[fulltext] => Tek što je Mina Andreeva, glasnogovornica povjerenice za pravosuđe Europske komisije Viviane Reding, službeno potvrdila da Hrvatska mora do 23. kolovoza predati točan rok do kojeg će uskladiti Zakon o europskom uhidbenom nalogu s europskim zakonodavstvom, stiže i nova vijest koja dokazuje ozbiljnost bruxelleske administracije u ovom slučaju.
Naime, doznajemo kako se u Europskom parlamentu upravo formira nadstranačka inicijativa s ciljem “pritiskanja” Hrvatske da se uskladi s europskim zakonodavstvom. U toj, zasad neformalnoj grupi nisu samo njemački zastupnici, koji su već i u Bundestagu nadišli stranačke razlike kad je riječ o pritisku na Hrvatsku, od koje se traži da poništi Zakon o europskom uhidbenom nalogu.
Slično se upravo događa u kuloarima Europskog parlamenta, što nikako ne bi bilo pametno podcijeniti, jer se u slučaju hrvatske tvrdoglavosti spominje i mogućnost uskraćivanja sredstava iz EU fondova.
Podsjetimo, Hrvatski sabor je krajem lipnja, donošenjem Zakona o pravosudnoj suradnji s članicama EU-a u kaznenim stvarima, kolokvijalno nazvanim “lex Perković”, onemogućio primjenu Europskog uhidbenog naloga na zločine počinje prije kolovoza 2002. godine.
No, nakon toga je na adresu povjerenice za pravosuđe Europske komisije stigla pritužba iz Bundestaga, zbog koje je Reding naposljetku i zatražila od ministra Miljenića da joj do 23. kolovoza pošalje “jasan vremenski rok za usvajanje ove zakonske promjene kako bi mogla stupiti na snagu u ranu jesen”.
Inače, doznajemo da ni 23. kolovoza nije slučajno odabran datum: naime, to je Europski dan sjećanja na žrtve totalitarnih i autoritativnih režima, što u ovom slučaju ima dodatnu dimenziju poruke da krivci za političke zločine ne smiju ostati nekažnjeni.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Tek što je Mina Andreeva, glasnogovornica povjerenice za pravosuđe Europske komisije Viviane Reding, službeno potvrdila da Hrvatska mora do 23. kolovoza predati točan rok do kojeg će uskladiti Zakon o europskom uhidbenom nalogu s europskim zakonodavstvom, stiže i nova vijest koja dokazuje ozbiljnost bruxelleske administracije u ovom slučaju.
Naime, doznajemo kako se u Europskom parlamentu upravo formira nadstranačka inicijativa s ciljem “pritiskanja” Hrvatske da se uskladi s europskim zakonodavstvom. U toj, zasad neformalnoj grupi nisu samo njemački zastupnici, koji su već i u Bundestagu nadišli stranačke razlike kad je riječ o pritisku na Hrvatsku, od koje se traži da poništi Zakon o europskom uhidbenom nalogu.
Slično se upravo događa u kuloarima Europskog parlamenta, što nikako ne bi bilo pametno podcijeniti, jer se u slučaju hrvatske tvrdoglavosti spominje i mogućnost uskraćivanja sredstava iz EU fondova.
Podsjetimo, Hrvatski sabor je krajem lipnja, donošenjem Zakona o pravosudnoj suradnji s članicama EU-a u kaznenim stvarima, kolokvijalno nazvanim “lex Perković”, onemogućio primjenu Europskog uhidbenog naloga na zločine počinje prije kolovoza 2002. godine.
No, nakon toga je na adresu povjerenice za pravosuđe Europske komisije stigla pritužba iz Bundestaga, zbog koje je Reding naposljetku i zatražila od ministra Miljenića da joj do 23. kolovoza pošalje “jasan vremenski rok za usvajanje ove zakonske promjene kako bi mogla stupiti na snagu u ranu jesen”.
Inače, doznajemo da ni 23. kolovoza nije slučajno odabran datum: naime, to je Europski dan sjećanja na žrtve totalitarnih i autoritativnih režima, što u ovom slučaju ima dodatnu dimenziju poruke da krivci za političke zločine ne smiju ostati nekažnjeni.
