Hrvatski ministar pravosuđa, Ivan Malenica, u četvrtak je odbio molbu Zorana Mamića za izdržavanjem kazne u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ako se ne javi do 10. svibnja, za njim se biti raspisana tjeralica nakon koje će se od BiH tražiti izručenje, piše RTL.
Prijedlog njegova brata, Zdravka Mamića da se slučaj premjesti s osječkog suda jer su javno iznesene optužbe jednog optuženika, odbijen je na Visokom kaznenom sudu jer, tvrde, nisu razlog koji bi upućivao na pristranost ostalih sudaca tog suda.
Odluke je prokomentirao i sam Zdravko Mamić.
- Znači, s jedne strane imate gdje Vrhovni sud koji donio odluku da se suđenje neće moći pravično odvijati u Zagrebu pred Županijskim sudom jer Zdravko poznaje možebitno četiri suca, a u isto vrijeme Visoki kazneni sud donosi odluku da to što su neki kriminalci i lopovi na osječkom sudu ne delegira mogućnost da se suđenje odvija pred sudom u Osijeku. Tako da je to nastavlja se jedan kupleraj u hrvatskom pravosuđu protiv kojeg ja dalje nastavljam borbu- rekao je Mamić za RTL.
Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave u četvrtak je izvijestilo da „u ovom trenutku nema osnova za daljnje postupanje po molbi” Zorana Mamića koji je zatražio da zatvorsku kaznu odsluži u BiH što je ranije odbio zagrebački Županijski sud.
Ministarstvo u priopćenju ističe da ih je Županijski sud u Zagrebu izvijestio kako iz priložene dokumentacije - molbe osuđenika, njegovih osobnih podataka te javno dostupnih podataka, proizlazi da nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za upućivanjem zamolbe nadležnom tijelu Bosne i Hercegovine za preuzimanjem izvršenja kaznene presude.
- Obzirom da, temeljem utvrđenih činjenica i dopisa nadležnog suda, nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za upućivanjem zamolbe nadležnom tijelu Bosne i Hercegovine za preuzimanjem izvršenja kaznene presude, Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave u ovom trenutku nema osnova za daljnje postupanje po molbi osuđenika Zorana Mamića- navode u priopćenju.
Sutkinja izvršenja kazne zatvora zagrebačkog Županijskog suda odlučila je u ponedjeljak da se bivši trener Dinama Zoran Mamić i bivši poreznik Milan Pernar moraju javiti u zagrebački zatvor 10. svibnja radi izdržavanja kazni.
Ukoliko se Zoran Mamić ne pojavi u zatvoru do 10. svibnja, za njim će biti raspisana tjeralica i europski uhidbeni nalog, pojasnio je za Hinu glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimir Devčić.
Zoran Mamić je ranije iz BiH poručio da nije u bijegu već da se koristi svojim zakonskim pravima koje mu omogućavaju sporazumi dviju državljana čiji je državljanin. Želju da kaznu služi u susjednoj državi iznio je i njegov brat Zdravko Mamić koji je u BiH pobjegao uoči izricanja presude na osječkom Županijskom sudu u lipnju 2018.
Vrhovni sud je sredinom ožujka Zdravku Mamiću pravomoćno potvrdio kaznu iz prvog suđenja u Osijeku od 6,5 godina zatvora, Zoranu Mamiću smanjio kaznu na četiri godine i osam mjeseci, a porezniku Pernaru na tri godine i dva mjeseca. Bivšem direktoru Dinama Damiru Vrbanoviću je potvrđena presuda na tri godine zatvora.
Na sudu u Osijeku, čija su dvojica sudaca udaljeni s dužnosti zbog druženja sa Zdravkom Mamićem, u međuvremenu je počelo i drugo suđenje za izvlačenje novca iz Dinama.
Visoki kazneni sud (VKS) u četvrtak je odbio prijedlog da se to suđenje vodi na nekom drugom sudu uz obrazloženje da javno iznesene optužbe Zdravka Mamića na račun četvorice sudaca nisu razlog koji bio upućivao na pristranost svih ostalih sudaca tog suda.

Hrvatski ministar pravosuđa, Ivan Malenica, u četvrtak je odbio molbu Zorana Mamića za izdržavanjem kazne u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ako se ne javi do 10. svibnja, za njim se biti raspisana tjeralica nakon koje će se od BiH tražiti izručenje, piše RTL.
Prijedlog njegova brata, Zdravka Mamića da se slučaj premjesti s osječkog suda jer su javno iznesene optužbe jednog optuženika, odbijen je na Visokom kaznenom sudu jer, tvrde, nisu razlog koji bi upućivao na pristranost ostalih sudaca tog suda.
Odluke je prokomentirao i sam Zdravko Mamić.
- Znači, s jedne strane imate gdje Vrhovni sud koji donio odluku da se suđenje neće moći pravično odvijati u Zagrebu pred Županijskim sudom jer Zdravko poznaje možebitno četiri suca, a u isto vrijeme Visoki kazneni sud donosi odluku da to što su neki kriminalci i lopovi na osječkom sudu ne delegira mogućnost da se suđenje odvija pred sudom u Osijeku. Tako da je to nastavlja se jedan kupleraj u hrvatskom pravosuđu protiv kojeg ja dalje nastavljam borbu- rekao je Mamić za RTL.
Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave u četvrtak je izvijestilo da „u ovom trenutku nema osnova za daljnje postupanje po molbi” Zorana Mamića koji je zatražio da zatvorsku kaznu odsluži u BiH što je ranije odbio zagrebački Županijski sud.
Ministarstvo u priopćenju ističe da ih je Županijski sud u Zagrebu izvijestio kako iz priložene dokumentacije - molbe osuđenika, njegovih osobnih podataka te javno dostupnih podataka, proizlazi da nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za upućivanjem zamolbe nadležnom tijelu Bosne i Hercegovine za preuzimanjem izvršenja kaznene presude.
- Obzirom da, temeljem utvrđenih činjenica i dopisa nadležnog suda, nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za upućivanjem zamolbe nadležnom tijelu Bosne i Hercegovine za preuzimanjem izvršenja kaznene presude, Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave u ovom trenutku nema osnova za daljnje postupanje po molbi osuđenika Zorana Mamića- navode u priopćenju.
Sutkinja izvršenja kazne zatvora zagrebačkog Županijskog suda odlučila je u ponedjeljak da se bivši trener Dinama Zoran Mamić i bivši poreznik Milan Pernar moraju javiti u zagrebački zatvor 10. svibnja radi izdržavanja kazni.
Ukoliko se Zoran Mamić ne pojavi u zatvoru do 10. svibnja, za njim će biti raspisana tjeralica i europski uhidbeni nalog, pojasnio je za Hinu glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimir Devčić.
Zoran Mamić je ranije iz BiH poručio da nije u bijegu već da se koristi svojim zakonskim pravima koje mu omogućavaju sporazumi dviju državljana čiji je državljanin. Želju da kaznu služi u susjednoj državi iznio je i njegov brat Zdravko Mamić koji je u BiH pobjegao uoči izricanja presude na osječkom Županijskom sudu u lipnju 2018.
Vrhovni sud je sredinom ožujka Zdravku Mamiću pravomoćno potvrdio kaznu iz prvog suđenja u Osijeku od 6,5 godina zatvora, Zoranu Mamiću smanjio kaznu na četiri godine i osam mjeseci, a porezniku Pernaru na tri godine i dva mjeseca. Bivšem direktoru Dinama Damiru Vrbanoviću je potvrđena presuda na tri godine zatvora.
Na sudu u Osijeku, čija su dvojica sudaca udaljeni s dužnosti zbog druženja sa Zdravkom Mamićem, u međuvremenu je počelo i drugo suđenje za izvlačenje novca iz Dinama.
Visoki kazneni sud (VKS) u četvrtak je odbio prijedlog da se to suđenje vodi na nekom drugom sudu uz obrazloženje da javno iznesene optužbe Zdravka Mamića na račun četvorice sudaca nisu razlog koji bio upućivao na pristranost svih ostalih sudaca tog suda.
