Neobičan spor izbio je ovih dana između predsjednika Slovačke i vlade ove zemlje. Ukratko, šef države Ivan Gašparovič zaprijetio je vladi Ivete Radičove da neće potpisati zakon o proračunu ako Ministarstvo financija bude i dalje inzistiralo na prodaji predsjedničke rezidencije. A što je još zanimljivije, Gašparovič u toj vili ne boravi i nema namjeru u nju se ikad useliti. Kako javlja slovačka informativna televizija TA3, vlada u okviru mjera štednje želi prodati rezidenciju šefa države u Bratislavi, za koju računa da će dobiti oko tri milijuna eura.

No Gašparovičev glasnogovornik Marek Trubač ukazuje da je ta suma samo kap u moru i da ima puno toga što treba prodati prije. A i budući šefovi država ne moraju biti iz Limbacha (elitna četvrt Bratislave u kojoj Gašparovič ima privatni dom), tako da će im ta rezidencija trebati, dodao je on.

Vlada je predsjedniku prethodno poručila da neće biti novca za rad predsjedničke kancelarije ako se ne proda rezidencija u kojoj nitko ne živi. Gašparovič odlučno odbija prodaju iako zna da donošenje ovog zakona može samo odložiti jer se zakon u tom slučaju vraća na ponovno odlučivanje u Parlament... Možda takvog nesporazuma ne bi ni bilo da Gašparovič nije, u stvari, predsjednik iz redova sadašnje oporbe.

Naime, njegov izbor 1998. u drugome mandatu za šefa države podržale su stranke tadašnje vlade, prije svega SMER – socijaldemokracija bivšeg premijera Roberta Fica koja je sada, iako je u lipnju na izborima osvojila najviše glasova, sad u oporbi. Po zvanju profesor prava, Ivan Gašparovič (1941.) je, inače, hrvatskog podrijetla. Njegov otac Vladimir, iz okolice Rijeke, došao je u Slovačku krajem Prvoga svjetskog rata i tu se trajno nastanio i zasnovao obitelj.

Neobičan spor izbio je ovih dana između predsjednika Slovačke i vlade ove zemlje. Ukratko, šef države Ivan Gašparovič zaprijetio je vladi Ivete Radičove da neće potpisati zakon o proračunu ako Ministarstvo financija bude i dalje inzistiralo na prodaji predsjedničke rezidencije. A što je još zanimljivije, Gašparovič u toj vili ne boravi i nema namjeru u nju se ikad useliti. Kako javlja slovačka informativna televizija TA3, vlada u okviru mjera štednje želi prodati rezidenciju šefa države u Bratislavi, za koju računa da će dobiti oko tri milijuna eura.

No Gašparovičev glasnogovornik Marek Trubač ukazuje da je ta suma samo kap u moru i da ima puno toga što treba prodati prije. A i budući šefovi država ne moraju biti iz Limbacha (elitna četvrt Bratislave u kojoj Gašparovič ima privatni dom), tako da će im ta rezidencija trebati, dodao je on.

Vlada je predsjedniku prethodno poručila da neće biti novca za rad predsjedničke kancelarije ako se ne proda rezidencija u kojoj nitko ne živi. Gašparovič odlučno odbija prodaju iako zna da donošenje ovog zakona može samo odložiti jer se zakon u tom slučaju vraća na ponovno odlučivanje u Parlament... Možda takvog nesporazuma ne bi ni bilo da Gašparovič nije, u stvari, predsjednik iz redova sadašnje oporbe.

Naime, njegov izbor 1998. u drugome mandatu za šefa države podržale su stranke tadašnje vlade, prije svega SMER – socijaldemokracija bivšeg premijera Roberta Fica koja je sada, iako je u lipnju na izborima osvojila najviše glasova, sad u oporbi. Po zvanju profesor prava, Ivan Gašparovič (1941.) je, inače, hrvatskog podrijetla. Njegov otac Vladimir, iz okolice Rijeke, došao je u Slovačku krajem Prvoga svjetskog rata i tu se trajno nastanio i zasnovao obitelj.
