Ministar državne imovine Ivan Paladina izjavio je u petak da je u završnoj fazi nabava sustava za digitalizaciju državne imovine, a realizacija tog projekta očekuje se u sljedećoj godini kada će sva imovina početi prodavati putem online platforme.

"Već smo u fazi nabave online platforme ‘e-javni natječaj‘. Sve državne nekretnine prodavat će se na toj platformi, većinom putem licitacije, odnosno dražbe",  izjavio je Paladina za RTL Danas. 

Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina nada se da će on-line platforma biti gotovo do sredine sljedeće godine.

Vezano uz prodaju zapuštene vile u državnom vlasništvu koja je na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji prodana sinu Luke Rajića za 8,5 milijuna kuna, Paladina je rekao kako nije očekivao da će se postići tako dobra cijena. 

Na dražbi su se javila tri zainteresirana kupca koja su platila jamčevinu.  Vila je prodana za milijun kuna više od procijenjene vrijednosti, rekao je ministar dodavši kako je svrha takvog načina prodaje postizanje više cijene.

Ministar državne imovine Ivan Paladina izjavio je u petak da je u završnoj fazi nabava sustava za digitalizaciju državne imovine, a realizacija tog projekta očekuje se u sljedećoj godini kada će sva imovina početi prodavati putem online platforme.

"Već smo u fazi nabave online platforme ‘e-javni natječaj‘. Sve državne nekretnine prodavat će se na toj platformi, većinom putem licitacije, odnosno dražbe",  izjavio je Paladina za RTL Danas. 

Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina nada se da će on-line platforma biti gotovo do sredine sljedeće godine.

Vezano uz prodaju zapuštene vile u državnom vlasništvu koja je na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji prodana sinu Luke Rajića za 8,5 milijuna kuna, Paladina je rekao kako nije očekivao da će se postići tako dobra cijena. 

Na dražbi su se javila tri zainteresirana kupca koja su platila jamčevinu.  Vila je prodana za milijun kuna više od procijenjene vrijednosti, rekao je ministar dodavši kako je svrha takvog načina prodaje postizanje više cijene.

Revolucionarne promjene: Državna imovina uskoro će se prodavati putem licitacije na online platformi; Ministar Paladina komentirao i prodaju vile za 8,5 milijuna kuna

Ministar državne imovine Ivan Paladina izjavio je u petak da je u završnoj fazi nabava sustava za digitalizaciju državne imovine, a realizacija tog projekta očekuje se u sljedećoj godini kada će sva imovina početi prodavati putem online platforme.

"Već smo u fazi nabave online platforme ‘e-javni natječaj‘. Sve državne nekretnine prodavat će se na toj platformi, većinom putem licitacije, odnosno dražbe",  izjavio je Paladina za RTL Danas. 

Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina nada se da će on-line platforma biti gotovo do sredine sljedeće godine.

Vezano uz prodaju zapuštene vile u državnom vlasništvu koja je na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji prodana sinu Luke Rajića za 8,5 milijuna kuna, Paladina je rekao kako nije očekiv...
