"Neće baš sasvim do petka biti potpuno obavljen cijeli posao, ali nema dvojbe da će se Hrvatska uskladiti, kako je i predviđeno ugovorom, sa europskim standardima", rekla je ministrica Pusić u trećem Dnevniku HRT-a odgovarajući na upit da li će Hrvatska do petka odgovoriti hoće li uskladiti svoje odredbe o europskom uhidbenom nalogu sa europskim zakonodavstvom. Dodala je i da će Hrvatska funkcionirati u okviru europskih standarda.

Upitana je li donijeta odluka da se sporni zakon promijeni i povuče rok od kada uhidbeni nalog vrijedi, ministrica Pusić pojasnila je kako je riječ o pravilu koje vrijedi za sve članice koje su ušle u EU nakon 2002. godine.

Na pitanje hoće li se i u kakvoj izvedbi graditi Pelješki most, odgovorila je da je taj most najbolje riješenje. "Mi smatramo da je to najefikasniji način povezivanja Hrvatske", rekla je ministrica Pusić. Napomenula je i da su rezultati europske studije najprije bili najavljeni za 18. kolovoza, a onda je datum prebačen za 21. rujna. "Prvu varijantu rezultata smo znali već prije ljeta i u tom nacrtu se Pelješki most pokazuje kao najbolje riješenje", istaknula je.

"Neće baš sasvim do petka biti potpuno obavljen cijeli posao, ali nema dvojbe da će se Hrvatska uskladiti, kako je i predviđeno ugovorom, sa europskim standardima", rekla je ministrica Pusić u trećem Dnevniku HRT-a odgovarajući na upit da li će Hrvatska do petka odgovoriti hoće li uskladiti svoje odredbe o europskom uhidbenom nalogu sa europskim zakonodavstvom. Dodala je i da će Hrvatska funkcionirati u okviru europskih standarda.

Upitana je li donijeta odluka da se sporni zakon promijeni i povuče rok od kada uhidbeni nalog vrijedi, ministrica Pusić pojasnila je kako je riječ o pravilu koje vrijedi za sve članice koje su ušle u EU nakon 2002. godine.

Na pitanje hoće li se i u kakvoj izvedbi graditi Pelješki most, odgovorila je da je taj most najbolje riješenje. "Mi smatramo da je to najefikasniji način povezivanja Hrvatske", rekla je ministrica Pusić. Napomenula je i da su rezultati europske studije najprije bili najavljeni za 18. kolovoza, a onda je datum prebačen za 21. rujna. "Prvu varijantu rezultata smo znali već prije ljeta i u tom nacrtu se Pelješki most pokazuje kao najbolje riješenje", istaknula je.

Prva potpredsjednica Vlade i ministrica vanjskih i europskih poslova Vesna Pusić rekla je večeras da će Hrvatska uskladiti svoje zakonodavstvo glede europskog uhidbenog naloga s Europskom unijom (EU), ali je naznačila i da se to neće dogoditi do petka, do do kada je EU dala rok Hrvatskoj da se izjasni po tom pitanju.
