Nadbiskup Georg Gänswein (66), prefekt Papinskog doma i, do lanjskog Silvestrova, gotovo 28 godina osobni tajnik Benedikta XVI, iskoristio je sadašnji specifičan trenutak da još malo zagorča život papi Frani. Poglavar Katoličke crkve sada mora odlučiti što će i kako će s njime, a mons. Gänswein se postarao da mu tu zadaću oteža, majstorski gradeći pretpostavke da u svakom slučaju ispadne kao žrtva, ne samo osobno, nego da se pomisli kako se Papa preko njega iskaljuje na pokojnom prethodniku, piše Jutarnji.

Stoljećima je običaj da osobiti osobni tajnik nekog pape nakon smrti svog šefa dobije neko biskupsko mjesto. Tako je mons. Loris Capovilla, tajnik sv. Ivana XXIII, odlukom sv. Pavla VI postao četiri godine nakon šefove smrti nadbiskup u Chietiju, a još četiri godine nakon toga prelat marijanskog svetišta u Loretu.

Napokon ga je papa Frane kao 98-godišnjaka imenovao kardinalom 2014. Posljednja dvojica su se, mimo običaja, postarali da svog tajnika sami promaknu. Stanisława Dziwisza je sv. Ivan Pavao II imenovao biskupom 1998, a u nadbiskupom 2003, pripremivši pretpostavke da 2005 postane ordinarij u Krakówu, pa zatim, shodno praksi, i kardinal. Gänsweina je Benedikt XVI 2012 imenovao prefektom Papinskog doma i nadbiskupom.

Prefekt je i danas, pa je kao takav dočekivao goste na sprovodu Benedikta XVI, ali je sve vrijeme bio i Benediktov tajnik, živeći zajedno s njime u samostanu Mater Ecclesiae. Međutim, preklani ga je papa Frane oslobodio aktivnosti prefekta, zadržavši ga na toj dužnosti samo nominalno, navodno da bi se mogao potpunije posvetiti papi emeritusu Benediktu XVI.

Prethodno je Gänswein dvaput namjestio pušku Frani. Osobito je odjeknula knjiga kardinala Roberta Saraha protiv ukidanja celibata, objavljena baš u trenutku zasjedanja Biskupske sinode o Amazoniji, gdje se i o celibatu imalo razgovarati. U knjizi je bio jedan Ratzingerov kratak esej, ali je Gänswein odobrio da na koricama Benedikt XVI bude naznačen kao koautor, što je protumačeno kao Benediktovo miješanje u ovlasti vladajućeg pape.

Sada je pak najavljena knjiga Gänsweinovih memoara "Ništa osim istine", iz koje su već objavljeni papreni ulomci. Na primjer da je Gänswein ostao zabezeknut kad ga je Frane skinuo s aktivnosti prefekta, što da je Benedikt komentirao kao izraz Franina straha od prethodnika, te da je Frane "slomio srce" Benediktu pooštrivši uvjete za služenje tridentske mise na latinskome. Pa je ispalo da je Frane Benediktu skratio život.

Nije vjerojatno da će Papa ne čelu Prefekture Papinskog doma ostaviti nadbiskupa koji ga podbada. Mogao bi ga staviti na čelo neke njemačke biskupije, ali predsjednik katoličke Njemačke biskupske konferencije Georg Bätzing, upitan o tome u Rimu prije tri dana, nije pokazao ni mrvu entuzijazma. Mogao bi ga uputiti da bude nuncij, jer govori barem četiri jezika. Mogao bi ga postaviti za prelata nekog svetišta. Što god da učini, netko će ga kritizirati.

Nadbiskup Georg Gänswein (66), prefekt Papinskog doma i, do lanjskog Silvestrova, gotovo 28 godina osobni tajnik Benedikta XVI, iskoristio je sadašnji specifičan trenutak da još malo zagorča život papi Frani. Poglavar Katoličke crkve sada mora odlučiti što će i kako će s njime, a mons. Gänswein se postarao da mu tu zadaću oteža, majstorski gradeći pretpostavke da u svakom slučaju ispadne kao žrtva, ne samo osobno, nego da se pomisli kako se Papa preko njega iskaljuje na pokojnom prethodniku, piše Jutarnji.

Stoljećima je običaj da osobiti osobni tajnik nekog pape nakon smrti svog šefa dobije neko biskupsko mjesto. Tako je mons. Loris Capovilla, tajnik sv. Ivana XXIII, odlukom sv. Pavla VI postao četiri godine nakon šefove smrti nadbiskup u Chietiju, a još četiri godine nakon toga prelat marijanskog svetišta u Loretu.

Napokon ga je papa Frane kao 98-godišnjaka imenovao kardinalom 2014. Posljednja dvojica su se, mimo običaja, postarali da svog tajnika sami promaknu. Stanisława Dziwisza je sv. Ivan Pavao II imenovao biskupom 1998, a u nadbiskupom 2003, pripremivši pretpostavke da 2005 postane ordinarij u Krakówu, pa zatim, shodno praksi, i kardinal. Gänsweina je Benedikt XVI 2012 imenovao prefektom Papinskog doma i nadbiskupom.

Prefekt je i danas, pa je kao takav dočekivao goste na sprovodu Benedikta XVI, ali je sve vrijeme bio i Benediktov tajnik, živeći zajedno s njime u samostanu Mater Ecclesiae. Međutim, preklani ga je papa Frane oslobodio aktivnosti prefekta, zadržavši ga na toj dužnosti samo nominalno, navodno da bi se mogao potpunije posvetiti papi emeritusu Benediktu XVI.

Prethodno je Gänswein dvaput namjestio pušku Frani. Osobito je odjeknula knjiga kardinala Roberta Saraha protiv ukidanja celibata, objavljena baš u trenutku zasjedanja Biskupske sinode o Amazoniji, gdje se i o celibatu imalo razgovarati. U knjizi je bio jedan Ratzingerov kratak esej, ali je Gänswein odobrio da na koricama Benedikt XVI bude naznačen kao koautor, što je protumačeno kao Benediktovo miješanje u ovlasti vladajućeg pape.

Sada je pak najavljena knjiga Gänsweinovih memoara "Ništa osim istine", iz koje su već objavljeni papreni ulomci. Na primjer da je Gänswein ostao zabezeknut kad ga je Frane skinuo s aktivnosti prefekta, što da je Benedikt komentirao kao izraz Franina straha od prethodnika, te da je Frane "slomio srce" Benediktu pooštrivši uvjete za služenje tridentske mise na latinskome. Pa je ispalo da je Frane Benediktu skratio život.

Nije vjerojatno da će Papa ne čelu Prefekture Papinskog doma ostaviti nadbiskupa koji ga podbada. Mogao bi ga staviti na čelo neke njemačke biskupije, ali predsjednik katoličke Njemačke biskupske konferencije Georg Bätzing, upitan o tome u Rimu prije tri dana, nije pokazao ni mrvu entuzijazma. Mogao bi ga uputiti da bude nuncij, jer govori barem četiri jezika. Mogao bi ga postaviti za prelata nekog svetišta. Što god da učini, netko će ga kritizirati.

Nadbiskup Georg Gänswein (66), prefekt Papinskog doma i, do lanjskog Silvestrova, gotovo 28 godina osobni tajnik Benedikta XVI, iskoristio je sadašnji specifičan trenutak da još malo zagorča život papi Frani. Poglavar Katoličke crkve sada mora odlučiti što će i kako će s njime, a mons. Gänswein se postarao da mu tu zadaću oteža, majstorski gradeći pretpostavke da u svakom slučaju ispadne kao žrtva, ne samo osobno, nego da se pomisli kako se Papa preko njega iskaljuje na pokojnom prethodniku, piše Jutarnji.
