Salmonela je uzročnik trovanja hranom, koja je do sada utvrđena kod devet od 37 do sada prijavljenih Brođana Zavodu za javno zdravstvo, dok se nalazi za 15 oboljelih očekuju za dan-dva. Tri su osobe hospitalizirane i njihovo stanje je zadovoljavajuće. Svi zaraženi konzumirali su tijekom proteklog vikenda hranu na nekoliko blagdanskih domjenaka. Na teru su sanitarna i veterinarska inspekcija ali još nije utvrđen točan izvor zaraze.

- I dalje se utvrđuje koje su namirnice bile izvor zaraze. Uzorci koje smo analizirali, a to su kolači i brisevi su uredni. Hrana na koju je pala sumnja, jela pripravljana od puretine i piletine, nisu mogle biti analizirane jer ih nije preostalo - rekao je ravnatelj Zavoda Ante Cvitković te napomenuo kako očekuje još prijava.

- Ovo je najteži trenutak u mojoj 32 godine dugoj ugostiteljskoj karijeri - kaže Anto Jukić, vlasnik tvrtke Grozd trade u čijem je sastavu i restoran "Brod" u kojemu je pripremana hrana za domjenke.

- Želim se ispričati svima oboljelim i izraziti žaljenje što je do toga došlo, a o svom sam trošku pozvao ljude iz Veterinarskog zavoda iz Vinkovaca kako bi se što prije otkrio uzrok ove zaraze - rekao je Anto Jukić koji je, pomalo neuobičajeno za takve slučajeve, odmah obavijesti novinare.

- Nemam ja tu što kriti, tjedan dana prije toga sve osoblje je prošlo redovne liječničke preglede, sve je kod mene čisto i nikada se nisam igrao niti svojim ugledom niti ljudima, ali unatoč svim kontrolama dogodi vam se tako nešto. Imali smo desetak cateringa tog vikenda, a u petak i karmine sa 70 osoba. I sve je bilo u redu. A onda vam se na četiri domjenka dogodi ovo - napominje Anto Jukić koji ne isključuje niti eventualnu odgovornost dobavljača i proizvođača hrane.

Salmonela je uzročnik trovanja hranom, koja je do sada utvrđena kod devet od 37 do sada prijavljenih Brođana Zavodu za javno zdravstvo, dok se nalazi za 15 oboljelih očekuju za dan-dva. Tri su osobe hospitalizirane i njihovo stanje je zadovoljavajuće. Svi zaraženi konzumirali su tijekom proteklog vikenda hranu na nekoliko blagdanskih domjenaka. Na teru su sanitarna i veterinarska inspekcija ali još nije utvrđen točan izvor zaraze.

- I dalje se utvrđuje koje su namirnice bile izvor zaraze. Uzorci koje smo analizirali, a to su kolači i brisevi su uredni. Hrana na koju je pala sumnja, jela pripravljana od puretine i piletine, nisu mogle biti analizirane jer ih nije preostalo - rekao je ravnatelj Zavoda Ante Cvitković te napomenuo kako očekuje još prijava.

- Ovo je najteži trenutak u mojoj 32 godine dugoj ugostiteljskoj karijeri - kaže Anto Jukić, vlasnik tvrtke Grozd trade u čijem je sastavu i restoran "Brod" u kojemu je pripremana hrana za domjenke.

- Želim se ispričati svima oboljelim i izraziti žaljenje što je do toga došlo, a o svom sam trošku pozvao ljude iz Veterinarskog zavoda iz Vinkovaca kako bi se što prije otkrio uzrok ove zaraze - rekao je Anto Jukić koji je, pomalo neuobičajeno za takve slučajeve, odmah obavijesti novinare.

- Nemam ja tu što kriti, tjedan dana prije toga sve osoblje je prošlo redovne liječničke preglede, sve je kod mene čisto i nikada se nisam igrao niti svojim ugledom niti ljudima, ali unatoč svim kontrolama dogodi vam se tako nešto. Imali smo desetak cateringa tog vikenda, a u petak i karmine sa 70 osoba. I sve je bilo u redu. A onda vam se na četiri domjenka dogodi ovo - napominje Anto Jukić koji ne isključuje niti eventualnu odgovornost dobavljača i proizvođača hrane.
