Vlada Hercegovačko-neretvanske županije usvojila je nacrt proračuna za 2010. godinu u iznosu od 185.018.60 KM, te će sada takav proračun biti upućen u skupštinsku proceduru na razmatranje.

U odnosu na ovu godinu, riječ je o povećanju od oko 20 milijuna KM. Naime, prvobitni proračun za 2009. godinu iznosio je nešto više od 179.066.820 KM, a onda je on rebalansom i na zahtjev MMF-a umanjen na 166.511.110 KM.

Županijska vlada nikad ranije nije utvrdila proračun za sljedeću godinu, što je pohvalno, no upitno je zašto se nije bavila gorućim pitanjem novog rebalansa ovogodišnjega proračuna.

Podsjetimo, kako bi HNŽ dobila sredstva od MMF-a u iznosu nešto većem od pet milijuna KM, županijska vlada i skupština morale su donijeti rebalansirani proračun u iznosu koji su utvrdili stručnjaci te organizacije do 31. kolovoza, što je i učinjeno.

No, već tada je županijski ministar financija Semin Borić najavio kako je nužno da se već u listopadu ide u novi rebalans proračuna jer je postojeći neodrživ za normalno funkcioniranje županije. Ipak od toga nije bilo ništa, a najviše trpe institucije koje se financiraju iz županijskoga proračuna.

Tako su, primjerice, već mjesec i pol dana u štrajku djelatnici Narodne knjižnice HNŽ Mostar. Njihove su mjesečne dotacije s 11.353 KM rebalansom smanjene na 7100 KM, što je, prema riječima sindikata, nedovoljno za normalno funkcioniranje knjižnice. Zaposlenici su najavili kako će u štrajku biti sve dok dotacije ne budu vraćene na prijašnji iznos.

Ali, štrajkom u toj instituciji, kao i neradom mostarskoga kazališta i pozorišta, više se nitko i ne bavi, a to pitanje, čini se, ponajmanje zabrinjava vladine dužnosnike koji u svojim rukama drže ključ rješenja.

Vlada Hercegovačko-neretvanske županije usvojila je nacrt proračuna za 2010. godinu u iznosu od 185.018.60 KM, te će sada takav proračun biti upućen u skupštinsku proceduru na razmatranje.

U odnosu na ovu godinu, riječ je o povećanju od oko 20 milijuna KM. Naime, prvobitni proračun za 2009. godinu iznosio je nešto više od 179.066.820 KM, a onda je on rebalansom i na zahtjev MMF-a umanjen na 166.511.110 KM.

Županijska vlada nikad ranije nije utvrdila proračun za sljedeću godinu, što je pohvalno, no upitno je zašto se nije bavila gorućim pitanjem novog rebalansa ovogodišnjega proračuna.

Podsjetimo, kako bi HNŽ dobila sredstva od MMF-a u iznosu nešto većem od pet milijuna KM, županijska vlada i skupština morale su donijeti rebalansirani proračun u iznosu koji su utvrdili stručnjaci te organizacije do 31. kolovoza, što je i učinjeno.

No, već tada je županijski ministar financija Semin Borić najavio kako je nužno da se već u listopadu ide u novi rebalans proračuna jer je postojeći neodrživ za normalno funkcioniranje županije. Ipak od toga nije bilo ništa, a najviše trpe institucije koje se financiraju iz županijskoga proračuna.

Tako su, primjerice, već mjesec i pol dana u štrajku djelatnici Narodne knjižnice HNŽ Mostar. Njihove su mjesečne dotacije s 11.353 KM rebalansom smanjene na 7100 KM, što je, prema riječima sindikata, nedovoljno za normalno funkcioniranje knjižnice. Zaposlenici su najavili kako će u štrajku biti sve dok dotacije ne budu vraćene na prijašnji iznos.

Ali, štrajkom u toj instituciji, kao i neradom mostarskoga kazališta i pozorišta, više se nitko i ne bavi, a to pitanje, čini se, ponajmanje zabrinjava vladine dužnosnike koji u svojim rukama drže ključ rješenja.
