Nova anketa američke TV mreže CBS News i dnevnog lista The New York Times, objavljena u četvrtak, pokazala je da se vjerojatni republikanski predsjednički kandidat Mitt Romney nalazi u minimalnom vodstvu ispred predsjednika Baracka Obame, s 47 prema 46 posto glasova, uz četiri posto neodlučnih birača.
Ostali rezultati tog ispitivanja raspoloženja američkih birača, tri i pol mjeseca prije predsjedničkih izbora, pokazali su da Romney vodi među muškarcima s osam postotaka prednosti, dok Obama vodi među ženama s pet postotnih bodova.
Obamini pristaše "snažnije" ga podupiru, s 52 posto koji tako odgovaraju, dok je samo 29 posto izjavilo da "snažno" podržava Romneya.
Više od trećine registriranih birača reklo je da podupire Romneya jer im se ne sviđa Obama, dok je samo osam posto anketiranih izjavilo da podupire Obamu zbog odbojnosti prema Romneyu.
Republikanci pokazuju više entuzijazma prema izborima. Otprilike polovica kaže da su veći entuzijasti nego kod prošlih izbora, u usporedbi sa samo 27 posto demokrata;
Jedan od pet birača rekao je još uvijek može promijeniti mišljenje prije samih izbora, a postotak birača koji su to rekli isti je za oba kandidata.
Većina birača, njih 54 posto, reklo je da su gospodarstvo i radna mjesta "iznimno" važna tema ovih izbora, više nego bilo koji drugi problem. Romney tu ima jasnu prednost, pokazalo je istraživanje: 49 posto registriranih birača kaže da bi on bolje vodio gospodarstvo i zapošljavanje, dok 41 posto to kaže za Obamu.
Romney također uživa veće povjerenje kod pitanja saveznog proračunskog deficita (50 posto prema 36 posto), poreza (47 prema 42 posto) i ilegalne imigracije (46 prema 38 posto). Obamu birači smatraju boljim kod vanjske politike ( 47 prema 40 posto) i socijalnih pitanja (48 prema 37 posto). Potpora kandidatima na pitanju zdravstvene zaštite i terorizma je podjednaka, govore nalazi istraživanja.
Anketa je provedena telefonski od 11. do 16. srpnja na nacionalnom uzorku od 1.089 odraslih osoba, uz marginu greške od plus ili minus tri posto.

Nova anketa američke TV mreže CBS News i dnevnog lista The New York Times, objavljena u četvrtak, pokazala je da se vjerojatni republikanski predsjednički kandidat Mitt Romney nalazi u minimalnom vodstvu ispred predsjednika Baracka Obame, s 47 prema 46 posto glasova, uz četiri posto neodlučnih birača.
Ostali rezultati tog ispitivanja raspoloženja američkih birača, tri i pol mjeseca prije predsjedničkih izbora, pokazali su da Romney vodi među muškarcima s osam postotaka prednosti, dok Obama vodi među ženama s pet postotnih bodova.
Obamini pristaše "snažnije" ga podupiru, s 52 posto koji tako odgovaraju, dok je samo 29 posto izjavilo da "snažno" podržava Romneya.
Više od trećine registriranih birača reklo je da podupire Romneya jer im se ne sviđa Obama, dok je samo osam posto anketiranih izjavilo da podupire Obamu zbog odbojnosti prema Romneyu.
Republikanci pokazuju više entuzijazma prema izborima. Otprilike polovica kaže da su veći entuzijasti nego kod prošlih izbora, u usporedbi sa samo 27 posto demokrata;
Jedan od pet birača rekao je još uvijek može promijeniti mišljenje prije samih izbora, a postotak birača koji su to rekli isti je za oba kandidata.
Većina birača, njih 54 posto, reklo je da su gospodarstvo i radna mjesta "iznimno" važna tema ovih izbora, više nego bilo koji drugi problem. Romney tu ima jasnu prednost, pokazalo je istraživanje: 49 posto registriranih birača kaže da bi on bolje vodio gospodarstvo i zapošljavanje, dok 41 posto to kaže za Obamu.
Romney također uživa veće povjerenje kod pitanja saveznog proračunskog deficita (50 posto prema 36 posto), poreza (47 prema 42 posto) i ilegalne imigracije (46 prema 38 posto). Obamu birači smatraju boljim kod vanjske politike ( 47 prema 40 posto) i socijalnih pitanja (48 prema 37 posto). Potpora kandidatima na pitanju zdravstvene zaštite i terorizma je podjednaka, govore nalazi istraživanja.
Anketa je provedena telefonski od 11. do 16. srpnja na nacionalnom uzorku od 1.089 odraslih osoba, uz marginu greške od plus ili minus tri posto.
