Protiv Alena Bubala iz Zagreba, koji je prilikom objave porezne liste srama prije tri godine bio najdužniji Hrvat sa čak 101 milijunom kuna neplaćenog poreza, podignuta je optužnica za zloupotrebu ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju, krivotvorenje službene isprave te zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti. Bubala ŽDO tereti za ukupnu štetu od oko 7 milijuna kuna.
Istoga dana kada i za Bubala, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zagrebu objavilo je podizanje optužnice protiv drugog na listi obrtnika dužnika. Riječ je o Jozi Primorcu kojega se tereti za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti, krivotvorenje isprave te utaju poreza ili carine.
Njega se tereti da je od početka 2004. do 2008. godine s računa svoje humanitarne Zaklade Primorac, koja je imala sjedište u Švicarskoj, podizao gotovinu. Na taj se način, navode tužitelji u optužnici, okoristio za više od 14 milijuna kuna.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Pomalo neočekivano, u nedjelju, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zagrebu podiglo je optužnice protiv dvije osobe s liste najvećih poreznih dužnika u Hrvatskoj, piše
Jutarnji list.
Protiv Alena Bubala iz Zagreba, koji je prilikom objave porezne liste srama prije tri godine bio najdužniji Hrvat sa čak 101 milijunom kuna neplaćenog poreza, podignuta je optužnica za zloupotrebu ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju, krivotvorenje službene isprave te zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti. Bubala ŽDO tereti za ukupnu štetu od oko 7 milijuna kuna.
Istoga dana kada i za Bubala, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zagrebu objavilo je podizanje optužnice protiv drugog na listi obrtnika dužnika. Riječ je o Jozi Primorcu kojega se tereti za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti, krivotvorenje isprave te utaju poreza ili carine.
Njega se tereti da je od početka 2004. do 2008. godine s računa svoje humanitarne Zaklade Primorac, koja je imala sjedište u Švicarskoj, podizao gotovinu. Na taj se način, navode tužitelji u optužnici, okoristio za više od 14 milijuna kuna.
