći promet u županiji. Nama, udruženim otočkim turističkim zajednicama, u cilju je međusobno pomaganje kako bi i one nepoznate uvale dobile priliku, odnosno bove, gdje bi turisti mogli uživati. No, širenje koncesija znači i ulaganje u infrastrukturu, odnosno razvijanje ponude. Sve to dobro zvuči, znamo da se to sve i može realizirati, no ipak, ono čega nam najviše treba je razumijevanje od strane vladajućih  – zaključila je Čarić.

Kada su se prije pet mjeseci potpisivanjem govora udružile turističke zajednice otoka zadarskog arhipelaga u želji da se bolje promoviraju na tržištu, a time i postignu bolje rezultate na natječajima za EU projekte, nisu ni sanjali da će i zakon donesen 2020. godine uništiti njihove planove. Naime, jedan od prvih ciljeva ove „bodulske aglomeracije” - u kojoj su Sali, Kali, Preko, Kukljica, Tkon, Pašman, Ugljan, Božava, Silba, Brgulje, Ist, Mali Iž, Molat, Olib, Premuda, Rava i Zapuntel -  bio je provođenje efektnijih zajedničkih promotivnih i marketinških aktivnosti koje bi, kako domaću, tako prije svega stranu javnost, upoznali s novim brendom naziva „Zadar region island adventure”. No, taj sporni zakon sprječava one turističke zajednice koje imaju manje od milijun noćenja da se oglašavaju. 

- Kad smo nekoliko puta pročitali tu stavku, i shvatili da oni to zaista tako misle, odmah smo poslali prigovor i zamolbu za promjenom. No, odbili su nas. Onda smo išli zbrajati skupna noćenja, svih udruženih TZ-a, i prelazili smo milijun. No, i tu smo ponovo naletjeli na zid: u Ministarstvu turizma ne smatraju vikendaše turistima i ne žele ih ubrajati u noćenja, pa smo ponovo „pali” na oko 850.000 noćenja – ogorčeno nam prepričava Ivana Čarić, direktorica TZ Sali, odabrana kao koordinatorica svih udruženih otočkih TZ-a.  

Direktorica Čarić kaže kako otočke zajednice ne misle odustati te svakodnevno traje borba za promjenu pravilnika Ministarstva turizma za prihvaćanjem manjeg broja noćenja. Do tada, u planu im je dio sredstava koji su dobili, utrošiti na oglašavanje zajedno s Županijskom turističkom zajednicom koja ima odličnu on-line kampanju u kojoj će, osim zadarskog arhipelaga, predstaviti i Ninsku i Biogradsku rivijeru. 

- Vjerujem kako će se ta kampanja početi provoditi negdje krajem svibnja te da bar na taj način probamo upoznati ljude s našim projektom „Zadar region island adventure”. Drugi dio sredstava voljeli bi iskoristiti na poboljšavanje outdoor aktivnosti, po čemu je cijeli ovaj kraj poznat. Jedan od planova je kupnja električnih bicikala koji bi funkcionirali na foru "hop on-hop off", odnosno napravili bi nekoliko punktova duž cijelog Dugog otoka, ali i drugih otoka u zadarskom arhipelagu, kako bi turisti mogli bicikle preuzeti na jednom mjestu, a ostaviti ih na drugom – govori Čarić naglašavajući kako je cilj izbrendirati otoke zadarskog kraja kao ideala mjesta za outdoor aktivnosti.

- Želimo zajedno ulagati kako u promociju tako i u razvoj ronilačkog, biciklističkog, trail i kayaking turizma te tako objediniti razna mjesta na otocima, spojiti ih stazama i kartama. Osim toga, progurali bi i gastro priču s obzirom na to da na ovom dijelu županije imamo mnogo OPG-ova s vrhunskim proizvodima, i šteta je da sami troše na promociju i odlaske na sajmove ako, ponovo, možemo zajedno. Tako smo prije dvije godine pokrenuli oznaku „Kvalitetno - Dugi otok” za lokale proizvođače. Na početku ih je bilo dvoje, sad ih je već jedanaest. Jako smo zadovoljni. Onda možete zamisliti koliko bi nas bilo da se i u tom segmentu spojimo – naglasila je Čarić.

Ipak, stavka koja generira najviše novaca i koja je definitivno najpoznatija, nautički je turizam po kojem je zadarski arhipelag jedan od atraktivnijih u zemlji. 

- Županijska tijela su potvrdila kako Sali i Dugi otok imaju najveći promet u županiji. Nama, udruženim otočkim turističkim zajednicama, u cilju je međusobno pomaganje kako bi i one nepoznate uvale dobile priliku, odnosno bove, gdje bi turisti mogli uživati. No, širenje koncesija znači i ulaganje u infrastrukturu, odnosno razvijanje ponude. Sve to dobro zvuči, znamo da se to sve i može realizirati, no ipak, ono čega nam najviše treba je razumijevanje od strane vladajućih  – zaključila je Čarić.

Kako je projekt povezivanja turističkih zajednica zadarskih otoka propao i prije nego što je krenuo zbog birokratskog bisera Ministarstva turizma?

Kada su se prije pet mjeseci potpisivanjem govora udružile turističke zajednice otoka zadarskog arhipelaga u želji da se bolje promoviraju na tržištu, a time i postignu bolje rezultate na natječajima za EU projekte, nisu ni sanjali da će i zakon donesen 2020. godine uništiti njihove planove. Naime, jedan od prvih ciljeva ove „bodulske aglomeracije” - u kojoj su Sali, Kali, Preko, Kukljica, Tkon, Pašman, Ugljan, Božava, Silba, Brgulje, Ist, Mali Iž, Molat, Olib, Premuda, Rava i Zapuntel -  bio je provođenje efektnijih zajedničkih promotivnih i marketinških aktivnosti koje bi, kako domaću, tako prije svega stranu javnost, upoznali s novim brendom naziva „Zadar region island adventure”. No, taj sporni zakon sprječava one turističke zajednice koje imaju manje od milijun noćenja da se oglašavaju. 

- Kad smo nekoliko puta pročitali tu stavku, i shvatili da oni to zaista tako misle, odmah smo poslali prigovor i zamolbu za promjenom. No, odbili su nas. Onda smo išli zbrajati skupna noćenja, svih udruženih TZ-a, i prelazili smo milijun. No, i tu smo ponovo naletjeli na zid: u Ministarstvu turizma ne smatraju vikendaše turistima i ne žele ih ubrajati u noćenja, pa smo ponovo „pali” na oko 850.000 noćenja – ogorčeno nam prepričava Ivana Čarić, direktorica TZ Sali, odabrana kao koordinatorica svih udruženih otočkih TZ-a.  

Direktorica Čarić kaže kako otočke zajednice ne misle odustati te svakodnevno traje borba za promjenu pravilnika Ministarstva turizma za prihvaćanjem manjeg broja noćenja.
